Pros: For long-term stay discounted price was reasonable. Host was always responsive to messages. Place was clean. Lots of good places to walk in the area. Internet was reliable. Con (which host cannot probably do anything about): The neighbors on the floor above were noisy at times. There was also a fair amount of noise outside, mostly during the day (from the school I think and from construction going on).

Both these Super Hosts Jorge and Sasha run their properties with impeccable integrity and upkeep of every unit, that brings a home away from home feeling. If there is anything that needs addressing they are responsive immediately and care about everything is working for their clients comfort and benefit. It would never make sense if anyone would complain about their units or approach, that would say more about the customer than the AirbnB’s they run and offer. I have experienced their places multiple times, and can whole heartedly say I am grateful to have found them, amongst the big landscape of Airbnb’s out there, it’s good to know top level people like this. Also that they meet you to enter the unit is a very important element of feeling welcomed and safe. Because you don’t always get that with some others, it’s can be very impersonal and knowing who you are leasing from besides their bio, is a great quality to the service they provide. You feel safer. Brendan's place was awesome - head and neck above other similar Airbnb's I've stayed at. Entry and checkout instructions were clear and straightforward, the place was pristine and beautiful, and the view was incredible. I loved the clutter-free set-up and furniture selection. Brendan, himself, was a very responsive host--answering all questions in a timely fashion. Would definitely stay with him again, especially in this particular building.

Freds place was super cute and cozy. Easy to locate, quite peaceful area which is always great. Fred made sure we had everything we needed. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Lee’s place was in an amazing location is Calgary, close to 17th - with so many restaurants and shops. And it is tucked just away from 17th where you can enjoy a peaceful evening. Lee is a proactive and responsive host that ensures we had the best stay possible.

Beautiful, clean accommodations in downtown Calgary. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying at Kelly's place again when we return to the city.

Sylvia is a great host and so is her unit. It's spacious, clean and very quiet. Location is also very good, near the airport, near restaurants etc. She also provides most of the basic necessities so no need to run to the grocery. This will be our to-go place in Calgary.

My friends and I had a great stay here while visiting to run the Calgary Marathon! Great amount of space, had everything we needed, and was walking distance from the start/finish lines. It was pretty warm but there were lots of fans that definitely helped. We had a great stay, thank you to the wonderful hosts! FYI couch for the 7th person is not a super comfy bed

The place was so great and close to so many places such as restaurants, cafes and bars. The view from the apartment was so nice and we were able to see the mountain range clearly. The place itself was so cleaned and beautiful.

We enjoyed the place very much. Everything was clean and the owners responded friendly and quickly. Downtown, restaurants and stores all in walking distance. Uber rides were availabe within minutes. We had a great time in Clagary. Thank you for having us.

This was a great stay for the price and excellent, walkable location. The instructions to check in were easy to follow, and having a parking spot below was nice as well. The building is beautiful and newer. It is a 5 minute walk to Stephen Street district with tons of shopping and dining choices. The condo itself is clean and modern, with lots of windows and great views from the 30th floor. The washer and dryer worked well as did everything else. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo unit was beautiful, with awesome views of the city from the balcony. I was able to walk to and from the downtown core (less than 10 minutes), and there's a Safeway a couple of blocks away. I hope to stay here again!

Maggie was amazing and was very helpful. Our check in was pushed to later on at night due to things coming up throughout the day, but she was very flexible and accommodating. :) Highly recommend!
