Lovely family house in the middle of the oak forest

It has room for the whole family 😀 The ground floor, which is rented, houses a private daycare on a daily basis, which is why the decor is adapted to children - from the cozy alcove to the tumble room. In addition to a practical and child-friendly decor, you will also get a lovely enclosed sun farm as well as access to a larger garden with trampoline, play tower, hammock and lounge furniture. The house is close to Hald lake and Dollerup hills. Viborg is 3 km away. Djurs sommerland, Legoland and Jesperhus can be reached within 75 minutes.

Absolutely attractive, welcoming, and child-friendly home with room for both immersion and play. Large garden area. The home is located in a scenic area, with short distances to the most popular attractions, such as Legoland, Lego House and Givskud Zoo. Private deck area and fire pit. There is ample opportunity to see wildlife and bird life. There are two large bedrooms where it can sleep 3 and 4 people respectively. Baby alarm and Blackout curtains in both rooms. A 170 square m holiday home, 1000 Sqe m garden. Designed and set out for family holidays, in a peaceful residential area. 500m to the supermarket and summer shuttlebus stop. The house is full of games, toys/ board games, the garden is very family (and eco) friendly. Internet is provided but no TV. It sleeper 16 comfortably, 19 is possible!, 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms (4 x double sleeping sofa), laundry room, 2 covered patios. Garden seating, gas BBQ, firepit. Free parking. Pet friendly

Little House a cosy place.

Slap af i denne frit liggende fredfyldte bolig, med alle moderne bekvemmeligheder. Fint mindre hus med 2 separate værelser, fuldt køkken, vaskerum, badeværelse og privat parkering. Ugenert plads med bord/ stole til rådighed udenfor ( fællesgrund med ejer) . Vi ligger 5 min. fra strand, havnebad sportsfaciliteter , skov og dyrepark- 10 min. fra Fanøfærge og 30 min. kørsel til Vesterhavet/ Blåvand. Gode buslinier til centrum og indkøbsmuligheder i gåafstand.
