Beautiful villa in the middle of nature. Fully equipped and ergonomically designed. Anne was very helpful and very kind to make us delicious breakfast. We all had a wonderful time at the villa and will definitely come back for longer stay.

We spent one week in this place. The house was really comfortable for the week of the stay. You will need a car to explore Khao Yai, using public transportation will be really inconvenient. Within 15 mins of driving, you can go to a lot of cafe, nice tourists spots. We also enjoyed BBQ in the backyard. The host also offers us some coal for the BBQ. Everything was already there, just go and buy some meat for the BBQ. The surroundings were also very quite. Nice to have a morning walk.

Beautiful place to enjoy a weekend getaway in Khao Yai. We celebrated a birthday with a big group and it was exactly what we needed. Hosts were super responsive and made the whole stay a breeze :)

All appliances worked perfectly. We especially loved the outdoor BBQ area, the large pool, the large bathtub on the rooftop, and the beautiful garden with a huge living tree and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen — such a rare and cozy setup! The staff maintained the house and the pool in perfect condition. Every morning we enjoyed the fresh air, birdsong, and cool soft wind, surrounded by rich nature. In the evening, surreal patterns of bats danced in the sky — truly mesmerizing! There were many attractions nearby, and just around the corner we found a fantastic restaurant with delicious food and drinks. The local people were also kind and welcoming. We’re so grateful for this unforgettable experience! ❤️

I took my family here for a 10-day vacation. This is the best house I've stayed in in recent years. It's tasteful and made of real materials. The garden is very beautiful and my two-year-old daughter played happily every day. I'm very sorry that my wife picked papaya near the house to make soup. I was very angry but it was very delicious. It's very convenient to go to different shopping malls and supermarkets in 15-20 minutes. I recommend Midwinter Restaurant, which we went to twice, and the National Park. There are many authentic Thai restaurants at the foot of the mountain, and the price is very cheap. The people here are very simple and not so commercial. The landlord is very beautiful and took good care of us. Unforgettable memories.Thx

The villa and private pool are massive. So much space! The host is very responsive, and there's an on-site housekeeper (Khun Nuch) who was very friendly and helpful (she stayed in a separate house on the property). Thank you for a great stay.

Highly recommend this place. We had a great time swimming and playing pool and ping pong. It was clean and the host was very nice and responsive. The house was modern and big. We would definitely stay again if we ever return to the area.

Our third time staying here, and it always feels just as warm and inviting as the first. The location is perfect close to nature, yet super convenient. The spacious backyard is a dream for our dogs to run and play. The kitchen is well-equipped, ideal for anyone who loves to cook. Our host is always responsive and flexible, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

Great place for its price point. Initially a convenient location for Khao Yai National Park, cafes and farms. Initially had issues with wifi and water heater but Grace promptly sent engineers to fix it the next day, with complimentary cleaning service.

The weather is wonderful. I visited during the New Year and ended up staying in to enjoy the beautiful views. The weather is just as pleasant as in the northern region, but it's quieter and more peaceful. Breakfast includes freshly made rice porridge and vegetables, which are absolutely delicious. The owner provides excellent service. The owners are incredibly welcoming. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated, offering plenty of beds for a large group or family. The area is peaceful and spotless. The huge garden features a firepit, board games, archery range, and many other activities. Despite the location, there were no insects in any room. Highly recommended! :)

Before staying at Graham's place we took the time to read the many reviews. Once we were there, all reviews were spot on. The accommodations were wonderful, the atmosphere was clean and refreshing, the entire place was peaceful and very quiet, and best of all the hosts were spectacular. The Khao Yai National Park is a very beautiful place and is a short 30 minute drive from the farm (note: if a foreigner is visiting the National Park there is a higher fee to be paid for entry-well worth it). Lots of side roads and other villages to explore as well. The hosts are very proud of their area and enjoy providing tips for places to explore and enjoy. We had our own car for the adventures and would recommend for full freedom to have a means of transportation when you arrive. We look forward to booking their accomodations on AirBNB and enjoy the hospitiality of the hosts again. Thank you for your kindness and concerns for our well being.

Good for big group of adults with ease of mobility.

The host's mum and grandma met us on the first day and showed us around. We would like to say a very big thanks to the host for a last-minute addition of my elderly mum. Will definitely recommend this place to our friends.
