Pet-friendly holiday rentals in North Haven

A fantastic place to stay with family, friends and dogs! It has everything you need: lots of handy kitchen and staple pantry items, lots of spare linen, books, games, chopped firewood and strong and reliable internet! We loved the easy walk down into town and appreciated the climb back up the hill after enjoying the local cafes. Our trip was a bit touch and go due to local floods impacting access but Tim and Wendy were super helpful in keeping us updated on roads opening etc. We really enjoyed the easy going vibe of The Deck and will rebook again 😊

Lovely stay in Smiths lake, feel like you’re up in the trees. Note there is a steep driveway and many stairs to get into the home.

Jane's accommodation is close to the beach. There are plenty of playgrounds for children along the beaches. Shopping facilities are also within walking distance. Loved it

We loved our stay at your beautiful home - so eclectic, gorgeous gardens, so relaxing with the wrap around verandah and day beds, and the magic bush track down to the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped, and everything so thoughtfully presented … a relaxing home away from home! Our little dog Cliffy absolutely loved his time there too … lots to explore in the fully fenced garden, and he loved his daily beach adventures. Thank you Evelyn & Kerry for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back and stay longer next time.

Fabulous chilled out beach side weekend with adult children and 2 x dogs. Hosts have a perfect house to relax, surf or take in beach scenery walks. House well appointed with fur family perfectly considered. Paul and De are great hosts. Thank you

We absolutely had the best time here. The property is beyond amazing. The best sunset ever! So much to do, from fishing, crabbing, riding bike around and enjoying the fire at night. Neil is super friendly! Even gave us mud crab that he freshly caught! Communication is amazing! Gayle is super fast at responding. We will be coming back here for sure. Thank you so much

We had a wonderful stay! The home was incredibly comfortable and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. Everything was immaculately clean on arrival, and the attention to detail made us feel right at home. A special thank you for allowing us to bring our dogs — the property was perfect for them, with great facilities and a secure, pet-friendly setup that made our stay stress-free. We really appreciated being able to include them in our holiday. The location was absolutely fantastic — close to everything we needed yet peaceful and private. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Linga Longa. The place is so picturesque. The cottage is extremely comfortable and well-equipped. Vickie is very responsive and easy to reach. We would love to go back!

We had an amazing stay at Becker 94. Our Border Collie had come with us and we felt right at home! It was cozy and Maryla was super helpful when we needed anything! She even went above and beyond to mail our house keys back to us after we left them there. Unfortunately we visited in winter so couldn’t take advantage of the amazing pool so we will definitely be back in summer next time! Cannot recommend this place enough for a relaxing weekend.

Turtle crossing, what a beautiful serene place. We got to enjoy this charming property right after the recent heavy rains to the Mid Coast, and we were very close to cancelling, but we were oh so happy that we committed to our trip, and got the opportunity to explore this beautiful part of NSW. In the rain, in the clouds, in the fog, or in the sun, this property shines bright. There is so much to enjoy about the open space in the living areas as was in the gorgeous surrounding landscape. Very secluded setting with everything is provided. A fully stacked kitchen, generous amount of bedrooms & beds and endless games & activities makes this suitable for all families or groups wanting to escape from the hustle and bustle of normal life. Jenni & Clive are amazing hosts, and I can’t praise either of them enough for their generosity and friendliness in the buildup, during and after our stay. We will be back

Had the most beautiful stay at Eamonn's on the river. The place is so sweet & exactly as described and pictured... such a serene escape with beautiful scenery, great amenities & hosts to match. We enjoyed sitting by the lake and outdoor fire place every evening which was stocked with wood and fire lighters to get us on our way. It was my hubby's bday while away & Eamonn went to the extremely kind trouble of baking a scrumptious cake to celebrate which he delivered to us. We also got to mingle with a litter of puppies which was a treat & added bonus : ). Eamonn came to the rescue when my husband has an allergic reaction as well , promptly bringing over some antihistamines early in the morning. Twas a perfect weekend, owed to the place and hosts. Thanks so much for having us and spoiling us!

Fantastic Place. Loved absolutely everything. Huge bonus that we could have our beloved doggo with us. The pool and Tennis court were well used by us as was the back verandah where we ate, played games and just chilled. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

We had a really lovely stay at Paul’s cottage. We were looking for a peaceful weekend away from Sydney and we found just that. We really enjoyed walking around the property and being away from the busy city. We spent the day exploring Tuncurry/Forster which was an easy drive away. We spent the afternoons relaxing near a lovely wood fire, admiring the river view. We really enjoyed how hospitable Paul and Kerry were, their attention to detail, and going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed some of the lovely treats left in the cabin for us and would love to visit again soon.

Lovely spot with plenty to do around the area, nice cafes and beach right next door. Great walk into Port Mac main town via coast. Will be back!

Stefan & Tricia’s place was perfect for our needs - we were 7 adults & it was great to have multiple living areas. I appreciate that they allow dogs & the back-yard was very secure & close to a dog friendly beach. The outside shower was really handy to have as well. The area itself was great with plenty to do.

It’s a fantastic stay. Beautiful Lakehouse. Great for a family of 4. Got plenty to do at the premises, sauna by the lakeside, kayaking at Cooma Bay and cooking in the beautiful kitchen with the freshly picked vegetables from the garden. Also, there are two lovely doggies, Matilda and Bella checked us in and out. Amazing host!

Roz was super accommodating with our last minute request to stay. We were so grateful to have a ‘home away from home’, for the duration of a course I was attending nearby and to share the cosy, private and peaceful space with our dogs. The sofa bed I front of the fire was a big novelty for our daughter, and we all stayed very warm thanks to the plentiful firewood provided. Beautiful north western mountain views from the elevated site and wonderful sunsets to wind down with in the evening. Comfy beds, fresh linen and quiet nights left us all refreshed and ready to explore and enjoy the wonders of Biripi and Worimi country. Thanks Roz! I will certainly recommend.

wow! where do I start. the serenity? the amazing views? the super clean well equipped cottage? the friendly thoughtful host? we loved everything about Sam's place, from the cosy fireplace to the sun-filled deck, the well maintained walking trails, secure yard for our pooch, comfy bed, ....the goats! We are already planning to return next year.

We've stayed at Dans a few times now, always so easy to communicate with and his place is in a great spot! We'll be back again :)

Scott and Nadine made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived, guiding us through the lodge and sharing local tips. The pantry was well-stocked with essentials, and the fridge held condiments, butter, eggs, and milk. Thoughtful touches like wine, fresh bread, fruit, and a variety of teas and coffees made our stay even more special. Scott even offered a dog bed and bowls. With our teenagers and dog, we loved the spacious, cozy rooms with comfortable beds and beautiful linen. Entertainment was covered with TV, board games, and cards. Everything was so well provided that we could fully relax—exploring the gardens, meeting the hens, and enjoying the town and its stunning surroundings. Thank you, Scott and Nadine, for your incredible hospitality. We truly loved our stay!
