If you are looking for a luxury house, this is not the house that meets that need. West-facing covered 20 m2 terrace. Kitchen, 2 induction hobs. The refrigerator is in the shed adjacent to the terrace. Dining/living room with wood-burning stove, electric heating, 2 bedrooms with single person beds, double bed 140cm in the living room, toilet with sink, there is only outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Small, 42 sqm, summer house with beds for 6-7, but best suitable for 4-5 people. Located on an undisturbed plot on a blind road, 550 meters from a nice and children friendly beach. The large and private lawn in front of the house is excellent for playing games, dining and relaxation. Not a luxurious accomodation, though TV w/chromecast, WIFI (from april to september) and at the same time it is cosy and private. For 2019 season: New madrasses, new wooden floor, bathroom upgrade, more sunbeds.

First parquet to Kattegat

Delicious and secluded, but above all, a cozy summerhouse with only 80 meters to one of Denmark's finest beaches. The house is 64 sqm divided on two levels. Outside there are two terraces and a grass area with the most beautiful view of the sea and forest. 15 min walk from a cozy marina with restaurants and ice cream stalls. Small 4 km to Grenaa city center which has a nice selection of cafes and restaurants and cultural experiences.

Strandgården - an oasis in Djursland

About 8 km from Grenå in beautiful surroundings you drive up Linde Alléen and are met by various animals. Through the gate you enter a closed courtyard with paradise apple trees and maybe a few peacocks. It is about 1000m to Karlby and Sangstrup cliffs and the sea, where there is a cosy and atmospheric small fishing bed with tables and barbecue space. It is an excellent fishing and diving area.

Cozy log house with wood-burning stove, heat pump, and floor heating in the bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms with room for 6 people. In addition, a large loft with room for 4 people. There is a covered terrace with a nice view on the west side, and a terrace on the east side for the morning sun. There is a nice large garden with the possibility of ball games.

Charming cottage with large wooden terrace in the forest and close to the fjord and sea, the view here can be enjoyed from the house.
