Sehr schönes Häuschen mit liebevollen Einrichtungsdetails und einem grandiosen Blick! Leckere Bäckerei/Patisserie um die Ecke, gute Restaurants/Bars fußläufig. Liegt sehr nah am Fahrradweg Imeria-Sanremo. Als Familie waren die Duchgangsschlafräume kein Problem. Sehr nette Nachbarin, die das Haus betreut und uns geholfen hat das Müllsystem zu verstehen:). Definitiv eine Reise wert.

Federico und Gemma haben uns herzlich mit unserem Hund empfangen und waren über die ganze Zeit mit Tipps und Ratschlägen präsent. Sie haben uns sogar auf ein kommendes Unwettern aufmerksam gemacht und uns rechtzeitig die Garage für unseren Oldtimer bereitgestellt. Alles in allem sehr angenehm und alles entsprechend der Beschreibung. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Great location right in the middle of all the action in a cute small popular town. we loved having the balcony to enjoy the view during the stay. The beach right in front of the house does get crowded during the day and night. We didn't mind it at all and enjoyed it but something to consider if you are traveling in the high season and want more privacy.

Emplacement exceptionnel! Nous avons adoré ce grand weekend en famille! La maison est atypique, c'est très dépaysant, la décoration est superbe. Elle est super bien équipée très pratique avec une famille! La plage est géniale avec ses petits cailloux! Tout était parfait!

Příjezd byl nezávislý na hostiteli. Auto jsme zaparkovali za vraty hned u vchodu do bytu, takže se nic nemuselo daleko nosit. Jelikož je vše v docházkové vzdálenosti, takže nebylo potřeba jezdit autem k pláži nebo na nákup. V těsné blízkosti je obchod Euro spin a opodál i Lidl. Na pláž je to opravdu kousek a záleží jen na Vás jestli půjdete na pláž, podél které vedou koleje. Děti milovali tuto pláž, kde měli současně more a vlaky🙂. Vždy se zde střídá veřejná pláž, kde je sprcha, se soukromou pláží, kde se platí lehátko a slunečník. Moře je nádherně čisté. Na druhou stranu se vydáte k pláži, která je v těsné blízkosti centra města. Výhodou jsou blízké restaurace a zmrzlina 🙂. Ubytování je v přízemí až bych řekla sklepní být, protože okna z koupelny a ložnice jsou na úrovni zahrady bytu nad vámi, což občas působilo rušivě, když jsme uspávali malé děti a u okna si hráli děti nebo měli puštěný mobil. Zahrada je krásná a stíněná. Jediné mínus je chybějící WiFi, což jsme ale věděli.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to stay again! The location is excellent and in our view, the restaurant opposite the accommodation was very handy. We hired bikes and it was only a 10 min ride into the centre of Sanremo. Can’t beat the ocean views every morning here and easy access to the cycle and walking path, the beach and the supermarket!

Appartement luxueux et confortable, très bien décoré et totalement équipé. Lit en 160 confortable, draps en coton et serviettes de toilette épaisses. Terrasse appréciable et fraîche. Appartement assez sombre, mais frais par forte chaleur, et nous n’étions pas là pendant la journée. Douche très agréable, mais non accessible pour personne à mobilité réduite (muret à enjamber). Quartier calme et très proche de la mer, bus faciles pour rejoindre le centre ville, la gare, l’aéroport. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cet appartement.

