Our property is located behind a local tour business & parking is safe right at the entrance to the Loft.

This newly renovated three bedroom house sits on a quiet street only minutes walk to the town centre with its bars, restaurants, cafes, breweries, shops, skate park and town pool. Perfect for a family holiday. The outdoor entertaining area has a 8m heated swimming pool, a kitchen, dining, pool chairs, sun lounge, and TV lounge. The pool is solar heated. The temperature is between 26 and 30°C.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb . The house is beautiful, new, and immaculately clean, which made the experience really comfortable. It was also equipped with everything we needed, which made it feel like a home away from home. The flexible check-in and check-out process was a huge plus and added to the ease of our stay. We also loved the nice garden and the overall peaceful atmosphere of the property. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Exmouth!

Great place to stay. Awesome outdoor space for kids to run around and sandpit to play in. Plenty of rooms that are done up beautifully and felt homely. Has everything you need although given we booked for 10 nights it would have been nice to have toilet paper and dishwashing liquid to last the duration of the stay. Great location, walking distance to the shops. Emus came to visit every morning which was incredible to see them up close ☺️

The house was well furnished with good amenities. Extremely close to local shops, IGA, cafes. Quiet location and lovely to hear the birds in the morning. Host was super responsive and we had a nice relaxing stay.
