The apartment is very large, very sophisticated, in the photos it looks beautiful but in person it impressed me. Nathalia is very kind, since I arrived she made me feel at home, she was always attentive to what I might need. 20/10 I'm leaving very happy. 100% recommended.

We stayed for 10 days, and it was an absolute pleasure, Valentina was always helpful if we needed additional things or info. We felt at home and felt welcome. We would recommend a stay here for sure. The place is much better than the photos. Very clean, well thought out for passenger comfort and very cozy. A balcony overlooking the city, you can breathe space, there was privacy for each member of the group. With easy and quick access to Ventura Mall through the Homecenter and very close to restaurants in Caobos. Mr. Jesus is a friendly, professional, always available host. The reception staff are very helpful. My 85-year-old mom already "informed" us that this is the place where she will stay when she travels to Cúcuta. That says it all. Excelente kitchen, location, beds. Smaller, quaint building. Good daily exercise getting up the fifth floor by stairs nut well worth. Highly recommend this location

Luz was a very gracious host, Ivan was also helpful and friendly! The view is one of the best, it can't be matched to any other. It's centrally located which was great! The welcome gift was very nice and the drinkable water saved me a lot of trouble. The residential gym is one of the best I've ever utilized and it even has a view! It's not the host's fault but I did find the infinity pool to have some odd accessibility issues even when it was supposedly open. Overall, Luz and Ivan were great and the apartment was very memorable. Gracias! :)

If you like a place to stay without worries about the security of your family, this is the right place. The walking trails are amazing. Also, the cabin has a beautiful view. A very peaceful place to stay. Highly recommended.

Overall the whole stay and the place, excellent. Highly recommended. The only observation is that there was no one to receive us to hand over the keys at check-in. And the communication was very slow, but the goal was achieved.

It is a very nice apt, clean, the location is good, you have everything you need. Jorge is an excellent host, despite some bad comments ... it went very well with him. I didn't have any problems, very attentive and respectful. Super recommended.

This trip is the multiple times I’ve rented Brian‘s place, it is so comfortable half the time I don’t even go out. Beds are comfortable, furniture is amazing. The location is ideal. Very very comfortable place with all the amenities you ever need. Like a home away from home situation. Brian is a great host very attentive. Always checking in seeing how I was doing. if you’re going to Cucuta this is definitely a must stay well worth the money.

Best air bnb host I’ve ever had, I came down to Colombia from Canada to get surgery with dr hector, the air bnb is only 5 minutes away from the clinic. Cesar was nothing but amazing!!! He was super sweet and attentive anytime I needed anything he was there and not to mention I missed my flight he let me come back to the apartment after my check out to take a nap and relax while I was getting my flights situated. I would definitely stay here again!

Maria is very kind and attentive, flexible with check-in and check-out time, open to requests. A very nice and quiet place, the photos don't do the space justice, it's much nicer and cozy. The kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils; dishware, pots, blender, microwave oven and all the toilet. Travelers may expect that the TV does not have access to streaming platforms although there is no internet connection, no sound equipment, no iron, otherwise, a great place.

Good location, very comfortable apartments with everything you need Friendly concierge, the only bad thing is that it does not have thermopanel windows and the apartment is on an avenue where you can hear absolutely everything All the motorcycles that passed all the vehicles until the early morning were heard, it took a lot of rest, I was with a 3 M baby and it was difficult to sleep. should invest in some windows that isolate the noise to make the stay totally enjoyable, or specify it in the review.
