The property and the location was absolutely amazing , me and my friends have made some amazing memories there. The property felt luxurious and there were soo many personalised gifts for us upon arrival which were much appreciated. the host was very responsive whenever we had any questions I would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a country escape and I know I want to go back in the future.

We had a wonderful stay with our 6 month old baby. Ideal location for the beach, just a short walk down the hill. Also only a short walk to the amenities. Very dog friendly. The host was responsive and answered all our questions quickly. Had such a relaxing stay and especially loved the view from the master bedroom. We would love to return. Thank you!

Absolutely loved our stay at Cliff House with Jacquline. Beautiful location, swimming pool was such a bonus for the children, they loved it! The grounds were fantastic, such a lot to explore, our children loved the chickens and climbing frame and the private wood was great for hide and seek. Jacquline was such a great, friendly host and gave us great advice about visiting York. She even arranged an Easter egg hunt for our children. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely Bank Holiday weekend at Salty Kisses with my family. The house was clean, well equipped and in a great location. Joanne was a very good host and emailed all the information I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to relax with friends. Really enjoyed the terrace and the views. Comfortable beds. A very attractive holiday park estate with a great feel. So close to the beaches and beach cafe. Richard very responsive and helpful. A perfect week.

The place was lovely, a short walk to the lovely beach was the main draw. A good location to explore nearby towns by car. The additional of the on site swimming pool was great. The house the comfortable and great space for the 4 of us. Andree was very friendly and knew if we needed anything we could get in touch. Thanks.

Great location! perfect for beach, dog walks and bus to Scarborough /Filey etc. if not driving. Caravan had everything we needed including dishwasher/air fryer/microwave and plenty of dishes/cups/glasses/ cutlery etc. Kim was a very responsive host. Situated near shop playground and pool it’s in ideal spot on the site. Car can be parked right across from caravan so easy to walk on grass to/from caravan.

Myself, 9 others and 1 small dog booked on of Sue's fantastic cottages for a reunion weekend. Sue was very easy to communicate with, gave us the guidebook ahead of time virtually for any queries (we were very interested in the pizza oven and games room) Facilties were excellent, we were lucky that no other cottages on the site (only 3 others) were in use during our stay, so had free roam of the site and facilties. The local recommendations were brilliant. We went to the old black bull down the road for dinner on the first night and then again for roast dinner on Sunday - mega The house itself is just as shown in the photos, more than comfortable to sleep and house 10 of us for the weekend. Special mention to the hottub, (which is private for your house and I believe comes with all houses) and to Paul who was more than helpful coming to our rescue and reviving out pizza night when we experienced some issues with the oven. 10/10 would go again.

The cottage was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we needed! the views were absolutely beautiful and the area was peaceful and relaxing. The welcome guide was so indepth and had recommendations for everything! Would definitely come back again!

Fantastic little cottage, very clean and well presented just as described. Very good location for other places to visit and explore, lots of food and mini supermarkets available. We would highly recommend this beautiful quirky cottage to others and will definitely use again if we're staying near there it was so relaxing and not too far from the wedding venue we were guests at. Beautiful cottage. Great care had been taken with the decor, fittings and appliances and everything was in perfect working order. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. There was a lovely welcome message when we arrived and some delicious ginger biscuits were waiting on the kitchen counter. The cottage is ideally situated with just a two minute walk to the cliff top coastal path and a short drive to the RSPB Reserve at Bempton Cliffs where we achieved our goal of seeing puffins . I am so pleased I chose this particular property

Absolutely amazing views of Whitby from lounge and bedrooms. Beautifully decorated. Had everything you could possibly want and was spotlessly clean.Perfect!

Perfect spot to relax and unwind. The Spinney is beautifully furnished and plenty of room for 4. Rosie and her family are lovely.

We spent 2 nights here and it was everything we needed. The house is done to a beautiful specification, it was beautiful furnished and decorated. The house was very close to the local town, meaning we only had a 5 minute walk for restaurants, pubs, takeaways, cafes and shops! It was perfect for what we needed and would absolutely stay again.

Gorgeous cottage, in a fantastic location plenty to do for a young family, flamingo land, castle Howard (Skelf island a must), Whitby and Scarborough. We have had an amazing fun filled week, it has been so lovely to start and end the day at this cottage, child friendly, super clean and very comfy beds. We will be sure to be back again and definitely will be recommending. Many thanks Clare for being a great host.

This is a fantastic home for exploring the beautiful east coast. Clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The enclosed yard at the back is a sun trap in the late afternoon 😎. We had a great stay with two dogs and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it to anyone. The living area was comfortable and light, the kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The bedroom has a great en suite shower room and there is a lovely sun trap yard to the rear. There is so much to do within walking distance or a short drive. The local pub did great food and the nearby tearoom/bakers did a lovely breakfast and had some wonderful baking on offer. The butchers is well stocked as is the nearby co-op, there is even a brilliant pet shop! We were lucky enough to see the dolphins at Flamborough Head as well as the seals and sea birds, Bempton Cliffs are very close and we had some wonderful views of puffins and gannets. Nearby Filey Brig is well worth a visit. We can’t wait to come back to see it all again! Thanks

Spent a joyous week at Chantal's place in Bainbridge. It was cute, cosy, comfortable, quiet, stylish and well-appointed. Chantal was very attentive and had loads of great recommendations. Bainbridge is excellently situated for exploring the northern Dales and there are great walks to be had starting out from the village itself: the gentle climb up to tranquil Semer Water was a particular highlight.

Very comfortable accommodation with top quality furnishings and equipment. Stay here and spoil yourself with a little bit of luxury. Plenty of room, great views and easy access to all the attractions in this beautiful area. Hosts are extremely helpful and easy to talk to. We had a wonderful time.

This is a haven of tranquility. Walk through the doors and you feel at home. So beautifully decorated, absolutely perfect in every way. We are keen cooks, love to spend time in the kitchen making meals and enjoying company of friends. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with all you need. Peter is an outstanding host and offers support instantly. We had a slight glitch with the internet (not Peter’s fault!) and he was so helpful and supportive. We love the place. Seriously LOVE! We will be back and look forward to being back!

Fantastic out-building conversion, with a private garden and fenced area separating the property from neighbouring houses and the shared drive. The property is modern, extremely spacious and very well appointed, with pretty much everything you could think of.....Flo even left us some wood for the fire pit in the garden and fuel for the Eco-Boiler, as well as Kitchen essentials. Comfy beds, spacious bedrooms (including an en-suite), and a stunning open plan living area that blew us away. There was very little in the village, but the quiet and peace suited us perfectly, and the area is beautiful. The recommendations for local places to visit were also greatly appreciated. Definitely somewhere we would recommend and return to if we are ever in the area again. Thank you for such a great visit.

The place is in a fantastic location with beautiful views across the harbour. The rooms are spacious, clean and homely. Great pub The Cod and Lobster has a great selection of beers and a huge Gin list. The food there is fantastic and reasonably priced. We will be going back next year and looking forward to staying at the Old Watch House again!!

What a beautiful place to stay! So stylish and tasteful and full of character. The perfect quintessential Yorkshire stone cottage with roses over the door. There are lovely towns and villages a short drive away for pubs and restaurants. But the house is fully equipped for self catering and staying in to enjoy the tranquillity if you prefer.
