Apartment holiday rentals in Norfolk

Me & my partner stayed here with our our toddler for 4 nights & had such a lovely time! The apartment is in a beautiful setting - managing to feel rural but also within walking distance of the village of London (with further connections available there). We found The Loft to actually feel larger than the pictures make it seem which was a nice surprise - the whole place is thoughtfully furnished & very practical as well as charming. The things that made this place special were little touches such as the homemade bread, jam & fresh eggs waiting on arrival & also Martin's warm welcome. Would definitely recommend this place for a couple looking to explore the Broads, Norwich & the other attractions Norfolk has to offer!

Absolutely lovely place to stay! Trudy and Bob were both so welcoming (as was Cooper the cat!) super friendly & gave us such a warm welcome on arrival! The place is lovely, super clean & comfortable! They were both so accommodating for our visit & even got some puzzles and books out for my daughter, which was so thoughtful! Thank you so much for having us & would 100% recommend. Lovely home, super lovely hosts & a beautiful location!

I needed someone to relax in peace and quiet to write. I couldn’t have picked a more perfect location. With a lovely view of my own private little garden with mature trees and in the quietest little hamlet just south of Aylsham, 30 mins drive from Norwich. The first day I went for a little evening walk by the river, or rather a kind of small river delta with little meter wide channels wending across a grassy plain, and saw a swan gliding along the water at sunset. The usual supermarkets and other shops in Aylsham and a mini M&S minutes away at a Shell garage on the A140. The Burgh valley railway is close by but as it’s a little miniature steam train this can only add to the ambience with a gentle toot-tooting every now and then. Kate and her partner Simon were the perfect hosts. 10/10.

We had a wonderful stay at the Dormy House! Hugo was super responsive and friendly from first contact. The directions were easy to follow and very straightforward to access the property which is so delightful! We immediately felt at home in this spacious apartment set in an expansive private garden visited regularly by munjac deer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to self-cater which indeed we did - enjoying the long evenings eating al fresco. We did several walks from the house along the coastal path and down to the incredible sandy beach. And we appreciated the availability of a nice bath to soak in too! Trips to RSPB Titchwell, Hunstanton, Walsingham and Blakeney - all within very easy reach. We can't comment on local eateries as we didn't sample them, but Ronaldo's Norfolk ice cream available from the beach shack is amazing! A lovely apartment, approx 5 minutes walk into the centre of Cromer. The apartment was very spacious, bigger than I expected and spotlessly clean. Lovely welcome pack including pastries, Buck’s Fizz, milk , fruit etc. It has quality furnishings and is extremely well equipped with everything you might need. Super American style fridge freezer in the large kitchen/diner and a lovely comfy king size bed in the large bedroom. Jean was very responsive and on hand if needed. This was definitely one of the best apartments I have stayed in, I will definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommended. Thank you Jean.

We had a fantastic time here! The apartment is really wonderful - very spacious, bright and airy and spotlessly clean - and a place that we would love to return to some time. The communal gardens are very nice too, along with the surrounding villages, a delightful part of Norfolk.

We stayed at The Loft for three nights over the weekend while I was live illustrating at a wedding at Oxnead Hall—and it couldn't have been more perfect! The location is fantastic: peaceful, beautifully presented, and just a short walk to the sea with scenic trails nearby. The accommodation itself is stunning—every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. It was spotlessly clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The lovely welcome treats were such a kind touch and really appreciated after a long day. If you're thinking about booking, don't hesitate. This place is an absolute gem—we loved every minute!

Brilliant apartment on a quiet street only a few moments walk from the hustle and bustle of the town centre and sea front. Immaculately clean and beautifully modern, had everything we needed as a family of 4 with young children.

We had a fantastic month staying at Robin’s accommodation. It is a really nice, clean and practical flat with everything you need. But the real win is the location. Being in the heart of Wells, there were fantastic shops, cafes and bars all within yards of the flat. Parking was never a problem. And of course the beautiful sea front is just at the end of the street. Robin was very discreet but very quick to help for the one or two queries we had. Tremendous stay, we look forward to coming back!

Very clean accommodation, with everything as shown. While the bedroom was right on the road it was very quiet, as few cars use the road at night, even though we had the windows open. Reepham is a lovely village, with a nice cafe, pub, corner store, supermarket etc. We cycled on the trail on the old railway line and on the roads, which were quiet.

This is a lovely place to stay, the hosts were friendly and welcoming and the rental unit is perfect for a weekend stay. It has everything you could need and is modern and cosy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking in the area.

We stayed the night before a wedding. The place had everything we needed. Fully self-contained and private. Very clean and a really pleasing layout. It’s not near the town centre but that didn’t matter for our purposes.

Paul and Elaine were fantastic hosts. They were very responsive and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was comfortable and we slept very well on both evenings. The surroundings were beautiful and we were close enough to local amenities and attractions if travelling by car.

Really enjoyed our stay fantastic location for us and the apartment was really clean and well stocked. Host was really helpful and communicated well throughout Apartment has pretty much everything you could need we loved the ice machine as it was scorchio probably could have done with fans for the bedroom although there is one Dyson fan for the apartment. Have already recommended the apartment to friend sand family Thank you

We had a fabulous stay at Lime Tree lodge! So nice to enjoy the hot tub in the evening and relax. Very peaceful and comfortable. Thank you!

This property was very clean throughout. Overall a very well thought out home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those weekend cooking great food with family and friends. With both a comfortable snug around the log burner downstairs and a lovely airy sitting room upstairs with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your time here. A notable mention to how comfortable the beds were at Pelican Lodge. It has gated, off road parking for 2 cars, while the rear garden is secure so you can let the dog roam worry free. The wood fired hot tub and kamado bbq completed what we thought was a brilliant home for the weekend. Would 100% recommend.
