Holiday rentals with a fireplace in North East Lincolnshire

Debra's place is well located in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is functional and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is filled with all cutlery, utensils so you can easily cook food there. The fridge is of good size! The garden is also of large size and we spotted little bunnies there. The children were thrilled! The rooms are of good size and have nice linen. Debra was very responsive and provided all clear instructions for a flexible check-in. We recommend this place for friends and families.

The place was clean, check-in was easy, and there were plenty of amenities provided. The garden was especially nice, with sunlight for most of the day – a great spot to relax.Overall, a pleasant stay!

Fabulous stay! we felt right at home beautifully maintained and had everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach front and local amenities at the end of the road. We loved the layout of the garden and the hot tub of course. Thank you for the prosecco it was a lovely welcome and the food recommendations! We could have stayed all week! Thanks again

The cottage was exactly as described; modern, warm, comfortable bed and lounge, every amenity that could be required, and tastefully decorated. Secure courtyard and surrounding fields ideal for my dog. Great host. Highly recommended.

We were very happy with this Airbnb. The beach, pier and restaurants were within easy an walk for our children. The accommodation was more spacious than we expected and the kitchen was particularly well equipped. Our children loved the books and games cupboard. The beds were all comfortable and the bedlinen was quite luxurious. Having one free parking space was much appreciated. The 2nd car was easy to park in the carpark nearby for £6/ day, then free overnight right outside the house. If we return to Cleethorpes, I'm sure we'll want to book The Seaside Snug again.

My wife, mother and I had a fabulous time at Joanne's home, it had everything that we needed. everything was within an easy walk, pubs restaurants and the beach, just what we wanted. we would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants to stop in Cleethorpes

Great place! The house has good spaces for everyone to sit together to talk, eat, a nice snooker room to play and a good outdoor area with fire pit and hot tub. We had a great time with friends and kids loved the place too. The Hot tub was great, even in winter temperatures! Bedrooms are big and comfortable. There is not a lot to do in the immediate surrounding areas, but if your purpose of renting the house is to spend time with family and friends, this is really not an issue. There are plenty of supermarket options not far. Overall, we had a lovely time here!

Highly recommend this beautiful chalet for a visit to the Fitties in Humberston. This is our 3rd visit to the Fitties, which is already a very special place, but WOW, this chalet is really something special. The open kitchen/living space is absolutely flooded with light and the views onto the dunes are just amazing. We visited in late May and shallows were zooming around all evening. The listing was just as described with all you could need for self-catering. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens and bedding all of the finest quality. we did struggle with WIFI and reception- however this seems a problem across the Fitties anx we actually enjoyed the disconnect and embraced it. if you're going to work you may struggle but to relax and unwind it was perfect. 2 nights just not long enough. Hosts always kind and responsive. We hope to return! Thank you.

Clean and tidy flat with everything you could need,crockery,cutlery,washer etc.The location was quiet apart from occasional noise from passing trains but not a problem. I never saw or heard from people in the 3 other flats in the block.I had an initial problem with front door lock and contacted the host who sent someone round very quickly.I would certainly recommend this flat and the great service of Hullidays to anyone visiting Hull.

I highly recommend this apartment as a place to stay. It is spacious, stylish, modern and comfortable in the heart of the old town. Although the street itself was busy, the apartment is located at the back and was very quiet; we had a good night's sleep in a very comfortable bed. We certainly had everything that we needed in the apartment and appreciated the fresh milk, bottled water, tea/coffee etc. Gary was friendly and swift in all his communications with us and the early check in was a real bonus. I am only sorry that I did not get chance to read 'The Land of Green Ginger' - maybe next time. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a fantastic few days in Cleethorpes visiting from Australia to see family. Gill's place was lovely and couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

I have enjoyed my stay at Jo's place a great deal. The place is beautiful, peaceful and well-kept. There is a nice kitchen if you want to cook during your stay. I've mostly interacted with Will during my stay, and it was a real pleasure to have his company. Overall I highly recommend both the place and hosts.

Lovely stay. Very well maintained, nice tv, kitchen with all the appliances and utensils. Even salt/pepper and coffee/tea/sugar was available. Location is prime as it was easily accessible to major shopping areas and the marina is a road across. Clear instructions and host was always available even though he was on vacation.

Simon as usual was friendly and welcoming as the host. A small issue with plugs was fixed within an hour so he's very responsive. After stayed 3 or 4 times now. The apartment is clean, tidy and comfortable. Decor is pretty. Having a washing machine was fantastic as we could pack lighter and wash things. Towels provided and extra pillows, big tv and all that you need. The location is quiet yet just around the corner is old town with a lovely food market and great choice of foods. The vibe is great and area by the minster is beautiful. It's a 5 to 10 min walk into the city centre. Ideal! We love staying here and this time enjoyed taking our small dog. Many thanks!

A lovely stay and homely feel. Beds were really comfy. Easy to get key and flexible check in and out and flexible on amount of nights was a bonus. Fantastic communication from booking to check in. Thank you for a great stay.
