The cottage has its own beach with swimming facilities. Also proximity to the public bathing area Granto. The bathing area has a nice sandy beach with sauna and is located in a unique rock casserole with vertical rock walls. In the same area lies one of Sweden's longest urban caves, Skallberg caves. In winter, there are plenty of snowmobile trails. Nice fishing grounds all around.

Light candles when it's getting dark because there's no electricity. Drinking water is delivered in a can to the cottage and the sauna. The cottage is located in old beautiful nature with private location with forest and arable land. Promote along the Öre River where trout and large salmon hike up. Fishing licenses are required and can be solved via the internet.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Here you can enjoy the silence and the nature. This simple home is located at the top of Stybbersmark Lake. Here you have access to both a rowing boat and raft that you can go out and fish/swim from. If you like hiking, you have Arnäsleden just outside the fence yard. At the grill ring you can then grill the fish you caught, or relax in the sauna that you burned up both the hot water and the unit with or just relax in front of any of the stoves.

You will have the full 2nd floor (105 m2) at your disposal with 3 bedrooms/4 beds, toilet/shower, fully equipped kitchen (with stove, oven, and microwave), dinner table, and TV area. The area is great for walking (2 km. to the Husån waterfalls), cycling (20 km. to Salusand beach), and swimming (4 km. to the local lake beach). Our farm is located on an island 9 km east of Örnsköldsvik, which forms the northern part of the High Coast. Directly adjacent to the house is a nice garden, a large greenhouse and many patios, all overlooking the sea or meadows. 100 meters from the house there is a nice secluded beach with cliffs and jetty in the best evening sun position.

Possibility to buy shower, washing machine and use of WIFI and for example electricity to charge the phone for a while in our Lodge which is located at a small walk distance from the cabin.
