Farmstay holiday rentals in North Sea

It was just great! One of the most beautiful accommodations we have visited so far. With so much attention to detail, Janet and Auke have created a feel-good oasis that leaves nothing to be desired. A wonderful place to relax, recharge your batteries and enjoy both the beautiful home and the surroundings to the fullest. Thanks to both of them for the very fine, delicious and cuddly welcome greetings! I'm sure we'll be back.

We had a very relaxing 5 nights. Kees and Karen were impeccable hosts, laidback and always helpful. We didn't come by car, but it's easy to get into Utrecht either by bus or tram. Would definitely book again.

It was really nice to be able to experience Lucy's life rhythm for a few days. Her lovely cottage, the beautiful ecological flower, vegetable garden and food forest. I liked that Lucy could tell me everything about the garden. Wake up to a beautiful view and the sound of so many birds. From the cottage I took beautiful walks and bike rides. A nice place to relax and unwind. Lucy, thank you for your hospitality and sharing your beautiful place! I hope to stop by again.

This was the most beautiful spot we have stayed at. The location and surrounding were so peaceful. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos.

Elke is kind. She is always ready to welcome guests. It's a bit far from the beach or downtown, but it's a great place to spend time with your kids in a quiet place. good

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Alkmaar! It is close enough to enjoy all that the city has to offer, yet it also provides a beautiful, peaceful escape from the business and crowds. Han and Kelly were great hosts, providing helpful recommendations and even rides from the train station and into Alkmaar. We also enjoyed hanging out with the dog, cat and chickens! We would definitely stay here again.

what a wonderful place to be. the yurt is spacious and well furnished. The pipo wagon with sanitary facilities and kitchen is conveniently furnished and everything you need is there. Outside a wonderful space, with many fruit trees and a campfire place. Eda gave good tips on places where it was nice to be, suitable for me. In addition, a wide range of workshops to choose from. A very special place!

Thanks to Helen and her family ( human and beastly;-)) we felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay to the max! We will come back as soon as possible! ❤️

We have already been to this beautiful house several times and always feel very comfortable. It really has everything you need and both nature and Emden are really easy to get to.

We didn't want to leave! You feel super comfortable and at home. The accommodation is as shown in the pictures and although you know what to expect, you are positively surprised. Werner contacted us proactively, is very friendly in communication and open to improvements, but hardly needs them. The apartment is very well equipped, very clean and the beds are comfortable. The terrace is a highlight anyway and the seclusion gives you a lot of privacy. The location is very quiet and secluded. However, you can still quickly reach shopping facilities, restaurants and the North Sea by car. We have been able to do a lot, be it excursions to the islands or to Denmark. A true heart recommendation!

We had wonderful days in Inken's studio at the Wilhelminenhof. The furnishings are very stylish and you can feel that not only good ideas and a sense of interior design, but also passion are involved. The park-like garden, the playground, the foyer for guests, the wind-protected glass house, ... are also lovingly designed. We loved the path by the sea to Dornumersiel, the mudflat hike from the Wadden Sea Nature Park House, eating fish at the small harbor, the sheep on the dike and our day trip to Baltrum. Since we arrived by bus and train, we of course also found the bus stop right in front of the house great. Thanks for having us as guests.

Had a great time! We knew it would be a bit tighter but that was no problem for us. Not even with a dog and a small one of 1. The space is great and so is the area. Plenty of beautiful hiking routes in the area and a very nice zoo. Rianne is a top host and provides you with everything you need. We had a very nice and pleasant time. Thanks again!

An excellent accommodation. Sigrun and her husband are incredibly friendly hosts. They immediately showed us their entire farm, and we were also allowed to use everything. The bathroom impresses with an incredible charm, is sparkling clean and brand new. The place at the construction trailers together with the campfire were an absolute highlight for us. The environment with all the animals is also wonderful if you want to enjoy the peace and quiet here or do something with children. I can only highly recommend the accommodation and would like to emphasize once again that you have a great hostess here.

I had an amazing time at the cabin. I am a florist and I came from the USA for the flowers and to learn as much as I could about them, the farming, the flower auctions & the marketing and advertising while I was here. I was traveling solo and her cabin is a perfect location for it all and I felt safe there through out my stay. I also loved the fact that I had the quiet woods and farmland surrounding me but could also be at the beach in a blink of an eye! She was an amazing host with the biggest heart and wonderful recommendations. I so wish to come back one day with my daughter. The cabin and The Netherlands have my heart now! :) Thank you for an amazing trip. P.s.- If you plan to stay here, maybe bring a flashlight because the trail in the woods to the cabin can get a little dark at night! ;)

The houseboat itself is a dream and superbly located, if on the one hand you love the beauty and tranquility of the countryside, sheep and green meadows on your doorstep, but on the other hand also like to go to the beach or to the cities. The train is quickly reached and that is a big plus in the parking situation in Amsterdam. Leonora and Erwin were easy to reach and always there for us when we had questions. Super friendly hosts! We had a wonderful stay despite the weather being a bit against us. The accommodation is complete and equipped with all comforts. Good bed, complete kitchen, wonderful shower. Location in nature. Great for walking and cycling. Contact with host was very pleasant. Repeatable. Petri and René

The accommodation at Jeanette and Rien is simply a dream and we were able to spend a few nice and relaxing days there. We were warmly welcomed and we also got eggs from the chickens :) On the terrace directly on the water, you can almost have the sun all day in good weather and you can enjoy nature in peace, fish and watch the sheep on the meadow opposite. After a short briefing, we were able to navigate the canal with the motorboat. The house has everything you need for everyday life and it was very clean. We would definitely like to come again.
