A place to relax with a fantastic view of the lake - pure relaxation!!! We were able to enjoy the vacation in this beautiful apartment at any time and have booked again directly for next year! Recommend it 100%! There's no more beautiful way to live on Lake Constance...

A very nice place to feel good. We lacked nothing. The hostess rounds off this impression very well with her hospitable manner. We had our bikes with us, for which there is even a separate and lockable shed. A private parking space for the car is also available. All in all, we had a great week at Sabine's. And if we go to Lake Constance again, we'll be happy to stay with Sabine. We definitely recommend it.

We were in this apartment for the second time and will gladly go back in the summer. :) It is particularly clean and really well equipped and maintained.

Beautiful, stylish and relaxing vacation! The apartment with fantastic views of the lake immediately impressed us. Three large balconies, one in each room - and from each this unobstructed view. In the rooms, there is everything you need to live…and much more. The two bedrooms are quite large and the beds comfortable, blankets also good. The storage space here is sufficient. The two small, somewhat older bathrooms and the two-part, very small kitchenette are easily balanced by cleanliness and very good equipment of pots, dishes, glasses of all kinds, cutlery etc. From champagne bottle closures to multiple sockets, there is everything here. Everything worked as it should, including the check-in key box. We also liked the many dimmable lamps and enough balcony furniture with cushions. Frank leaves so much for his tenants, just great. Thank you, Frank, for your trust and the beautiful days in your wonderful apartment!

Dear Stella and family, thank you very much for your hospitality! You can tell that renting out the apartment is a matter of the heart for you. We had four very nice days with four adults and two children aged 4 and 6 with you. The apartment is very spacious, the amenities almost like home and exceed all expectations. It is very clean and equipped with everything you need, including beautiful toys, kitchen utensils....The communication with the host family was very warm and we received a lot of good advice. Our children got along well right away. For children, the garden is generally a paradise. The seat is not extremely large, but very cozy. The surroundings as well as the region are highly recommended, there is so much to do. We 100% recommend the place!

The apartment was great, as there were shops, etc. Location was a dream because of the lake and surroundings. Lake Constance was also 15 minutes away, we went surfing, SUP and in the high ropes course there is a lot to do with teenagers. We had a dog with us, greeting for the dog was great with treats, etc., for us there were different drinks. Stefan was our contact person, he answered us very quickly when we had questions. The only disadvantage was that when the dog had to go for a walk, you had to take the elevator, because it was 3 floors, but we knew that from the beginning. Thanks for the wonderful time. Jasmin and Reda with the two sweet children are a very nice host family who live under the apartment and make sure that the guests can sleep in We felt very comfortable in the tastefully furnished apartment There was also no shortage of organic tea and coffee, as well as good soap products. The lake is within walking distance and there is good access for SUPs. All in all, we can really recommend the apartment

Susanne's apartment lives up to its promises. It even seemed bigger than in the published photos. Everything is there: quiet, countryside, free parking space in front of the house, shops nearby, very nice layout and decoration, bouquet of roses on the table. The contact with Susanne was pleasant, she is an active and caring hostess. We had a very nice stay and recommend this apartment to any family to spend a nice vacation.

Everything is really great! You hosts are also warm and friendly. The only thing to mention is that tall people (1.80+) hit their heads more often. Unfortunately, it happened to us several times. Otherwise everything is great. Would come back right away.

johannes was a very forthcoming host, whenever we ve had an issue he was very quick in response. also did he offe us a refund since we have had some issues while staying. but since he resolved these greatly there is nothing to complain about. would again stay at his lovely house. thanks for hosting!

A wonderful house with veranda and seating, located directly on the lake shore with a swing; all around trees, reeds, birds, view of the water, access to the lake. Everything is available in the kitchen and bathroom. Despite the rainy weather, I found the surroundings and the view of the lake extremely attractive, I felt very comfortable in the house and the surroundings. I'd love to come back!

We had a fantastic time at Alexander's cottage 🤩 it was all as described and one of the best accommodations we've ever been to. The equipment is to a high standard and we liked to use the strainer coffee maker, barbecue and hot tub on the terrace. Alexander was always easy and quick to reach and has a lot of great tips for the area. We felt incredibly comfortable and thank you for everything. Our dog also loved it 🐶

Thank you for having us in your beautiful home. It's very comfortable, decorate with love and a lot of taste. All are very clean, and there's everything we needed for our week-long stay with a small family . Thank you for your warm welcome, for the fresh eggs from your chicken coop. Very nice cottage with garden, between slightly modern and old school. Beautiful nature, etc., we haven't been so relaxed in a long time, even the dog was relaxed. The bonus was the little stream that runs through the garden, especially nice for falling asleep. Highly recommended👌👍👍

The place fully complies with the description and pictures. Communication with the hosts was super and straightforward. The apartment is located in the center of Immenstadt with all the pros and cons that an apartment close to the center has. So everything in Immenstadt is actually within walking distance, but you also have to accept a corresponding noise when the first shops open early. We would recommend the apartment, even with a baby you can live there and make various excursions in the Oberallgäu.

The accommodation is located in a very quiet, well-maintained residential area. I spent an extended weekend there and felt very comfortable. The penthouse can be reached via an outdoor spiral staircase. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, generously sized and yet very cozy. Everything is sparkling clean and the furniture is absolutely as good as new. Above all, the furnishings of the modern built-in kitchen leave nothing to be desired. In the house rules, you will find plenty of insider tips for a pleasant stay in the region. I will be happy to come back!

The apartment is a bit outdated, but offers everything you need. Dagmar is super easy to reach, flexible and very friendly. Above all, the river right in front of the door gave us a nice cool-down.

We stayed here for a month and loved it. Easy walk to the train station, a great restaurant and a lakeside-Biergarten nearby. Will plan to book again!

There were four of us in the apartment for an extended weekend. Communication with Lina was great and very friendly. For example, Edeka/DM can be reached on foot. The location is 1a, directly on the Seerhein, a bus stop is right outside the door. Alternatively, it is about 20 minutes on foot to the old town. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Claudia is a friendly, courteous hostess. The well-equipped apartment with a fenced garden is also great with a dog. We were very pleased.
