We keep coming back! It's comfy and cozy for two, and it's convenient for visiting Ballard or getting to downtown Seattle. The description and pictures of the space are accurate, and we appreciate the well-laid out space.

my husband and I have stayed in many airbnb's, but this is the absolut Best. the apartment is beautifully decorated. The bed is very comfortable. The apartment is equibbed with everything you could want. we were so comfortable staying here and will definition stay here again.

The apartment was great- very spacious and well stocked. After sharing a cabin on an Alaskan cruise this Air Bnb felt huge. The garden was beautiful and well maintained also. We enjoyed our stay very much!

I really like this house and the host is very friendly and responds very quickly. I booked this house for my mom and my younger brother as it was their first visit to the U.S. to attend my graduation ceremony. The neighborhood is very safe, and the house is warm and cozy! We enjoyed our long (almost two-month) stay at this home. It was a cozy, comfortable temporary place to stay. There were many cute adornments and other nice touches to the place. The master bed was King-sized and extremely comfortable, which was a relief because you can't get a sense of comfort from pictures. The appliances, plumbing and heating worked well. The kitchen was well-stocked beyond just the basics, and had very cute coffee / tea cups. The yard was spacious. The neighborhood was peaceful. Other reviews do accurately note the steepness of the driveway, but it was not an issue for us. Overall we were very happy. Thanks!

This is the second time we have stayed in this gem of an Airbnb. Great location and perfect little house for a couple or couple with a baby. The house is meticulously clean, well appointed and is easily walkable to the wonderful downtown of Snohomish. We flew into Paine Airport - only 25 minutes away. Also Jen’s communication was excellent and proactive.

One of my favorite air b n b experiences. Absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better. It is surrounded by delicious restaurants and above a delish breakfast and coffee place. But it’s so quiet. The apartment is so peaceful and bright but with black out curtains for sleep. The bed and fold out were super comfy. Just truly perfect stay.

The location is great. The parking was very handy. Everything was very clean and up-to-date. We will definitely come back here.

We really enjoyed the stay at Brianne’s place, great location surrounded by nice restaurants and cafes, the place is very cozy and clean. We never get tired of the view of the balcony! Highly recommended!!!

The AirBnB was perfect for a week long stay in Seattle. Its right in downtown, so you can walk down and get to restaurants, shops and more. Pike place and waterfront are at walking distance too. I could go on runs with my dog along the waterfront. Its a secure building which made the experience more safe and relaxed for me.

Nick has a perfect spot for a quick stay before a flight out of SeaTac. Easy peasy!

Second stay here, will continue to be my go to place when staying in Woodinville area.
