All modern amenities, with wood-burning stove and air conditioning. 60 m2 spread over 2 floors. At the top a living room with open kitchen. Bottom one bedroom with 180x200 bed, and open chamber with sofa bed 120x200. This is a transit room. Bathroom. Wireless internet, as well as TV. Everything in kitchenware and dishwasher. 2 terraces, There is a 2-person kayak available. Bicycles are also available.

There are windows from floor to ceiling, so there will always be a good light. Summer evenings on the covered terrace are a must. The cottage contains exclusive furniture from Svane Køkkenet.

Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.

Unique wooden cabin in classic summerhouse style in a scenic location. The treehouse will provide the perfect setting for a romantic getaway for two people. From the cottage there is a sea view to the south. Only 25 meters from the cabin there are views of Æbelø. From the living room you can watch the sunset, and from the bedroom you can watch the sunrise. It is 100 meters to the water and 300 meters to the ebb road to Æbelø. The plot is 223 m2, and there is parking on the lawn.
