Cozy accommodation of approx. 200 m2 in a quiet environment surrounded by nature, approx. 10 km from Odense city center and 3 km from the highway. The home is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 6 beds, 2 living rooms, an entrance hall, kitchen and bathroom. There is a terrace with garden furniture attached to the home. The garden is adjacent to Langesøskoven, where there is the opportunity to ride a mountain bike (requires a forest card) or go hiking. We live in the neighboring house, about 20 meters from the home. We have horses, dogs and cats.

The home is close to downtown and bike path that takes you right to the city's pulse. You will have a private entrance, private toilet and bathroom, small kitchen with hot plate, electric kettle, sink, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is access to large garden with several eateries, ping pong table and trampoline that you share with the landlord. There are bikes you can borrow. If you need a baby bed, we can handle it. And a mattress for a child is also possible. We have private parking on the property where you can park for free.

There is only 100 meters to the water, a fantastic outdoor area, outdoor shower, parking right by the house and a charger for electric car. The price includes sheets, bed linens, towels, dish towels and cloths. The house has air conditioning, TV with built-in Chromecast, and super fast WiFi. The house is fenced all the way around, if you bring your four-legged friend.

The house sleeps 6 comfortably 25-minute drive to Odense, Odense Zoo, Odense Street Food, 5 minutes by car to the nearest shopping. In the winter months, sauna on Sundays. 1.5 hours for DKK 65. Dette nyrenoverede og stilfulde sommerhus er velegnet til den store familie eller som et delevenligt sommerhus. Via en grøn sti er der 200 m. til en dejlig børnevenlig strand med en badebro og bålplads. Husets terrasse har havudsigt og fuld sol hele dagen lang og man kan glæde sig til aftensol og smukke solnedgange. Sommerhuset ligger i et roligt og skønt område som indbyder til afslapning og hygge ved vandet. Køkken-alrum fungerer perfekt til en stor gruppe der både kan hygge og lave mad.

Nice living room/kitchen/family room with brand new furniture, new stove, espressomachine and new refrigerator. Table tennis, darts, large barbecue and good garden furniture. The beach has a "Blue Flag". Access to Viaplay, HBO, Netflix, Disney + free wifi. Electricity is settled upon departure. With normal use max 15 Euro/week.
