Stylish apartment in the old Gulfhof

With a lot of attention to detail, this apartment was built in an old, listed Gulfhof. Here you will stay in the middle of nature very close to the East Frisia hiking trail. The old town to Leer is only 6 km away. On the terrace with a south-facing orientation and views of the graft and natural pastures, you can forget about everyday life and relax. The apartment has a bedroom with a very comfortable double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m). In the living room with open kitchen there is a sleeping couch with a width of 1.40 m. A TV with DVD player is also provided. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, stove with oven,toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. If necessary, two bicycles (28 "men's and women's bike) are available free of charge for the time of stay by arrangement. For your own e-bikes, there is a storage/ charging option in a lockable barn.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

We live on the farm ourselves and are available at any time. The house was newly built in 2022. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. You have the option to rent a canoe directly from us, go on long bike rides or walks, fish on the property and much more.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Great connections to the city, village or sea. From our apartment, you are at the water within minutes. 10 minutes' drive to Lake Timmeler or approx. 40 minutes to the North Sea. For shopping trips and sightseeing, it is 15 minutes to the historic old town of Leer (East Frisia). There are two bedrooms for 2 people each and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. You can also enjoy your vacation in the spacious garden.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

We had a great time at Haus Moormerland! The quiet location was great for switching off, and at the same time you could quickly get wherever you wanted to go. The house is perfectly equipped, cozy and furnished with great attention to detail – we felt comfortable right away. The contact with the host was nice and straightforward. All in all: absolutely recommended, we will be happy to come back!

The dike just around the corner invites you to walk and relax. The proximity to Emden invites you to daily excursions. Communication was also smooth and very pleasant. we will be happy to come back.
