We had the most fantastic time staying at Villino. It really did feel like a proper restful holiday away. The reality was better than the pictures and we had a lovely long lunch just next door at the vineyard and walked down the road for an easy swim at the beach. The food and communications made everything so easy. Really hope we can stay again sometime.

A beautiful view from every room and a heated pool was great in winter! I had a birthday party here and all my guests enjoyed their stay.

We were in Riverhead for a family wedding. The location and facilities were spot on. Traveling to the event centre was easy and didn't take too long. The House and gardens gave a peaceful and welcoming vibe. Thank you for sharing it with us.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! The location is peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect getaway while still being conveniently close to everything we needed. The house itself is well-equipped with plenty of amenities, and the facilities were spotless and well-maintained. One of the highlights was how great the space is for entertaining guests—it’s an ideal spot for bringing extended family together, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The hosts were incredibly easy to communicate with and very flexible, which made the whole experience even better. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed stay! We’ll definitely be back.

Lisa’s house was as beautiful as the photos and very comfortable. It was super close to everything we needed for our little family and the heated outdoor pool was the best bit. The pool and the hot tub meant we didn’t need to find entertainment for our little one and on sunny days the outdoor area was bliss. Lisa provided lots of games, toys and books to read and we felt we had really gotten away from it all staying in this lovely home.

Sarah’s home sits in a stunning location. When you walk in the view of the ocean and the bay by Palm Beach and the sailboats against the shimmering water and huge sky is just unforgettable. The house is big and comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The salt water pool is the perfect temperature and the hot tub is hot and warms you up after swimming. The walking track is right in front of the house. It’s on a steep drive but it’s centrally located on Waiheke and easy enough to get everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay. We were surprised how peaceful the property was, considering we were in Auckland, coming from a rural home it was nice and relaxing, just sitting around enjoying what the property had to offer. Grant was exceptionally proactive and professional with his communication and we felt comfortable if we had any questions, queries or concerns we could rea h out without any bother. Overall great place to meet up with family and lived ones for a get away.

One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at , honestly felt like I was at home but on a vacation at the same time HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone who wants a little getaway. Stayed here while working on Waiheke in winter. Very comfortable, warm and spacious with everything needed. Extremely comfortable firm king size bed in the master bedroom. Good parking on a platform above the house on the roadside with a short flight of stairs down to the house. Nice outlook into the Onetangi Forest reserve. Very happy with our stay - Will definitely stay again.

My partner and I stayed here as part of a long stay (2 months) and we loved every minute of it. Rochelle was very accommodating and the property was exactly what we wanted. It was nice and spacious with plenty of greenery. We didn’t have a car but Uber and bus routes made our journeys to the beach, CBD and shopping centres easy. Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house and neighbourhood. It was peaceful and we enjoyed local walks/runs by the beach but also very handy to shops and the city.

Great hosts. Both Dan and Hope communicated to us quickly whenever we had any issue. The only thing is that the parking space looks a little narrower than it looks in the pictures. (but can fit 2 vehicles) Overall had a great stay for 2 weeks in this place.
