Chalet holiday rentals in Norden

Our stay at Haus Sonnenschein was what the name promises. If you are looking for a place to relax, this is the place to be, as the house is next to a nature reserve. Despite very spontaneous booking, everything worked wonderfully. We received all the important information before arrival so we found everything right away and none of our questions remained unanswered. The view of the sunrise is one of the highlights, next to the infrared cabin and the Schaafswiese next door. We only made nice acquaintances, especially the lady from the reception completed the stay wonderfully. My dog was always welcome and also made nice dog teams. All in all, we would highly recommend this place. A big thank you to Felix! We will be happy to come back. :)

We had a wonderful time at this cottage around Christmas. The cottage is located on a dead-end road and you can walk into the woods where you can walk endlessly. A well fenced garden ideal for dog, bunk bed and high chair for our kids and everything we needed. Absolutely recommended. The only "lesser point" is that we did not find the arrangement of the furniture so cozy/logical, but it is also a rather difficult layout to set it up properly. Marja was a very friendly host with clear communication in advance. In other words, recommended!

Beautiful area and great nature to hike. We loved it. Emmy’s place is perfect for a couple of days away from the city, we spent new years at her place. Since it was winter we didn’t sit outside. I can imgaine in summer time there is not that much privacy since the cabin is part of a parc with lots of cabins. We also paid a visit to Ommen. Nice town. Love to stay again!

We had a fantastic week. Slept wonderfully in the warm weather with the garden doors open and woke up with the sun shining over the water. The terrace was enclosed, so it was perfect. The multiple terraces are very nice anyway! You are always out of the wind and have a beautiful view over the Lauwersmeer. The cottage is super complete and the helpfulness of Wynetta is fantastic! We will definitely come back here again because the silence and the surroundings are magically beautiful!

The chalet was well furnished and was as described. The chalet was lovingly furnished and we felt very comfortable there. We can definitely recommend this chalet.

We were with four adults and a baby as well as two large dogs over Pentecost in the house Theda and despite the much rain we enjoyed the time very much. We were able to use the house with its covered terrace to grill extensively every evening. It would have been even nicer by the fire bowl in the garden, but the weather wasn't cooperating. We can only recommend this house and would be happy to come back.

We enjoyed the space and the surrounding area. Due to a sudden health issue on the way out, we were more in the hospital than in the chalet. We couldn't reach the place until the night, but organizationally this was super solved. Key was stored for us in a box with code. Communication between the landlord and us went smoothly. The chalet is very comfortably furnished. We were 4 adults and one dog. Space was enough. The outdoor area invites you to stay. The weather was good with us and we would definitely book again. Josiane's vacation home was a beautiful, modern new stay at a lovely place on the campsite by the beach. We stayed here as a family of 3 one night and combined it with a visit to family and a trip to the Sprookjeshof. What was extremely nice was the quick and pleasant communication in advance. We were also really thought along with us and even an extra heater was arranged due to our child. The best part was a nice walk with our child on the beach that is really next to the cottage.

We booked this specific place for its proximity to the ferry to Schiermonnikoog in order to take a day of hiking/sightseeing. Everything was at its best and our plans went according to our expectations. In addition, Korien has always been very responsive and clear in his instructions. However, we encountered some problems with the life of "camping" and its amenities and the communication between our host and the reception of the campsite. Despite everything, the placement, tranquility and atmosphere won us over and allowed us to have a pleasant stay. Thanks again to Korien!

The accommodation is in a very quiet location where you can relax wonderfully. It is perfect for escaping the daily grind and simply switching off. There are beautiful long hiking trails in the area and the nearest shopping facility is easily accessible by car. We would recommend the accommodation in good weather in order to be able to fully use the garden and the veranda as well as the holiday park fully. But even in the rain, it was extremely cozy and inviting. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.
