Great location to explore the surrounding villages. With magnificent views over the valley with Assisi, Spello, Trevi and many other places in the background. The apartment is very nicely divided and furnished and a really pleasant rest to relax after the excursions. If we stay in Umbria again, it will certainly be our accommodation again.

Very nice apartment in the heart of the village of Acera, clean and equipped with everything you need. It's very refreshing, a real treat after a hot day! The place is a bit out of the way but exceptionally peaceful. And in any case, it is well connected (by car) to the various villages to visit in the surroundings. Doriana was also available remotely and the keys were handed over to us as soon as we arrived (they were waiting for us in the parking lot despite our approximate arrival time). I absolutely recommend this solution for those traveling by car and wishing to visit Umbria with its nature and its beautiful villages, retiring every evening in an oasis of peace. Thank you for everything!

If you are looking for peace, nature and relaxation, you will find it here. There were three of us staying at the beautiful Molino Verde cottage (Apartment Ginestra) for a week and we enjoyed every moment. The apartment, the property, the garden in the olive grove and the fantastically clean and large pool are indescribably beautiful. Have visited places such as Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Assisi, Todi and Orvieto. Everything is easy to reach by car. Finally, there was always a refreshment in the pool. BBQ and washing machine are also available. We didn't miss anything. Even in the olive oil there are cozy places with hammocks to relax. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality of Nicoletta and Fabiana, who were so sweet and accommodating. Also a very warm thank you to Saskia, who accompanied us from booking to saying goodbye. All the best, a presto family Roth Ps. Molino Verde's olive oil tastes excellent and we took stock for home right away.

I can't say enough good things about our holiday, our family of 5, were so well catered for by Kristy and James. The apartment was perfect and the pool was a hit with the kids. the garden was very peaceful with beautiful view of the hills and valley. We received lots of helpful tips and suggestions which made our stay very enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend! Thank you so much for everything!

It was a charming apartment to stay in the beautiful town of Spoletto . We stayed with 2 of my children and their spouses and my 10 year old grandson and it was perfect for all of us . The weather was very warm but coming into the apartment was so very cool . We all loved it

a breathtaking penthouse! everything has been carefully chosen. An elegant, clean and welcoming environment, it feels like home! The exteriors are the real strength! We relaxed in the hot tub and admired a lovely sunset. Robbie was really kind and present. You can see how much care and passion has been put into creating such an environment. The host is super nice, very helpful & friendly! The house is big and clean. Garden is amazing. If one is to go truffle hunting, this is the best place to stay.

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

Our stay was truly magical! Of course, the ambience is wonderful, it is very quiet there and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the restaurants in Montone, but we wanted it exactly like that! The pool, the view - really everything was fantastic! And our great hosts are simply outstanding! They were always there with advice and help, gave us great recommendations for the area and even organized and translated a truffle hike for us! We are incredibly grateful that we were able to stay in this gem and get to know this wonderful and loving family! Thanks for everything 😊

It is a small but beautiful regenerating oasis of tranquility and beauty, excellent for leaving behind hectic rhythms and stress. Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Being in the countryside, the presence of insects is normal, but some ants with beams reached the blankets on the bed. Otherwise, the apartment is very nice. Well-stocked kitchen and cupboard area with everything you need to cook. From this area it is very convenient to reach several places nearby to be able to visit them, it is advisable to shop in larger towns before arrival, especially if the stay is during holidays. The surroundings of the property are very quiet, the noises come almost exclusively from the birds on the trees around the villa.

We had the most wonderful time at Marina's. The home is really special, with a beautiful history...we felt right at home. Every room has a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. It was a very special holiday for us, our first with our six month old, and Marina made it particularly beautiful and memorable. We really hope to come back again.
