Our newly built farmhouse houses two similar holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area and cosy corner. There is TV and WiFi. Possibility to rent a baby cot or extra guest bed for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is situated in beautiful rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing waters. Location 7 km from Sønderborg center and only 1.5 km to the airport.

This unique guest apartment with tiny-house character was an active art studio before it became a fully-equipped, self-sustained apartment. It sleeps 2 (+ 2) in a single split-level room. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. THESE ARE NOT INCLUSIVE AND OUT OF STOCK. You pay your tourist tax directly to the host and receive a spa and beach use card as a receipt. Every guest is subject to tourist tax. Our Resthof is centrally operated with a pellet heater. The farm is a 15-minute walk from the Baltic Sea. From the nearby wild beach you can see over to Denmark. Glücksburg, 5 km away, has good shopping and Flensburg, 17 km away, impresses with its harbor and the many colorful houses.
