David's house was beautiful, clean, well equipped and even larger than I anticipated. There were seven adults and we never felt on top of each other. It was plenty spacious and very clean. There were plenty of toys for the swimming pool. The bikes, chairs and umbrella were a necessity for the beach. The bike ride was a tad further than I anticipated. I'm sure the distance is no problem in winter months, but it was a bit far for those of us that were 50+ when the temperature is in the 90s. David is a super host! His responses to my questions were quick and thorough. We had a wonderful time!

We stayed here in mid-April and this place is amazing!! It was a calm/quiet area to stay in, close enough of a drive to downtown Naples, and close to the beaches. We drove to the beaches since we had beach gear and there was always parking available. They provided the beach gear, which was perfect so we didn’t have to pack or purchase. The landscape and heated pool out back was beautiful and convenient. We brought our 6-month old baby, a small pool floaty and pack n play was provided as well. So helpful! The hosts were super responsive and helpful. I would book here again and recommend this place!

Phil was an exceptional host from start to finish! His Naples property was the perfect setting for our family vacation. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured in the listing. Communication was outstanding - Phil responded quickly whenever we had questions or needed anything, which made our stay completely stress-free. The property had everything we needed, and the kids absolutely loved it! The location was ideal for exploring Naples, with convenient access to beaches and local attractions. The amenities were well-maintained and the entire space felt welcoming and thoughtfully prepared. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a more attentive host. Phil’s hospitality made our time in Naples truly special, and we would definitely book this property again for future visits to the area. Highly recommended!

Ben was extremely accommodating. Our flight got in very early and he had the place ready for us ahead of time. The amount of kitchen items and towels were wonderful! Looks just like photos - Highly recommend!

We were looking for a family get away for a while since our LO was born and this place was exactly what we needed! Great location and walking distance to the beach. Provided all the necessities we needed for the babe! If you are not in a mood to go out, just stay home and relax in the pool all day! All beach necessities were provided in the package. And the place was spectacular. Kyle always promptly responded to all the queries. We would definitely stay in the same place if we decide to revisit Naples again.

Welcome bottles of water were a nice touch as we got in late. Home was clean and nicely decorated. Loved the pool and hot tub (was a little tricky to figure out how to get the hot tub heated but eventually we got it). There were two adult bikes and beach umbrella, chairs, and cooler. TV’s were nice. Overall, we had a great stay!

This place was prettier than I remembered from the photos! The pool area is fantastic, and the overall layout of the house was great. It was very comfortable and clean, and my boys absolutely loved all the fun stuff in the garage! It was only a 5 minute drive to the Foxtail Coffee nearby, as well as many other restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Ted's place was absolutely perfect for our visit to Naples. He is a fantastic host who has thought of everything to make your stay amazing. Great location, nicely furnished home, fully stocked kitchen, wonderful beach amenities, and a beautiful and private pool/spa to relax in after a day at the beach. I was very pleased with this rental. It was spotless, meticulously remodeled, and the host was very nice to us. She even put out snacks for us. There were free beach umbrellas and chairs as well as sand toys. There were four bikes in the garage. It was less than five minutes from the beach. She was able to accommodate everything we asked for. The pool was beautiful and well kept. The home was clean. The Wi-Fi was super fast and there was cable as well. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. This is probably the best Airbnb I have ever had.

Our stay at Randy’s place was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Randy was very accommodating and flexible and met our every need. His home in Naples is just lovely with a beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub. Its close proximity to the beach and many restaurants and shops is a plus. He provided bikes and beach equipment as well. A TV in every room with very comfortable beds. We can’t wait to go back!

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at Lesley’s place. We had a last-minute change in plans after another Airbnb fell through during check-in, and I booked Lesley’s home on short notice. Her team was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which turned what could have been a stressful start to our mother-daughter trip into a smooth and relaxing experience. The home is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked—especially the kitchen. The backyard is serene, and we had an amazing time unwinding there. The bedrooms are spacious, and having TVs in every room was a great bonus. I’ve stayed in a few Airbnbs in this area over the years, and this one by far stands out. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay again!

Loved our stay! Was very conveniently located so close to everything! Including all the great restaurants, Mercato, the beach, the waterside shops and 5th Ave. My husband and I lived in Naples for a few years and came back to visit our friends. We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay. Felt like we were home again! Alfred is a great host. Very helpful and replies quickly if there are any concerns or questions! The home itself has everything you would need and the backyard is beautiful with a new pool/spa. Would definitely stay again!

The house was beautiful and we had an amazing time together as a family

This home was fantastic. Had everything we could have imagined. We celebrated my husbands birthday with our adult children (6 of us). It was spacious, well taken care of and the back yard was phenomenal. Beautiful pool, great hot tub, large covered deck to hang out on. And the extensive outdoor barbeque area was a huge bonus as we were able to cook lunch & dinner out there. We loved the area too - just. Short distance to Vanderbilt Beach. Danijela was so easy to communicate with and our stay was fantastic.

I can’t say enough great things about this wonderful home!! Antonio was the very best host - always responsive and he has thought of absolutely everything a guest might want or need. The backyard was amazing and our family made wonderful memories there - I know yours will too.
