Such a nice, peaceful and cosy place! We stayed here to discover the Lauwersmeer with its variety of birds. It was lovely to start the day peaceful and end it cosy at Hans-Eriks place. Definitely would recommend! Would love to come back in a different season as well.

We had a great stay! The apartment is located in a quiet and natural environment, is tastefully decorated and equipped with every comfort. Everything was sparkling clean and well cared for. The location is ideal: you can be in Harlingen and Franeker in no time. Ympkje is an incredibly friendly and attentive host, who is always ready. We felt immediately welcome. What a nice place! We really enjoyed our stay at Ans and Anton's. Their B&B was the perfect base for the wedding we were going to. And how sweet: when it was pouring down, Anton even brought us the car! The next morning we were spoiled with a delicious breakfast. Everything was taken care of to the last detail. It was all to our complete satisfaction! Exactly what we imagined for our honeymoon. It was quiet and relaxed, you could really switch off there. The house was very high quality and clean. Simply chic! We felt very comfortable. Natalia was always available, you always felt in good hands. She also always informed us about possible activities or restaurants and Lolale. Nothing negative can be said! It was just perfect!

We spent a wonderful week in this fantastically beautiful holiday home! Together with friends, our children and their children, we were able to enjoy the peace and nature to the fullest. The house is very tastefully decorated, absolutely clean and leaves nothing to be desired – you immediately feel comfortable. The surroundings are idyllic and perfect for families: the children were allowed to visit sheep and move freely on the adjacent pasture. They were also particularly enthusiastic about the orchard, where we were allowed to pick to our heart's content. There is a cozy restaurant nearby, fresh honey from their own beekeeper and eggs from the chickens right on site - simply wonderful! The hostess was very friendly, spoke very good German and was particularly warm in dealing with the children. We felt completely welcome and can recommend this place without reservation.

Great apartment, very nicely decorated. It was not one of the usual very clean anonymous apartments, but simply a home.

We had a great time with six adults. The space was good for the six of us. Monique and Peter sent very clear instructions about the accommodation. Immediately after booking, we were informed that a number of sleeping places are accessible with a somewhat steeper staircase. Very thoughtful but was also clear from the description and the photos. Beautiful view, beautiful, very large garden. Sauna was wonderful all in combination with the outdoor shower. Space to put the bikes down dry, very nice. Being able to charge your car is also a plus. And Peter and Monique were super nice. We even got a discount on the use of the sauna because they found it annoying that the weather was not so good. I can accommodate anyone who wants to get away from it all with a few people and enjoy the peace and space that is available.

My family and I had a lovely 2 night stay at Janke's place. The house was as described and the village was beautiful. we visited Schiermonnikoog Island which is a little gem! Thank you Janke for the stress free stay.

AirBnb stands out strongly from others. This is an excellent place to unwind! We even liked the accommodation better in person than in the pictures. An absolute unique piece and highly recommended. The hosts are very nice and uncomplicated. Thank you!

We had a great time in this beautiful house right on the water! The location is simply fantastic - you can look directly onto the water from every room. The house is very modern, stylish and designed with great attention to detail. The kitchen has a lot of kitchen appliances and spices. In general, nothing was missing in the equipment. A small note for those with pollen allergies: There is a lot of nature in the area, which is beautiful - but it is advisable to have allergy medication with you if you are sensitive. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the house!

The best neighborhood , a minute walk from downtown and a place that feels just like home! Timnette and her husband welcomed us to their beautiful home and very lovely people . We checked in early because we arrived early but enjoyed the walk straight after in the area. Plenty of restaurants around , supermarket is 5 minutes walking and home was fully equipped with everything. I wish we stayed for longer it was th perfect holiday home. Thank you for making our stay super memorable with my mother 🫶🏼
