Very central and well equipped apartment, highly recommended.

A lot of foot traffic late at night which made it a bit noisy. But overall, not a bad place to stay.

Iain was super quick with all communication. The apartment is conveniently located and very central. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities, but loved the mini cereal options available. It was a little noisy at the front, but the back bedroom was perfectly quiet. The bed was lovely and comfortable as were the cushions! Thank you!

The apartment had a great location (for us). The place looked like the pictures. The place was clean. However, the price was a bit on the high side. Rafaella was a responsive host and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

This was the perfect place for our trip to Dublin. First Steve was an amazing host, very responsive and really set his place up like air BnBs used to be, warm and welcoming with everything you could need (even a few essentials to start you out for food and drink). He was so flexible, met us and helped us with bags and really gave us so much good information and recommendations. The place itself is amazing, especially since we were visiting during a particularly sunny time and the patio was perfect. We had our 3 year old with us and Steve even pre set-up the cot and gave him a special cup and toys to play with while he was there. really there wasn't anything missing and the location is perfect, just outside of the downtown hustle so it is nice and peaceful, but everything is walkable and you have everything you need right there in the Liberties. If we ever make it back to Dublin I would look at booking my trip around the availability of this location.

Great location and well stocked apartment! Check in was very straightforward with clear and detailed instructions. We appreciated the manual at the apartment as it had details about the shower and check out. Paul was very responsive and addressed all our questions. We did the three day hop on hop off which has a stop just down the street from the apartment! I would recommend to family and friends and return whenever in Dublin!

Fantastic location you could walk almost anywhere if you wanted to venture out train station was also very close. Definitely recommend if you ever travel to Dublin this is the place you must stay at. We were very lucky to have found it. Overall we had the best time ever!

Great place for our family vacation with grown kids. Very spacious and not at all cramped. Layout was great and had everything we needed. Best stocked AirBnB ever - host provided lovely basket, so no need to go to shops. Transportation close by as well as nice park. Would definitely recommend and go back again. David was super responsive and accomodating. Thank. you!

Spacious, sun drenched, well stocked, and clean apartment. Great location with lots of restaurants and sights nearby. Easily walkable, but public transportation is also right outside. Would highly recommend!

This apartment was spotless, and with everything that I and my 2 friends needed. It was conveniently located to all of the Dublin hotspots, and Alison had some great recommendations for us as well. As you can expect for an urban apartment, there was some vehicle noise from the street below, but it did not go on too late. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hospitality of this host was outstanding! My family and I can’t say enough nice things about the warm welcome we received! After a long day of travel we were made to feel at home. We had plenty of room for our family of five to spread out. The home was clean, we had all the amenities we needed as we did use the kitchen for our week stay. We loved the lively pub next door, food was great! There are plenty of other food options in the area. It is a two minute walk to get groceries. As we were traveling with my older father we took taxis into the city center so I can’t speak for walking distance there, but it was about a 15-20 minute taxi ride depending on traffic. If you are looking for a family home while visiting Dublin, this host is a great option.

We enjoyed our stay here. Each double bedroom had its own bathroom and there was a third toilet downstairs. The kitchen appliances were high quality. The whole place was high quality furniture and plumbing. The showers were great. Awesome place. I would stay here again and again.

Our second stay over in Dublin, first time in Sandymount. Joan & Leo’s place is now our go to. Warmly greeted upon our arrival; personal orientation to beautifully appointed home and surrounding area. No need for a car to explore Dublin with the convenient bus system & nearby stop. Recommend the butcher shop next to Tesco for seasoned & ready mains. Enjoyed taking the train to Howth for a day walking the cliff pathway & lovely seaside village.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house was spotlessly clean, and from the moment we booked, Noami made us feel truly welcome. She even took the time to stop by and personally greet my parents-in-law, and thoughtfully arranged an earlier check-in, letting us know well in advance. Noami is one of those rare hosts who genuinely cares and is warm, attentive, and always quick to respond. She had even left some lovely treats for us, so we were all set for breakfast on our first morning. The area felt very safe, and there are several great restaurants close by. If we come back to Dublin, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay with her again.

The apartment is convenient to everything: Temple Bar, Trinity College, public transportation, pick up points for bus tours, etc, etc. A great place to unwind in the evening. The kitchen and washer/dryer were a plus and Andrew is an incredibly responsive host. He recommended a few local tours that we greatly enjoyed. We would love to stay here again if we get back to Dublin.

We had a fantastic stay at Adam’s centrally located and comfortable apartment. Adam was an exceptional host, going above and beyond by baking delicious raspberry scones for us. Highly recommended!

In the heart of the city, where almost everything is walkable. Abidin’s instructions were so helpful and we had no issues getting inside! There were cute little bags with toiletries & a cute Ireland keychain, Guinness beers for us to try- Abidin made us feel very welcome and the apartment was in excellent shape and very clean. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

Excellent location to walk to/from and catch buses/taxis to/from. Despite being near everything it was exceptionally quiet. Host was extremely responsive, especially with recommendations when our flight arrived a little late and without our luggage for 2 days! Our stay was awesome and look forward to future visits. Had the Best stay. Brian was extremely helpful and sent us info on places to go . This unit is central and so convenient, we could walk everywhere . We had a wonderful stay here . And Brian is a Fantastic host

The apartment is in Ballsbridge, right on a major transportation line, with 3 frequent buses to the city centre, and the DART (light rail) a short walk away. So it is a perfect base from which to explore Dublin, while still being quiet and calm. It is small, but extremely well organised. It had everything I needed. It was also very attractively decorated, with many nice small touches. The one drawback is that there isn't much space to sit and eat (you have to pull out a stool and sit at a small table). I was by myself, so it was OK, but I could imagine it would be a bit tight for a couple. Everything went perfectly, except that at one point the wi-fi went down (which happens everywhere, so not their fault at all). I was able to contact Sinéad and Jane from a nearby café (the Orange Goat - very nice), and they were both immediately very responsive and solved the problem with no delay. So, perhaps oddly, this left me feeling even more positive about the experience overall.

David’s place was perfect for my short trip to Dublin. Walkable to all the things in the city center that I wanted to see. David is a very personable host and was responsive to my questions with patience. . He offered local info to help maximize time and save money. When an unexpected power interruption happened, he came by with a care package of flashlight, charger and tealights. I recommend this apartment as a homebase in Dublin
