Holiday rentals with lake access in North Frisian Islands

We had a super good stay. The house has everything you need and very good beds. It is an incredibly beautiful area, and we enjoyed the beautiful view from the house. Henrik is a good host who responds very quickly. If we get the chance, we will definitely come back :)

Wiebke and the homeowners were totally nice and immediately helpful when there were problems with the sauna. We were able to communicate super well & open and solve the problem quickly. Was a very contingency encore. The location is also really nice and quiet, located between two places. Although directly on the road, but since the asphalt is tiptop, you can hardly hear the cars in the house. My highlights were the sauna, the view & the fireplace. The house itself is totally cozy and super suitable for relaxing. You could also watch some animals and it was about 20 minutes by car to the North Sea. A small neighboring lake also invited you to swim. Around New Year's Eve, it was more popping than expected, especially the non-legal things could often be heard. Otherwise, the banging in the villages on the 12/31+-1 day was limited, which in my opinion is not handled so well everywhere. And you should be windproof! So everything is great, I am very satisfied.

We had a great time at Arne’s place. This was the second time we stayed at his place and it certainly won’t be the last time. We will be come back here. Highly recommended!!!

It was a beautiful accommodation close to the Schlei, where you can feel at home. Matthias is a great host who is always eager to help you in a friendly way. Thanks we'll be back for sure!

Friederike and Sven rent a small but wonderful, very well-equipped AirBNB, just the thing for our sporting activities around the Schlei. Absolutely recommended ! We will book it again.

We were warmly welcomed on the first day and received a personal introduction. The house has a pleasantly quiet location and a beautiful view of the sea, which can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. Thanks for a great stay!

A great house with many possibilities. We were there with 7 adults and 5 children. There was something for everyone. Great activity room for everyone and outside was enough for the kids. Everything was clean and tidy. Everything was there in the apartment. Nothing was missing. We can only recommend it.

Finn and Bente were good hosts, and had written a warm welcome to us! We chose the house because of its location and the good space. Everything worked and clear signage helped us there when Google would have sent us in the opposite direction. The good space did everything for us, good parking options, and quick answers from Finn were important. Super place!

It's always wonderful to be here! How to come home and yet immediately vacation!

It was nice to stay at Mette's again in Arrild. Everything is there and quickly you are in the hustle and bustle of Römö or for shopping in Toftlund. We will be back.

Beautiful landscape, incredibly great location and view directly on the Schlei. In just five minutes you can be at a small beach with a playground.

The apartment is very spacious and clean. Parking is not a problem, you can quickly reach Ribe by car. Bodil welcomed us well and gave us tips for the area. Bodil lives right next door, so check-in is flexible.

Unfortunately, we were only there one night, but it was great, generous for 2 people, very clean and everything was there for a carefree stay. Easy check-in and delicious coffee to welcome - great! We will be happy to come back!

My father and I needed a couple of nights when we were going to see the Viking Museum Haithabu and Gottorp Castle. For that purpose, Indra's apartment was perfect with walking distance to the Hedeby museum and otherwise nice peace and quiet for relaxation. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and everything is clean and tidy.

Very nice and big apartment with everything needed. Huge living room, small sleeping room with comfy bed. Great view of fields and sea from terrace. Quiet surroundings. 5min to Aabenraa by car. Easy self check-in.

Great place, really homy and beautifully done. We loved the the hosts who were all very friendly, fire place was on for us every evening, arrow shooting lesson with an experienced quide - the children loved it! If you are planning to stay with your dog, do consider that dogs which are not used to living in an appartment will react to noises in and outside the house. Also during the night. Our dog was quite alert in these surroundings and he is normally quiet. If its not a problem for you, you will be just fine ;) We enjoyed our stay a lot and would like to come back.

We had a great stay at Stefanie's place. The place is perfect for trips with a larger group of friends. Stunning view, great terrace, lots to do. We especially enjoyed the boat trip with Sönke and the trip to Friedrichstadt. Both were recommendations by Stefanie. The amenities provide everything you are looking for: bbq, great terrace, large kitchen, stand-up paddle, board games, etc. Stefanie was very responsive, understanding and friendly. She provided great recommendations and was very helpful. She greeted us with a drink and we felt welcome straight away. i have already recommended the place to a friend

It was a wonderful vacation again. I felt totally comfortable in the cottage. I was able to cook outside in the outdoor kitchen. I was very excited to do almost everything outside. In Jørgen's garden, I was able to totally relax and connect with nature. Jørgen makes sure his guests feel comfortable and we had wonderful conversations too. By bike or car you can make beautiful excursions in the area. The Jagdhytte is very centrally located, so you can also quickly reach, e.g. Ribe, the Wadden Sea or Kolding. I will definitely return! Very nice stay right on the border between Denmark and Germany within walking distance via nature trail to Nolde Museum in Seebüll. Quiet house, nicely decorated and perfect for two adults and two children. Hostess Heike was extremely welcoming. We'd love to come back.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful wooden cottage. It is very tastefully decorated and of high quality. We really didn't miss anything. The best view is through the window front towards the dike with the possibility of bird watching. We had somewhat worse weather, but we were able to take advantage of the sauna in the accommodation and organize the time in the great apartment freely. You can explore the area wonderfully by bike or on foot. Heike and Rasmus are very warm and friendly hosts. Thank you again for the wonderful time at your place!

We were at Boike and Sinah's place for a long weekend. Everything is as described and even more beautiful! The place is well equipped and it lacks nothing. You feel right at home, everything is clean and cozy. The area is beautiful and the few people you meet there are all super nice! Just like Boike & Sinah. The communication with the two was great and they gave us great tips and renting the canoe was also great. We'd love to come back! 🐑

We were very satisfied all around. The holiday home is very nice, almost directly on the sea, has a beautiful terrace with a great view of the sea. The amenities are above average. The landlords are very hospitable, accommodating and uncomplicated and helpful when necessary. It was also special that children's dishes and cutlery were specially thought of in advance for our little son.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation from the beginning, which is simply wonderful, so directly on the water. Equipped with everything, even for the little ones, we did not get bored and we enjoyed the extended weekend with excursions in the area and relaxed time in the house/garden. Bettina has furnished the vacation home lovingly and stylishly and we will definitely come back again.

There were two of us in Hanne & Kurt's accommodation and felt very comfortable right from the beginning. Everything you need for a few quiet days is available. However, a point of criticism would be that the beds were not comfortable; but that may also be subjective. Overall it left a very good impression on us and we had a lovely time!