Siamo molto felici del nostro soggiorno. La casa è splendida, in particolar modo lo spazio esterno, un giardino riparato ed ombreggiato da alberi di limoni, dove pranzare, cenare e rilassarsi. La casa è pulitissima, la cucina funzionale con lavatrice e lavastoviglie utilissimi, il bagno spazioso con una doccia molto grande e i letti comodi. Inoltre Giulia ci ha fornito una spondina per il letto dove avrebbe dormito nostro figlio di 4 anni e prima dell'arrivo ci ha chiesto se avessimo avuto necessità di altri confort per lui quali culla o seggiolone. La zona è ottima perché in area pedonale, vicino a negozietti e ristoranti e a due passi dalle spiaggie. Molto utile e facilmente raggiungibile anche il posto auto messo a disposizione con l'alloggio.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern hier. Es war der perfekte Ort für unseren Urlaub. Der Pizza Ofen war spitze aber am allermeisten hat unseren Kindern der große Pool gefallen. Man ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß in der Stadt. Trotz fehlender Gehwege hat man das gut geschafft! Der Strand war ebenso in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Siamo stati davvero molto bene per i nostri giorni di vacanza al mare. La casa era adattissima alle nostre esigenze e sarebbe stata ottima anche per più di due persone. Ringraziamo per la gentilezza nell'accoglienza e nelle informazioni per ambientarci al meglio nella zona.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen, Miriam und Ihr Bruder Maximilian, liessen es an nichts fehlen.. wir bekamen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Die Gegend lädt sehr zu schönen Ausflügen ein und die Leute sind absolut freundlich. Die Aussicht ist grandios, der Pool ebenfalls und man fühlte sich von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohl. Auch waren unsere Hunde höchst willkommen, sie durften auf dem ganzen Gelände frei umherstreifen, da alles gut eingezäunt ist. Wir können die Casa Oleandro ohne zu zögern wärmstens weiter empfehlen

Un séjour magnifique avec une vue incroyable sur la mer (il faut aussi aller se balader le soir dans les rues pavées de Pietra Liguria, à 8 minutes en voitures du logement de Patrizia). Patrizia est une hôtesse géniale, très disponible et très sympathique. Nous avons déjà prévu de revenir dans son établissement. Je recommande fortement.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Lage am Hang bietet viele Vorteile: toller Meerblick, Ruhe, immer erwas Wind auf der schönen Terrasse und kühle Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet (sogar Moskitonetze, Mückenstecker und Adapter waren vorhanden). Der Pool bot eine tolle Abkühlung. Strand, Supermarkt und die Stadt Imperia sind bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Straße zum Haus ist sehr (!) steil. Für die Anfahrt empfehlen wir deshalb den kleinen Umweg über die SP96. Alessandro war ein freundlicher Gastgeber, der schnell und zuverlässig zu erreichen war. Er hat uns direkt bei einem Problem in der Küche geholfen und uns gleich noch tolle Ausflugstipps gegeben. La casa è davvero fantastica immersa negli ulivi e nel verde dei terrazzamenti su cui giace,la piscina il terrazzo ed il giardino fiorito sono davvero curati e splendidi, la vista sul mare e il panorama sono degni di una cartolina, i servizi proposti sono quelli descritti e la riservatezza e tranquillità della zona sono degne di nota. Siamo stati davvero bene nell’alloggio e lo consiglio a chiunque voglia un luogo incantevole lontano da caos e con molta privacy con una vista favolosa e dei servizi ottimi. Unica accortezza da tenere presente è la strada di accesso un po’ stretta che comunque permette ad un automobile di grandezza nella norma, di transitarvi abbastanza facilmente. Per il resto esperienza favolosa, i proprietari fantastici e davvero gentili, sicuramente soggiorno da ripetere in futuro. Consigliatissimo.

Excellent modern villa. There are 6 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, two of which have no windows. There is a large adjoining territory with a swimming pool where you can have a great time with a large group of people. Access to the villa and to the sea without a car is difficult. The access road to the villa is for fairly experienced drivers.

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön gelegen und alles ist gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Perfekt wäre es dann, wenn Einrichtung, Küche und Bäder ein zeitgemäßes Update bekommen würden, manche Dinge sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Nous étions 2 familles avec 1 chien, 7 personnes au total et ce logement était parfait. Pièce à vivre spacieuse, chambres bien agencées avec des rangements et 2 toilettes. Le logement est très moderne, climatisé et dans un environnement extrêmement calme. L'extérieur ainsi que l'intérieur sont très bien pensés. Le seul point négatif était le fait que les rideaux n'étaient pas opaques et qu'il faisait jour très tôt dans les chambres car les volets sont à lames.

