Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in North Bondi

We're just home after a 2 week stay at Jaq's home...and it felt like home to us right away! We used to live in Sydney, so know the area well. The apartment is in a fabulous location, but with that comes the risk of noise. The block itself is super quiet (we've lived in 4 different blocks and it's quieter than any of those), but if you're a light sleeper, maybe take ear plugs as there can be some 'surrounding' noise. Also worth taking an eye mask, as the light could be an issue. The apartment had everything we needed and our 10 year old loved having access to his favourite books! Easy walk to the beach, bus stops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We would happily stay again. Thanks for everything Jaq! x

The apartment itself was perfect for the three of us. All appliances where brand new and easy to use. The living dining space was excellent(although we ate out most of the time!). The best part of the apartment is the location. Directly out the door is Bondi Beach. We would get up and swim first thing every day. There are loads of breakfast places with in walking distance all doing great food and pastries for the morning. The host was very helpful with every question I had and responded very quickly. Coming from the UK this was the perfect Easter escape and the apartment was great value for money! There is nothing I could fault about it!!

Caz’s place has great amenities and a spacious parking lot! There are plenty of meal options around the area and just a walk away from the beach! The apartment was ample and cozy! Overall, highly recommended if you would like a cozy space to rest! 😊

We had an amazing 3 day stay on our way from US to Bali. Loved staying in Nandi beach and 2 days touring the city! Was a perfect location. Loved the corner cafe and easy walk to beach. Plenty of space for 4 adults, two teens and 2 toddler. Kate was a great host!

This place combines the best aspects of an Airbnb (freedom, home feel, roomy) with the convenience of hotel-like check-in at the reception of the adjacent hotel, room service, and cleaning. If you appreciate contemporary architecture like I do, the building adds tremendous value. This has been my favourite Airbnb experience so far!

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in an ideal location - walkable to everything buzzy in Bondi or the smaller more peaceful beaches in the other direction (Tama, Bronte, etc). Perfect location a short walk from Tamarama beach and the VIEW!!! Apartment is lovely and modern inside, very comfortable and feels very private. Victoria was an incredible host and managed to arrange an early check in and late check out when she found out my flight times. Would absolutely stay again!

We loved staying here! So many great coffee shops nearby and the beach was less than a 10 min walk away. It was so nice to wake up, grab coffee at Jacks, and walk to the beach. My daughter loved the little children’s wading pool at Bondi. Eric and Jules left out beach towels, which we appreciated. The apartments on a charming quiet street and we felt safe and quite at home. The Lemon Tree Grocer is a 5 min walk away and has all the essentials. In short, would recommend to anyone looking for a short or long term stay at Bondi.

We visited in winter and the heater/ac unit warmed up the place quickly and kept it very comfortable. Every element of the apartment was thoughtfully designed. From the hand rail, to the windows and the lighting. As designers ourselves we loved all the small details. The location was on a quiet side street. Nearby were many lovely cafes and parks. We walked around a lot. Sarah was a responsive and friendly host. We will stay there again next time we visit Sydney.

Loved my week at Amanda’s. The welcome “weekly shop” (fresh basics + juice) was a lovely touch after a long journey. Quiet street, yet a quick walk to Manly Beach, cafés, and the ferry—perfect spot. Home was spotless, comfy beds, sharp kitchen, bright living space. Amanda’s fast replies and local tips sealed the deal. Five stars.

Situated in beautiful quiet back street. Long walk down side of house to accommodation under main house. No problem for us but might be a little tough if you are not very ambulant. Fantastic walk down to the water through rainforest like vegetation to the ferry. Amazing. From ferry can get anywhere in the bay area. No kitchen or kitchen sink but they do offer to wash any dishes etc. So no cooking. Lots of food extras. Very happy with stay.

WE had a very smooth and enjoyable stay. Loved the quietness/privacy. Beds great. Excellent access for public transport to various places. Jeremy had warned us about steps. We are in our upper 70's, but we were able to negotiate the steps ok (carefully). The surrounding streets are sloping, and we we walked, not using our car for 6 days. We got a little tired over time, but the exercise felt good. A unique experience -highly recommended! (But not for the frail).

The Bondi Beach, Tamarama, Bronte beach area is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited. After spending a week running all over Sydney, I’m so glad we stayed here instead of downtown or near the Opera House. We felt like we got a more authentic experience. Charlotte’s house has billionaire views in a cozy, easy to use place right on one of the best beach trails I’ve ever experienced. 5 of 5, I’ll dream of my next chance to stay here.

We had a good stay at this Airbnb. The location was excellent! You are around the corner from lots of great restaurants and grocery store. The beach is a few minutes walk which was fantastic! Thanks again.

Great place for 2 business travelers to spend away from the Sydney CBD between meetings. 10 minutes to the beach/restaurants etc, Bruce made helpful recommendations and had good communication across timezones. Place was clean and had everything we needed.

Mira's place is fantastic. It has everything you need and was clean and well organised. It is close to public transport, eateries, groceries and the city. We had a great long weekend there.

What a fantastic, iconic view! A pretty & quiet location. A fabulous place to stay on our last night in Australia. A real treat. Thank you for sharing your wonderful flat , will definitely recommend.

We felt right at home. Claudia has every convenience for a week long stay. Great kitchen and peaceful neighborhood for sleeping. It was an easy walk directly down beach road to the stunning bondi beach. Cute cafes and terrific Harris Farms grocery close by.

Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

Great location beautiful property well maintained

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

Di’s place was everything I was looking for during my 5 night stay. It was nice that it came pre-stocked with some basics (coffee pods, tea bags and instant oatmeal) if you arrived without groceries (like me). It also comes with any necessary cleaning supplies for longer stays (dish detergent, clothes detergent , bathroom etc.). I felt safe in the building. A key fob is required to enter building and access your specific floor. Motion sensor lighting greets you upon exiting the elevator. Location was perfect, 1.5 blocks from Museum train station (direct trains to airport) and multiple bus lines. Nearby Hyde park was lovely to walk through and the Hyde Park Barracks at the opposite end is a must see museum to learn about the settlement of Sydney. Easy to walk to Chinatown and the Paddy Market (great for souvenirs) as well as the botanical gardens, the Opera House or Darling Harbor and the Maritime Museum. Coles (open until midnight) and an IGA are within 2-3 blocks.
