We had a great weekend with friends at Nicky's house. It is a spacious house, very clean, well-equipped in a peaceful environment with a very pleasant exterior. Nicky is listening to our requests and Jacqueline is very welcoming. Thank you to them.

We had a brilliant week at David and Jo's. The cottage was beautiful, with gorgeous old features but also up to date and pristine. Photos make it look lovely but it's even better in real life! Everything you need, including sharp kitchen knives and the most comfortable bed I've slept in in a while. Stunning surroundings and so peaceful. Had great fun in the pool and trying to play tennis! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. David and Jo were such lovely, kind hosts. Have already recommended it to friends and family. Really hope we get to return.

From the moment we opened the door of our car, we fell in love. The house is very charming and surroundings absolutely beautiful. Very peaceful and relaxing. Our son loved the wildlife and was constantly on the lookout for new bugs, birds, and lizards. The loirs was no doubt his favorites. Our daughter spent a lot of time in the pool, which was bigger than expected and very nice. We had parents and inlaws coming to visit, a total of 8 at the most. We were very comfortable in the house, if you needed some time alone there was always possible to find a quiet spot inside or outside. We found it as a good base for daytrips in the region, there is a lot to see and do, but need a car. We have been to many places around the world, having an international family, and it is the first time we have been really sad to leave. (Even the kids that was looking forward to Disneyland). Abigail has been a great host, quick replies and very helpful. Many thanks again for letting us live in in your beautiful house.

Well-maintained, cozy stay with a warm welcome by Diana. We enjoyed the two terraces: one in the back for coffee and breakfast in the morning and one for tea and a beer in the afternoon under the exuberant blue rain. A nice, quiet base for beautiful trips and walks in the beautifully green Limousin.

I've stayed at a lot of Airbnb's - more than 30. So when I say Allison & David were the best hosts I've ever had, it means something. The day we arrived, they greeted us at the door, introduced us small and friendly chihuahuas, and showed us around the place. The interior was in amazing shape, especially for a 350 year old building! They had bread with homemade jam for us in the fridge (delicious) which we enjoyed over our 3 days there. Me and my travel companions loved chatting with them in the morning and getting local tips, including several restaurant recommendations. On a day where we had transportation issues, David was grabbing his keys to bring us down the road before we even had a chance to ask. The home was truly beautiful but the hosts really made the trip for us. I know we would love to come back if we ever have a chance.

We had a great stay at Andrew and Carol's. The exteriors are incredible and perfectly suited for a group of friends, or family with children (football field, swimming pool, etc.) We enjoyed the bathrooms in the 3 bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is more intended for "children" with original spaces. However, be careful in case of cool days because the outdoor kitchen is the only place where the groups can have their meal, the kitchen being made just to prepare meals (impossible to eat more than 3) Some finishes remain to be reviewed to match the standing of the rates. Another point to clarify, even if they are discreet, the hosts live in part of the house so it will not be surprising to meet them tinkering or gardening in the outdoors. Overall, we highly recommend this place to spend a relaxing weekend with family, friends

Our stay was very pleasant, we have an excellent memory of it! No unpleasant surprises because everything was in accordance with the descriptions and instructions; on the contrary, we were delighted with the quality of the welcome offered with this charming accommodation, which is nicely decorated and arranged, very well equipped at all levels (indoor and outdoor). The bedding is extremely comfortable. Anne was very responsive, and flexible on our departure schedule. Everything was perfect!

impeccable hosting by Stéphane and his wife. The accommodation is a small house in a green setting, with all the necessities. A small jar of honey is offered and I recommend buying it before you leave because it is really delicious. Hope to see you soon.

We had a great stay. Christie and Jean-Marc are very friendly, helpful and hospitable, they made us feel at home straight away. The gite has all the comforts, is very clean and well equipped. Being able to use the nice size pool is a plus. Great location close to all amenities and a beautiful chateau. We will be back.

Very quiet stay, there are many castles to visit nearby. You can stock up nearby thanks to the supermarket. The welcome is very friendly and nothing is missing. Gîte is to be recommended!

We had the pleasure of staying at Anne's and met a lovely host, full of good humor. She made sure we didn't miss anything for our stay without being intrusive. The accommodation is even more pleasant in real life than in the photos, the calm there is master, you will find something to do in the accommodation or the activities in the surroundings are not lacking. We are already thinking about when we will return.

Calm, kindness, attention, wonderful garden... in short, great!

We had a fantastic time in this spacious and cozy farmhouse. A great location, wonderfully quiet and beautifully situated. Enjoy the birds and butterflies in the large garden. Really an ideal place to relax and unwind. We were warmly welcomed by Anne, a very nice and friendly hostess. You feel more than welcome here. If it is up to us, we would like to come back.

We spent three days and two nights in Anne-Marie and Paul's beautiful studio, and we intend to return as soon as possible. A real little cocoon, very well equipped and ideally located in a quiet and idyllic environment. And what a view from the deck! We enjoyed beautiful walks around the village, and our dog Marcus was in heaven. What can I say about the warm welcome and kindness of Anne-Marie and Paul? We simply felt like family. Anne-Marie even took the time to go for a walk with us, accompanied by her adorable dog Jojo, to show us the surroundings. Special mention for the little touches that make all the difference: fresh eggs from the house hens, cold beers and delicious cherries were waiting for us on arrival. In short, go with your eyes closed: it's really not an Airbnb like any other.

Jane was the best, most helpful and most reliable host I have ever encountered. She helped me retrieve left behind luggage by spending hours on the phone with DHL and the car rental office where my luggage was left. Jane’s property is in a stunning location, surrounded by wheat and sunflower fields and as I am an artist it was perfect. The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean, decorated with excellent taste and thought to every detail. It is located about 25 minutes from Angoulême, a small city with excellent restaurants and shops. It is also in easy access to many small and pretty villages like Auberterre Sur Dronne. I highly recommend staying at Jane’s in Champagne-Vigny. I highly recommend this property