Het is een mooie plek aan een drukke kust, maar hier echt rustig. Wel een stukje lopen naar het strand. Bergopwaarts terug. Met de auto wel beetje lastig parkeren, maar dat went. Zeer behulpzame host. Ook de moeder van de gastheer is zeer behulpzaam. Ze staan voor je klaar. Kregen dagelijks verse eieren van hun kippen. Ze geven snel antwoord op vragen en geven goede tips over de omgeving, reizen naar Genua etc. Mooi huis, ruim en lekker terras. Rust en uitzicht op de groene omgeving. Cervo is een prachtig plaatsje. Ik zou er zo weer naar toe gaan. Enige punt van kritiek: de kuststreek is erg druk en gezellig, maar echt een probleem om je auto ergens te parkeren. Dus wij zijn vooral in de directe omgeving van het plaatsje gebleven. Op loopafstand. Tip: huur een scooter. En kies voor OV ( naar Genua)

We had an unforgettable week in Cristina’s beautiful home, which is fantastically located in the center of Sanremo. The house is very clean, comfortable, with many things you might need. The huge private garden is simply magnificent, I enjoyed watering the plants near the house early in the morning or late in the evening. From Cristina’s home it is easy to walk to the center, to the beach, and also very easy to get out of the city to visit the many interesting places around Sanremo, as well as in France, Monaco. Communication with Christina is very easy. Our highest recommendations for this property. We would be happy to return in the future.

Armanda è una host veramente ecceziale. Ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste e ci ha dato la possibilità di trascorrere delle giornate in cui ci siamo sentite molto "coccolate". Ottima esperienza, super consigliata

Carlo ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Da wir viel Gepäck hatten und die kleinen Gassen außer für sehr kleine PKWs (Smart z.B) oder Vespas geeignet sind, hat Carlo uns mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Das Haus liegt relativ hoch, wodurch man eine tolle Aussicht auf Genua und das Meer hat. Man sollte schon gut zu Fuß sein wenn man sich dieses kleine Juwel mietet, aber uns hat es super gut gefallen. Per Bus (knapp 5 Min zu Fuß entfernt) ist die Stadt sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben das Auto die ganze Woche über an der Hauptstraße stehen gelassen. Carlo hat uns auch sehr viele Tipps und Informationen zu Ausflügen, Bus, Einkaufszentren,… gegeben. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Geschmack im Vintage-Stil eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem Möglichen ausgestattet und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Der Garten hat verschiedene Ebenen, auf der obersten Ebene hat man einen wundervolle Aussicht. Abends konnten wir hunderte von Leuchtkäfern beobachten. Die zutrauliche Katze und Schildkröte waren sehr süß. Danke C

host eccellente , accogliente e sempre presente al bisogno , immobile ampio , pulitissimo , accessoriato, e con tutti gli utensili e stoviglie necessarie in cucina.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel monolocale di Sara e il suo compagno per 5 notti. L'alloggio era super pulito comprese le lenzuola e gli asciugamani. L'odore di pulito in casa é rimasto per tutto il soggiorno e il materasso era comodissimo. Il monolocale é carinissimo é l'area esterna top! Ci siamo rilassati tantissimo perché la zona é perfetta! Inoltre abbiamo parcheggiato la macchina (parcheggio non a pagamento vicinissimo all'abitazione) e non abbiamo nemmeno dovuto usarla perché l'abitazione é in una zona strategica per fare qualsiasi cosa a piedi. Il lungomare é raggiungibile ad appena 15 minuti esatti a piedi e si può raggiungere una bellissima spiaggia libera in cui si possono addirittura noleggiare lettini e ombrellone. Sara e il suo compagno sono simpaticissimi e davvero dolcissimi. Abbiamo avuto la nostra privacy ma ci ha fatto un immenso piacere fermarci ogni tanto a chiacchierare con loro. Sono persone speciali come poche! Sicuramente torneremo sempre da loro! Grazie di cuore!!!!!
