A self-contained 1 bed apartment adjoining a mature family house. The flat has its own entrance. It is within 200m of Sandymount strand, 100m of Sydney Parade DART station, 10 mins from city centre, 5 mins from RDS & Aviva, Aircoach 701 stops at St Vincents Hospital on Merrion Road. This stop is a 12minute walk to the room. For the tired traveler you'll be right at home in this very quite residential location, that, complemented by black-out blinds will ensure a great night's sleep.

A warm comfortable space located at the side of our house completely separate from the main house with its own front door and privacy. Only 15 min bus journey or 5 min train (DART) journey to the city centre. A 5 minute walk from St Anne’s Park & close to Howth & Malahide. Parking available.

Our en-suite bedroom with private entrance is all yours. It is a bright guest room with your very own bathroom and shower. Our home is located 3 to 4 km south-east of Dublin's city centre. We are 6 min walking distance from the Aviva Stadium and 10 min from RDS. The City Centre is within reach by DART in 13 min. Sandymount is a lovely small village with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pharmacies and a Tesco supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is reachable in 6 min by foot.

Private one- bedroom garden suite with its own entrance. 5 min walk/ Aviva Stadium 15 min/3 Arena and the RDS. 30 min walk to city centre and accessible by bus, taxi or DART. Though the suite is very private, it is an extension to our residence where we live, so we are nearby to help you with recommendations. Enjoy a stylish experience at this ideally located oasis. Sandymount village is charming with fantastic cafes, bars, restaurants, boutiques. There’s a little park a few steps away and the beach is a 5 minute stroll away. There’s a bus stop right outside bringing you to city centre in 15 mins or walk it in 30 min. The Dart station is 5 min away, bringing you as far as Greystones to Howth. City bike rentals are readily available if you fancy a bike ride. No car necessary!

Tiny double ground floor studio with your own kitchenette and ensuite bathroom, in a warm, spacious modern house just next to Grand Canal Dock business district, 4 min walk to 3Arena and 10 min walk to Aviva stadium. Room is small, but comfortable and has everything someone visiting for a few days would need. Super-easy to get to and from the airport, close to city center and just next to many public transport lines.
