Holiday rentals with a patio in North Hobart

We had a really good stay in Asia's house. The decoration and all of the plants make us feel like at home. We had everything we were needed. Higly recommand it 🤗

Myself and a group of friends stayed at this property for a long weekend. Clear instructions for check in. The property was a perfect size and well equipped for a big group. The house was very clean and tidy. There were heaters and electric blankets in every bedroom which was an extra bonus during the winter months. The property was in a great driving location to all shops, bars, restaurants etc. Had a beautiful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Brooke's' place. The beds and living area were very comfortable, with good heating available for the cooler months. It was close to lots of restaurants and cafes and parking available. The place was clean and tidy with great kitchen amenities. I would definitely stay here again :)

Great location, very convenient if you’re doing anything with the university or just spending some time in town. Perfect for one person if you need space or for multiple people who need their own space.

Vicki and Gary take absolutely amazing care of their place. It was very clean and cosy with plentiful amenities like a wide range of coffees and teas. The location has all you could need in walking distance and is very private and quiet, you will feel right at home. Vicki and Gary have put extreme care and thought into the studio including a booklet with a bunch of tips and intruction manuals for all the appliances in the studio which is a lifesaver and super appreciated! They are also very helpful and are always tending to the studio aswell as us as guests, they respect privacy and always ask before they clean around the studio. Everything about the studio is quality and it's rare for an airbnb to feel like the owners really stayed there themselves and made sure it's a home. Wonderful stay highly recommended, I miss staying there already!

Lovely comfortably stay with a homely feel. Fully equiped kitchen with some little extras. Close to the city, great restaurants and even a great little supermarket just up the road.

Hobarts premier location. so close to everything but tucked away just enough to unwind and relax. I couldn't fault this property or the host. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay! The location was excellent — right across the street from an IGA and just a short walk downhill to the Pier, which made for a lovely walk especially in the morning with a coffee. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One small note: we had a bit of trouble finding the entrance at night since it was quite dark, and we ended up circling the block twice by car. But once we found it, everything else was smooth. Overall, a wonderful place to stay — we really enjoyed our time and had a relaxing break. Thank you!

This is our second stay at the blue house, and I’m sure not the last! Great location, house packed with character with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Stuart was communicative, check in/out process very smooth.

Our stay at Katharine's was truly magical. The house is a stunning masterpiece, with every corner reflecting the owner's artistic vision. We were particularly enchanted by the play space and toys provided for the kids, which kept them entertained for hours. Katharine's warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Her thoughtful touches, like the abundance of local guidebooks and resources, added an extra layer of charm to our stay. Thank you, Katharine, for a wonderful experience! We can't recommend this unique and delightful Airbnb enough!

Awesome place to stay, so close to everything but still so quiet and peaceful. Outdoor hot tub at night was great. Definitely recommend

Gorgeous house with all we needed for our stay near friends in Hobart- definitely walkable everywhere from the seafront, to local restaurants, cafes and shops down to the centre. Loved exploring the area, and admiring the cute properties and history!

Our second stay at Ken’s place and again it was superb. Lovely quiet setting up at the foot of kunanyi yet a quick and easy drive (less than 10 minutes) or bus (almost right outside) to central Hobart. Spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable, with nice facilities. Saw lots of wildlife again including pademelons, wallabies and possums. Our family of four stayed a week and were comfortable and happy.

We had a great 4 night stay at brads pink palace. Nicely renovated house, the heated floors in the bathroom and the cozy fireplace were a luxury, but the real highlight were the magnificent views of the river and the bridge from the deck. We don’t realise there were a few stairs up to the bedrooms and bathroom, this was tricky with an 18 month old toddler but we were thrilled with the kids toys and sandpit. Brad was a wonderful host, very responsive and great communication.

Great house, particularly for a family group. Being winter it was cosy and warm and beds comfortable. It had everything we needed (and more) in regard to extras. Thanks!

We had a great time staying at Robert’s Condo. The location was great for walking everywhere. Close to good cafes and restaurants. Robert added some lovely unexpected little additions which made us feel right at home. Thank you! The condo itself is large and has modern amenities. We look forward to travelling back someday with our 1 year old son.

Gorgeous little apartment by the water. Better than we had expected and offers everything you could need. Beds were super comfy and great food and coffee literally minutes walk away - highly recommend and we are keen to stay again ! Thanks Roxy and Ambre for sharing your beautiful home with us !

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very welcoming and clean. Comfortable beds and sitting area. It was well equipped. The stairs may be an issue for some, although there was a 1 bedroom unit down stairs with easy access that one of our party used. The location was ideal for us and the view pleasant.

The landlord is a very warm and kind person, and both my boyfriend and I really like them! The house is also very new, making it a comfortable place to stay. Plus, it’s close to the beach, making it a great choice for accommodation in Tasmania!

All I would say is a little home away from home. Family friendly beach and park great for family with kids. Overall a great place. I stay here for work until we got the rental property.
