Beachfront holiday rentals in North Africa

Fabulous home in a wonderful location! Quick walk to the port, lovely little streets with no cars, and amazing views from the rooftop terrace. The house has been in the family for hundreds of years but has been quite recently remodeled. Alex’s mom makes you a delicious breakfast every morning, made to order. The two bedrooms are separated by a staircase, no doors, but there is no audio privacy between the two rooms. This wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s almost like one large room on two levels. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in the town.

Great location with responsive host! Helpful with early check in and late check out as well as recommendations around the city. His hospitality made our stay relaxing :)

We had a wonderful holiday at Mapia’s cosy house. It was lovely to stay in such a well equipped home without the need to go out and buy essentials. The bedding and towels were of very high quality and the kitchen, though small, was very well equipped. We have stayed in many Greek holiday homes and this was by far the best!

There were two of us in Casa Magüi and we had a wonderful time. The view is priceless and the accommodation is beautifully spacious! The balcony is wonderful and the area is very quiet. We liked it very much!! 🌊

We called this place "the mansion." The views are absolutely breathtaking and the accommodations pristine. The beautiful beach is across the street and the hotel nearby has an outside bar on that beach. We ended up renting a car because we could tell driving in Crete was easier than places like Mykonos and Athens. We ventured to a few places like Richtis Gorge and the downtown harbor; excellent shopping with some closed (no vehicles) streets. We wished we had more time here! Our host was very kind and also helpful in booking the car rental after our arrival. We highly recommend Villa Phi!! Thank you.

Everything was perfect, perfect area to relax

Absolutely unforgettable stay! The photos truly don’t capture the breathtaking beauty of this place — it’s even more stunning in person. Waking up each morning to the serene sights and sounds of nature was nothing short of magical. The peaceful atmosphere made it incredibly easy to unwind and disconnect. Banana Beach is just a quick 5-minute drive away, with several other beautiful beaches nearby as well. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, there’s no shortage of beach bars to enjoy. The central market is only 2 minutes away and has everything you could possibly need. Our host was exceptional — she responded promptly to all our messages and kindly accommodated an early check-in due to our flight schedule. Her warmth and hospitality made us feel instantly at home. This Airbnb was more than just a place to stay — it was an experience I’ll never forget.

This was the best property we stayed in on our 2 week Spain trip. It is even better than the pictures. The views are incredible. The home is very spacious and had everything we needed. Victor met us upon arriving and gave helpful instructions on everything in the home. He also recommended local restaurants and activities. My family loved the house so much that we had a hard time leaving each day for our planned activities. We all just wanted to stay at the house, swim in the pool and relax with the view. I highly recommend!

It was fantastically beautiful. You immediately felt at home in the studio, which was furnished with attention to detail. I immediately noticed the wonderful smell when you enter the apartment. Even the towels and bed linen smelled fantastic. It was very clean. Noemi immediately welcomed us warmly, as if we had known each other forever. We had fresh bread, margarine, jam and fresh water provided. The view is unparalleled. And it's all just like in the photos. We would recommend everyone to book their stay there.

Niki's boat house was amazing. It felt like a luxury stay in a gorgeous secluded place . We were stunned when we walked in and saw how beautiful his place was, it's even better than the pictures. Niki gave helpful directions on where to park and how to get to the stay before we checked in. During our stay we needed extra towels and I messaged him asking where I could find some. Niki responded quickly and personally brought us more towels within the hour. We absolutely recommend staying here , you won't regret it!

The accommodation is in an excellent location, ideal for those seeking peace and quiet!It was the perfect place to rest. Highly recommend! The room was very clean and well-kept, Leonardo is very friendly and always willing to help!! We look forward to visiting K again

We loved our 3 night stay in this unusual home. We were allowed early check in and were met by Panos who helped us get settled. We had some issues finding the home and both the host and Panos worked with us to get us where we needed to go. Vassilis's communication was great during the booking process and throughout our stay. He helped me book a car rental as well as followed up with the rental company to make sure we were taken care of. My husband who is 6 foot tall did have some minor issues making sure not to hit his head and some trouble fitting in the shower but we had read all the reviews and knew this may be the case when we booked. We spent the majority of our time at this home on the balcony laying in the chairs, sitting at the covered table eating our tzatziki and pita, and relaxing in the hot tub. We did visit two of the restaurants next to the home, the red beach, and Akrotiri museum all by foot. Recommended stay.

5 STARS ⭐️, wish we could’ve extended our stay. Alana’s place is an absolute gem and could not have been more comfortable! I highly recommend for families - would be perfect for couples, too - but the attention to detail for Littles did not go unnoticed. Baby bath, crib, extra sheets, washing detergent, books and toys, beach toys, beach towels, etc. etc. I was so tickled to have everything available easily which made the whole stay so enjoyable. Minutes from the beach, with a lovely terrace for apero outside. I hope to come back!

It was the best airbnb experience I had. The property it self and it’s location is like a dream. You wake up in heaven. The house is like one of those AI generated dream houses we see on social media. Direct access to the most beautiful beach by stairs from house, very spacious, spotlessly clean… the equipment is in such good condition as if we were the first ones to use them. The house offers great privacy ehich is a rare thing for most boat houses in Milos. You have your own terrace and sunbathing spot. We didn’t want to leave the house for restaurants beause it was the best spot to dine already. Yiannis was an amazing host. He filled the fridge with so many nice food that we didn’t even need to shop for grocery. He gave local advice, asked if needed anything every day. He made us feel home by his warm Greek hospitality. If you’re planning for Milos don’t look into anywhere else and book this property right away.
