The estate borders the Nienoord estate. Here you can hike and bike. The village is within 2 minutes walking distance. A village where you can enjoy shopping and have a choice of several restaurants in the evening. The city of Groningen is 15 minutes away by car/bike 1 hour and 20 minutes by public transport.

You have a private entrance and you can also use a seat under a centuries-old linden tree. The cottage has a kitchen/entrance. A living room and a shower/toilet room. This beautiful cottage is equipped with everything so you can fully enjoy all that beautiful Groningen has to offer! After our driveway of about 800m, you are assured of fresh air. The Tiny House is one of two Tiny Houses on our property at the end of a dead-end road. Be welcome!
