Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in North Taieri

I had a great stay – the apartment is clean, cosy, and very well-equipped, with everything you need. Dave was very responsive and helpful when I had an issue, which I really appreciated. The place is also really well located, I could walk to every interesting spot in Dunedin. Just a heads-up: the area can be a bit noisy, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Thanks again for the great hospitality!

Honestly? The best Airbnb we stayed during our trip in NZ! Very high end furnitures and appliances. Beautiful and unique details. So far. it's the first place I really felt at home.

This really is a Hidden Gem. Private location with an amazing view of the harbour. Clean and modern. Easy access to the motorway. What a lovely place!

Great spot to stop for a weekend away at. A little out of town, but its a quickndrivenuo the motorway into the centre of the city so there wasn't any issues there. Was our second stay there and would stay again

Growing up in Dunedin, I know the area really well, so I searched for accommodation that was in a safe, pretty area, while being a short drive to places we wanted to go and family we wanted to see. Initially I looked at the Roslyn area, but Jon's place was really the same distance to town, the Botanical Gardens, and my family, and cost less. It was also a really nice-looking place with great reviews and right next to the cycleway, so that we could just cycle out and start our trip around the harbor by bike (ibike delivered the bikes). One thing I have to say is, the photos don't look exactly the same as the reality - Jon's place is way bigger than the photos appear. We had lots of space for our family of 5. If you have a car, this is absolutely a great choice. Just make sure you pick up groceries when you are out and about - the little store nearby carries a few things, but we ended up going to Port Chalmers to get groceries. Jon was a responsive and thoughtful host.

We had a fabulous stay at Jo & Jeff's place, it was perfect space. A great location and facilities. The bed linen and towels were very high quality, the kitchen was well equipped and the location unbeatable. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again.

I spent a month at Nadine's house and absolutely loved it. A perfect "home away from home" with everything you need, as described. I was there in the autumn and would love to be there in the warmer months so I could make use of the nice deck and outdoor areas. The house was very nicely situated on the flat in North East Valley, a two minute walk from the bus stop to the city, and also from Chingford Park. I didn't have a car, and it was easy to cycle there from the campus and city on the flat. Nadine and her husband Jake were very helpful and always responded quickly if I ever had any questions about anything. I would definitely stay there again.

Great wee place to stay, clean and tidy. Lots of things to do, books, games, TV, etc. Has most amenities you’ll need!

We had a great stay! We arrived later in the evening to a thoughtfully prepared house - lighting was on and the house was warm. We appreciated the LED lighting down the pathway to the house and being met by Jeffrey. The house worked well for us and we look forward to staying again in the future.

The apartment was close to the Centre. It was a short bus ride. Everything was pretty much walkable to the major attractions.
