The house is located next to a lake that is excellent for swimming and fishing. There is also forest just around the corner with several hiking trails and nice berry and mushroom areas. We live in the very scenic area of Öijared, only 30 km from Gothenburg. The area provides lots of possibilities for recreation with beautiful foot- and cycle paths, Nääs Castle, café, crafts and only 1,5 km from one of Northern Europes largest golfcourses. You share the garden with us. We welcome all unprejudiced and lovely people.
