Holiday rentals with a patio in North Bay Village

What a VIEW. Very spacious, modern furniture and vibe, gym pool and spa access, lots of cool people to run into in the lobby, elevator, and pool. Loved our stay here.

Comfy little apartment with a good desk to work from and a kitchen you can use. The bed is one of those memory foam mattresses so it is quite soft - depends on you if you like those. We appreciate the coffee pods and water you left us

Également, sa localisation permet d'accéder facilement à d'autres quartiers grâce à la proximité des transports en commun. Également, le parking mis à disposition était très pratique. Very cute and clean place! I did not realize it was a shared space, almost like a guest house type deal. Although I do not typically prefer this set up for a stay, it was perfect for what my husband and I needed for the weekend. Great location as well! Good communication with the host.

I really liked everything. Juan Carlos is a nice and attentive person. He responded to messages very quickly. We rented the house for one month and so I asked the owner for a vacuum cleaner and, if possible, a grill. Juan Carlos brought everything the same day. It was very nice to find small gifts for my family in the apartment. Also, the house has everything you need for living and relaxing (beach umbrella and blanket, toys for children, a small folding cot and a lot of everything, even extra blankets, caps, thermal bags). Also, the owner made the backyard very beautiful and green with beautiful orchids and a place for a picnic. I recommend this accommodation for relaxation. My family will remember the vacation here with pleasure.

10/10. Was extremely clean and has everything you need. Amenities were amazing and check in was simple. You get a nice parking spot right infront of the gate. 10-15 min drive depends on traffic to downtown.

I’ve booked this place twice… and both times it was just amazing to be there.

I cannot say enough good things about this lovely home. It looks just like the pictures, but the pictures do no do this home enough justice!! We loved the lush green backyard garden and trees that are all lit up with string lights at night. The mango and coconut trees gave it such a lovely tropical vibe. We loved listening to the peaceful sounds and rhythms of the neighborhood and enjoyed strolling to the local restaurants that were close by. The home has a wonderful amount of space and the kitchen is fully stocked. The beds are large which delighted all members of my family. I cannot wait to come back- we had such a great visit!! I highly recommend this place.

Excelente lugar para quedarse, espacio suficiente para quedarte de paso si vas de visita al hard rock stadium.

El departamento estaba realmente impecable, tal como se ve en las fotos y cumpliendo con todo lo que indicaba la descripción. Desde el armario con los elementos de playa y pileta hasta la cocina muy completa el departamento tiene todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodo, el edificio además cuenta con todas las comodidades como un pequeño supermercado, pileta, etc.

For what we got, the price is absolutely worth it! The amenities are amazing and the unit is clean, stocked with dishes and cookware and makes you feel like you’re at home. Alejandro and his partners for this unit are very responsive and easy to work with! The location is great with a lot of good restaurants around and a lot of good things within walking distance, or a short Uber ride. Everything looks exactly how it was listed, and for my first Airbnb experience, this unit was exemplary!

excelente airbnb.. ubicado en la mejor zona de south Miami. un barrio tranquilo pero a pocas cuadras del bullicio si es lo que buscas. lo mejor la atención de anitta y en especial Luis un genio absoluto. la playa espectacular y a solo 50 metros. la mejor de la zona volvería y lo recomiendo si buscas algo tranquilo con buena playa. gracias!!!!!

We stayed in Miami for three nights and were very satisfied with the accommodation. The location was perfect for us, and everything matched the description. The hosts were very helpful, and communication was seamless. We can wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic apartment.

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

Adam and his team were a delight to work with. They were helpful and gave me tips on restaurants and things to do. I was so happy when I found the sunscreen in the closet. We couldn’t bring ours from home because the airlines didn’t allow any aerosols larger than travel size a family of 4 that size went quickly. We also loved the huge Lucious trees outside of every window which allowed us to feel more privacy. The 2 upgraded esthetics in both bathrooms were great. Also having the washer and dryer inside the unit was very convenient. We liked the outside patios. We loved the furniture and decor theme. I used the desk and chair when I worked and the internet was fast and reliable. Streaming was easy to use on each tv. The a/c was strong & cold to come back to relax after we walked to the beach or down Lincoln rd and we visited the nearby french bakery close by on Bay rd just over the canal. The fresh market grocer store was also walking distance. We walked alot, ocean breeze made it easy

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

Salil and Neha were amazing hosts! Very kind and courteous from the moment I booked their space. We ended up extending our trip an extra night and they were so accommodating and let us stay. Very responsive and professional. The unit is beautiful and in a great location - would definitely return!!
