We recently stayed at Terje’s charming farmhouse in Norway’s Hjørundfjord, and it was a special experience. The farmhouse blends old-world charm with modern amenities and offers breathtaking views of the fjord. The house is equipped with all modern comforts, including a well-stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, a big-screen smart TV, an outdoor hot tub, and comfortable beds to accommodate a large group. Two ferry ports a short drive from the farmhouse offer free rides to Ålesund, the roadless village of Trandal, and other destinations. Terje was exceptionally hospitable, providing great recommendations for local hiking activities and promptly responding to all our inquiries. He went above and beyond to make our stay at the farmhouse exceptional. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and picturesque getaway!

Super great accommodation with breathtaking views! The jacuzzi and the free ferry to Leknes gave our stay the perfect finishing touch. In addition, the Airbnb is very cozy/lovingly furnished and fantastically equipped, including numerous board games and children's toys. Had a lovely stay at this cabin! Beautiful location with so stunning views all around. The cabin was clean and cozy, everything was as described. A lovely warm shower after a rainy day was perfect! Friendly and fast replies from the host Anita. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Lars' house! The views from the modern jacuzzi were absolutely stunning—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The house itself is spacious and beautifully designed, with a large, well-equipped kitchen that made cooking a pleasure. We especially appreciated the use of the nearby boat for a bit of adventure on the water, and the charming hiking cabin up on the mountain was a cosy retreat to warm up in if needed. Don’t miss the nearby Likholefossen waterfall—it's definitely worth a visit! Lars was a friendly and generous host who made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay for our honeymoon - everything from useful hiking suggestions, quick to bring us anything we needed, to a magical hotpot experience! We couldn't have asked for more out of our stay of from Venise and Gaby. The location was perfect for accessing the less known hiking spots but still with those spectacular views, as well as being close to the ferry so it was easy to hop over to Volda. It was peaceful and we loved the views over the water, and we made good use of the fireplace for cozy evenings. Don't be put off by the road near by, there is very infrequent cars so you hardly hear anything at all!

The house is located in a great area for hiking. We enjoyed beautiful panoramas and were able to relax fully in the jacuzzi and sauna. Highly recommended place if you want to escape the big crowds of tourists. Be aware the jacuzzi is for an additional charge and you need to prepare your own bed. We didn't mind these things and enjoyed our stay very much!

The accommodation was very cozy, quiet and secluded, just as we imagined it. The amenities were great and everything you needed was there. A huge advantage was the charging station for electric cars. Bottolf was a very good host and gave us a few tips for excursion destinations in the area. We would definitely recommend the place.

The place was in a great location, it was a shame that we only stayed for one night and didn't have time to get a good view of the surrounding scenery, had a good communication with the host and when we struggled, immediately delegated his brother to come and help resolve.

A wonderful find! This was a perfect stop on our roadtrip, to rest up. Roar made it very easy for us to find it by giving us precise directions. Our host was away during our stay but made us feel completely at home. Thank you Roar! Spacious dining/living areas, brightly lit up with a lot of natural light, and with a view. A well provisioned kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very clean and tidy all around.

A fantastic property, exactly as described, with all needs taken care of. All major attractions within a 30 minute drivable distance and a grocery store that sells practically everything literally at your doorstep We really should have planned to stay for longer than 2 days.

We had an amazing stay at an amazing Norwegian farmhouse with hiking nearby and floating saunas on the fjord in Sæbo. Very central to take ferries wherever you want to go. We highly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous scenery! Great view of the mountains from both the front and back of the house. The house was very nice and clean. The location was perfect as it was remote and private while also being close to the Hellesylt ferry and other attractions. Amazing stay, would absolutely recommend!

What a magical place! The house is in one of the most breathtaking spots we’ve ever visite right between the mountains and the water. Waking up to those views felt unreal. The home itself was cozy, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a peaceful, comfortable stay. Endre was a great host very easy to communicate with and made sure everything was clear before our arrival. The check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated how quiet and private the area was. It was the perfect escape from the city and gave us a chance to really relax and enjoy the nature around us. A large and cozy house with all the amenities needed for longer stays. A nice place to work remotely. The area is beautiful and from the house you have a beautiful view. Despite a lot of rain during our stay, we enjoyed the mountains, the house and the cider. The contact with Borgny went very smoothly. We were warmly welcomed and were even invited to go fishing with them. All in all, had a very good stay here!
