House holiday rentals in Norman Gardens

As the organiser for a group of Golf friends I booked the accomadation. I have stayed at Emu Park before for different events but not in an Airbnb. The house was well presented very clean with everything you could possibly need. Not only was this suitable for our purpose it would also be great for a family to rent. Loads of room. If I had 1 observation it would be another bathroom would be handy but not essential. To cold to use the pool but it looked lovely and clean. The price was resonable split between 4 of us. Thanks to Amanda's house our stay was awesome.

Host was very helpful, responded to all enquiries very quickly. Home was exactly as described, clean and comfortable.

Most beautiful and relaxing air bnb I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Amazing Host always communicates and goes above and beyond. Had my 40th ladies only weekend and we all felt right at home. Sooo much to do relaxing and away from town but not that far it is only 5min drive to Yeppoon central. Didn’t want to leave that’s how amazing this home was. And yess us ladies went on the slide and that swimming pool was beautiful. I will definitely be back with my family. A++++ Highly Recommend to everyone this is a must stay.

Had a great stay at Karen’s place for Christmas. The house had everything we could need and Karen was great to communicate with. Was great to have the pool in the heat to. Would definitely like to stay again for our next trip.

Great place to stay. Walking distance from the local hotel for meals. Easy parking for our boat and only a couple of kms from Roslyn Bay boat ramp. Huge TV and swim/spa. Will book again next year.

A beautiful big house in a nice quiet area that fitted our whole family (9 adults) giving everyone their own space when needed. Lovely comfortable indoor and outdoor dining areas. Lovely and clean and very quick to respond to messages.

I would recommend this house to all. Felt very comfortable and clean in this house. Jade was great host. Definitely one of the best Airbnbs I have been in. We were also able to help ourselves to lots of nice snacks, which is always a win.

This house is amazing!!!! We were in Yeppoon with our family celebrating a special birthday. The house accommodated us all very comfortably. The outdoor spaces allowed for us to gather with our friends and share food and laughs together. You will not be disappointed if you get the chance to stay in this amazing home. Enjoy ☺️

Amazing place to stay if you're ever in Rockhampton - close to the airport, very clean and communication with Amber was very clear and she was able to answer any questions swiftly. Highly recommend.

Great place - home away from home. Better than any of the hotels/motels we’ve stayed in in Rockhampton. Very well appointed. Clean & tidy. Great outdoor spaces. Very comfortable beds. Close enough to walk to local pubs/restaurants. Nice neighbours. Host very responsive & helpful.

Loved my stay here! The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and safe. The space itself was super cozy and well-kept, with all the essentials for a comfortable visit. Great vibes all around. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Private, peaceful surrounds, gorgeous horses, well maintained property and home and pet friendly. Great internet connection through starlink. This was the perfect place for us to stay and such a great spot to unwind. 10 minutes to beautiful Emu Park and beaches. It's called 'The Charma" and that's exactly how you would describe this place -'Çharming" I wished the walls call speak as the house holds lots of history and so many stories. It felt homely as soon as we opened the door. Great kitchen area, followed by a spacious living area with four couches. The outside/pool area with two gazebos was well used. Pool towels also provided. Plus an outside table where we had all our meals. Upstairs are four air conditioned bedrooms with comfy beds and nice linen. The towels where big and soft. From the breezy outside veranda you can view the grand cathedral adjacent. A Woolies and lots of places to buy food of all kinds are close by. Our friendly host Steven was quick to respond to all my questions. Nothing was a problem. He let us keep our packed trailer in his garage till later in the day, after we checked out, which was very helpful. We loved this house, big and roamy for 10 people. Highly recommend and hope to come again for a longer stay.

Unbelievable, this place is even better than the photos. Sarah is amazing host and great person to deal with. Weather wasn’t the best for us but this home overcompensated for that and my family including 2 grandkids had a holiday they will never forget. I can’t recommend highly enough, we will be booking again.

Loved our stay. So many nice touches on arrival. Well stocked house, with everything you need for a short or a long stay. Highly recommend this property. We will be back.
