Boat holiday rentals in North Sea

Great place, great neighborhood just outside the busy city center. The space was bigger than I expected, with a super comfy berth and a large bathroom. Definitely recommended.

Très bon séjour passé sur le bateau de Jan! Endroit atypique pour y passer des bons moments 🤗 nous étions 9 pour et le bateau est largement spacieux pour tout le monde, tout était disponible sur place comme mentionné dans la description : bonus pour Bobby le chien trop chou Endroit idéal pour être au calme, à 20 min de voiture d’Amsterdam! Je recommande vivement ce logement ☺️

We thoroughly enjoyed a long weekend aboard Johan's houseboat, in a great location in the Jordaan! It was an experience simply not available in a hotel or B&B. We drank morning coffee and late afternoon cocktails on the deck whle soaking up the few remaining days of late summer sun. It was ideally located close to neighborhood restaurants, shops, and even weekend organic food and flea market, and a short walk to tourist attractions in the old city center. If not up for a longer walk along the canal to the museum quarter and beyond, a public transportation options were always available nearby. Communication prior to arrival and during our stay was proactive and prompt. The inside of the houseboat was even more spacious than we anticipated, and the beds were comfortable. We'll definitely opt for a stay here during our next visit to Amsterdam!

Maarten was a lovely host. The living accommodation was exactly as described and shown in the pictures and surprisingly spacious even for my giant husband. It was a short flat easy walk to the historic centre even with little legs in tow. breakfast was yummy with a special treat for my son who was very pleased that Maarten bought him a doughnut. communication was prompt and in perfect English

If you want a true taste of Amsterdam, Jaap’s place is a perfect fit. The historic accommodations right on the canal make you feel like one of the residents. Sitting on the boat and watching the other canal boats go by was a favorite pastime of our stay. Nighttime was gorgeous with the lights on the boat and the city reflecting in the water. Inside, the space was so unique and perfectly accommodated the four of us! Stores to purchase delicious baked goods and groceries were nearby as well as places to sit down and grab some local fare. We loved our stay here and already are talking about how we can come back to Japp’s amazing canal boat! We would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to share in a true taste of this very special city!

The house boat was just as it looked in the pictures! It was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. It was perfect how the kids sort of had their side, or wing, and my husband and I had our space in the master bedroom, on the other side. We all slept very well! We loved the cats, Skip & Bo. We are animal people, so it was fun having them come and go, and socialize and snuggle with us! The views were amazing and there were plenty of spots to just chill when we weren't out exploring. The house boat was very walkable to many fun spots and different areas. We definitely felt like we were staying in someone's home versus a rental. Enjoyed all of the personal touches in the kitchen as well! We would go back in a heartbeat and recommend Joost's place without hesitation!

Heerlijk verblijf met mijn zoontje op De Steert! Goed eten ook in het restaurant van Marianne. De boot is prachtig en knus en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Séjour tout à fait incroyable! Chaleureux, original et exceptionnel. Erwin est un hôte parfait. En plus d’être une personne passionnée avec plein d’histoires de vie intéressantes, il est très accueillant, sympathique et se soucie du bien-être de ses invités. L’excursion en bateau est à ne pas manquer, moment de pure sérénité et de détente. Chouette introduction au monde des bateaux à travers l’expérience et les savoirs d’Erwin. On a adoré pouvoir naviguer à bord de son voilier. Merci Erwin pour cette expérience magnifique!

Im ersten Augenblick waren wir etwas abgeneigt weil das Boot wirklich direkt vor dem Restaurant ,wie auf dem Präsentierteller, liegt aber es war super. Für ein paar entspannte Tage einfach weg ist es perfekt. Wie einkleiner Camping Trip auf dem Wasser. Die Hitze im Boot war erträglich.

Can highly recommend staying here. So nice to return to after a busy day sightseeing in Amsterdam. Near bus stop, 10 mins walk away, takes you straight to Amsterdam Central station. Get off at bus stop before station if you do not need metro, we walked everywhere. We used credit card each for bus, swipe on and then swipe as you get off, about 7 euro return. The Johanna is just a joy to be on, comfortable and clean with stunning views. Everything that you need and more is supplied. Sandra and her partner are a joy to deal with, checking in with us to ensure all was ok.

Fijne host mooie ruimte. Slaapkamertjes zijn natuurlijk wel klein. Bedden zijn goed. Geen vaatwasmachine. Vonden wij niet erg maar goed om te weten. Prachtige ligplaats.

Die Zeit bei Helena war einfach wundervoll! Helena ist eine sehr aufmerksame, freundliche Gastgeberin und das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet! Das Boot ist gemütlich, sehr sauber und bietet allen Komfort, den man sich wünschen kann. Die Gegend ist fantastisch, es ist ruhig und man kann viel Zeit in der Natur verbringen und den herrlichen Ausblick genießen. In der Nähe kann man Fahrräder mieten und das Wasser mit SUPs erkunden. Wir können Helenas Boot sehr empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für alles!

A great boat in a beautiful setting. Well-equipped and everything you need is there. Excellent communication before and during our stay. The additional electric boat was great for all of us and a wonderful experience. The small town was simply wonderful and easily accessible by electric boat. There's a supermarket and several restaurants. It was a perfect short break.Thank you....

Steven was absolutely amazing! The boat is lovely and well situated and he went absolutely above and beyond to help us out on our stay - he even brought us out on his tugboat for a test run! Could not recommend enough thank you so much for our stay 😊😊

What can I say. Never have been so satisfied with my airbnb stay, like ever. The boat itself is just THE vibe. Very budget place to stay near Amsterdam. Great public transport near the boat that allows to travel to every district. I spent there 2 nights and totally forgot about my life. Total immersion. Aniza is a great person, very straightforward and to the point. The boat "manual", the "do's and don'ts" about this majestic ship were quick and easy to remember. Totally recommend! When I'm back in Amsterdam I'm gonna hit up Aniza right away. Cheers 🥳

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever booked or stayed at. Gerben and Albert were excellent hosts and were so kind and friendly! The houseboat looked even more extravagant than in the photos which I didn’t think was possible! I would 100% book again and cannot wait to be back in Amsterdam to stay here. Also the location was perfect, within the heart of Amsterdam with so many shops, restaurants, and bars nearby.

This was a fun place to stay. There are 2 transit stops within a 5 minute walk. It was a few minutes walk from the metro station and super easy to find. Koko was responsive and made sure to communicate before check in so it was a breeze.

Wir waren mit einer vierköpfigen Frauengruppe in Bremen und haben auf der Segelyacht übernachtet. Es war für uns genau das Richtige, da wir mal etwas anderes probieren wollten und die Lage super ist. Der Gastgeber Bastian war super freundlich und hat uns tolle Empfehlungen gegeben. Check-In und der Check-Out konnten zeitlich angepasst werden, was unseren Trip noch besser machte. Auf der Segelyacht war alles sehr sauber und vom Platz war alles ausreichend. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft rundum genossen! Das Boot war genauso schön wie auf den Fotos – stilvoll eingerichtet, blitzsauber und mit vielen liebevollen Details. Die Betten sind okay zum Schlafen, aber den größten Komfort darf man nicht erwarten. Die Lage war ebenfalls top – ruhig, aber trotzdem alles vorhanden. Ideal für Ausflüge oder einfach zum Entspannen. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war hervorragend.

Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt auf Deinem Schiff. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Besonders schön ist auch die Lage des Schiffes. In der näheren Ungebung gibt es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in schöne Naturschutzgeiete, und die man gut mit Bootstouren erkunden kann.

Magnifique endroit pour profiter de la ville d’Amsterdam ! Une petite péniche cosy à 15min du centre-ville en Tramway. Pour nous, en tant qu’architecte, le logement nous a rappelé le cabanon de Le Corbusier 😊 Nous recommandons cet endroit et Wineke est une hôtesse en or ! Merci encore pour cet accueil et à bientôt !

Mit meinen Kindern habe ich 4 Tage bei Harold verbracht. Bereits im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation mit ihm total unkompliziert, aufgeschlossen und nett. Für die Anreise hatte Harold hilfreiche Tipps (Tram 26!), war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sogar angeboten, uns an der Haltestelle abzuholen und den Weg zum Boot zu zeigen. Harold Boot ist kein herkömmliches AirBnB. Es ist ein Zuhause, in dem man sich sofort uneingeschränkt wohl- und willkommen fühlen kann. Man findet alles, was man braucht und hat keinerlei Einschränkungen bzgl des Komforts. Wir waren begeistert. Harold hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns mit Kaffee, einem Obstkorb und Wein willkommen geheißen. Direkt vom Boot aus besteht die Möglichkeit zu baden. Es liegt super zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Fahrradverleih sind in direkter Umgebung. Mit dem Rad ist man in nicht einmal 30 min in der Innenstadt und in der Nähe gibt es noch sehr viel mehr zu entdecken. Danke, Harold, dass du dein Zuhause mit uns geteilt hast.
