Beach house holiday rentals in Nokomis

This Airbnb exceeded every expectation! The property was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well-maintained. The pool was a highlight—clean, peaceful, and the perfect spot to relax every day. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a really good few days to attend a family wedding just up the street. Convenient location walkable to the beach and the owners have an array of beach items that guests can use. Home is very nice and having three bedrooms each with individual bathrooms was great. The pool area out back is outside but shaded making for a comfortable oasis when we are not at the beach. Chris and Kalyn were very quick to respond to the couple of questions we had and had some great recommendations for things to do in the area. Top notch vacation rental for us and our adult children and wives. Very nice!

If I could give this home 10 stars, I would! This is the only Airbnb we’ve ever returned to, and we’re already planning our next stay for our family of four. The home instantly feels welcoming: fresh flowers, snacks on the counter, even a fridge stocked with cold drinks.. little touches that make you feel like you’re visiting a friend’s house and not a rental. Janine is a wonderfully responsive and thoughtful host. The home is spotless, cozy, and stocked with all the things you might forget to pack (sunblock, toiletries, even slippers). The towels are plush and plentiful, there are extra linens and blankets, and the beds are incredibly comfortable; we slept so well after our days at the beach! Most importantly, you truly can’t beat having a beautiful, quiet beach right in your own backyard. This house is a gem.

We had the most wonderful 5 days here. House and pool were amazing. Heated outdoor shower was great for after the beach. Beach is less than a 5minute walk away. We walked there several times at sunset and got beautiful photos. restaurants and shopping near by. we will definitely be back!

Great stay! The house was very comfortable and livable and the outdoor space especially was large enough that our family could hang out altogether and not feel crowded. And really appreciated Brianna‘s communication! Always helpful and responded quickly.

Our stay at Linda's was fantastic. The house is very spacious. The bedrooms and large and the beds are super comfortable. Everything was clean and fully stocked with all the necessities from extra towels, beach chairs and beach accessories. The view is unforgettable. Everything you need is there. Groceries and restaurants are an easy drive. Linda was responsive and lovely to speak with. My favorite Manasota key rental yet!

We were so grateful to have such a beautiful place to stay at for our vacation week. Great location! Great building! Privacy was pristine! Accommodations were wonderful! There were 9 of us and we all enjoyed our own space and ease of getting somewhere when we wanted to. Loved it all!

A week at Rodney’s just wasn’t enough! We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb properties before, but this was definitely among the top. It felt “beachy” but elegant, complete with everything you need in the kitchen and beach essentials. Lots of closet, space and places to put your stuff, if you are staying for a longer period. The location was perfect. You are never more than 5-10 minutes by car for anything that you need in Nokomis, Venice and further north. I love that you can walk to the popular, fun restaurants, as well as to the beach! This is definitely one of the best properties in the area! I almost don’t want to tell anybody about it so it doesn’t stay too booked ha ha. And if you have a bike, the bike lane is right there, and the area is bike friendly. Rodney was extremely communicative and a gracious host. We will definitely be returning!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb home. The house was spotless and exactly as described. Although the pool was small, it was cozy and perfect for relaxing. The heater was always on, making it a lovely spot to unwind. What really impressed us was the safety feature around the pool - a secure gate that prevented our toddler and dog from accessing the pool unsupervised. This gave us huge peace of mind. One of the rooms had a clever setup with two twin beds, and one of them had a convenient slide-on feature that allowed it to convert into a king-sized bed. It was super easy to assemble and worked perfectly for us. The house had everything we needed, and its location just nine minutes from the beach was ideal. We enjoyed collecting shark teeth and spending quality time together as a family. Overall, we had a wonderful long weekend, and I'd highly recommend this home to others, especially those with young children or pets.

The host was always available and responded very quickly to our questions. This property was well worth the requested fee. We would stay here again during future visits to the area.

John provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions in a book on site. Communication was seamless - responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Impressed by the attention to detail. This home is very well appointed - the kitchen has everything needed for a stay at home meal, your morning coffee or just a snack in front of the giant TV. Location was great - close to Englewood and Venice, many beaches, restaurants and shops to explore as well.

This is a very well-appointed home with a private pool and lots of room for relaxing and enjoying your stay in Venice. The house is close enough to beaches and restaurants to make enjoying them convenient. We loved relaxing in the outdoor sitting area and swimming in the pool.

This is the perfect spot for a vacation! The home was welcoming, beautiful and comfortable! Every amenity we could have wanted or needed was provided - and the pool provided the perfect way to close out each night as we floated and swam as a family. We loved our stay here, and would stay again if we are in the area. There were several beaches and other things to do around the area - from 30 minutes north to the white sands of Siesta Key Beach to 20 minutes south finding shark teeth at Manasota Key Beach, to beautiful sunsets at Venice Beach, there were a variety of sights and beaches to visit. Vivian was a great host - she communicated everything ahead of time and clearly, she offered the code to get in early since the house was ready, when she found out we were celebrating my daughters graduation she went the extra mile in giving her a sweet gift.

Greg and Bernadetta's house is everything you could ever want in an Airbnb! By far the best one I have stayed at. On arrival it was absolutely spotless, smelled great, it is beautifully decorated, feels cozy and so clean and fancy at the same time! It is fully stocked with everything you need - from plenty of kitchenware and appliances to pool accessories and towels, to beach gear. Huge bonuses for us were the wagon for the beach, enough backpack beach chairs for the entire family, boogie boards, shark teeth finding sifters, 2 coolers. We were SET! They have bikes and kayaks - you could stay for weeks!! The pool is also awesome. Lots of space to lounge, the pool itself is SO nice, even the mat floor around the pool is awesome. Beaches and restaurants are close by, and the hosts are super helpful and responsive checking on us and accommodating anything we needed. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We enjoyed our stay for us to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We felt at home and Brian was available for any questions and provided us gear for the beach. If we go back to the area, we will be back to the property!

Steve’s place had everything you could possibly need ! Loved having all the beach accessories and kayaks ! The place gave a fun beach but relaxing feel ! The coffee bar was key for me ! It was very clean and modern! We will definitely be back !

Jason's place is clean, spacious and in a beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed going for nightly walks after dinner. The home is close to both Nokomis and Siesta Beach. We arrived to juice boxes in the refrigerator for the kids and many other special touches. We felt at home! We highly recommend this adorable home.

The location is ideal—just minutes from the beach, with easy access to local dining spots and Publix for convenience. Its amazing house with modern interior beautiful pool and lake view. Few gators in the lake. Venice has amazing beaches and restaurants. Im glad to open this city for our family.

We cannot say enough great things about this house! The pool and hot tub were our favorite place to be! We watched movies every night from the pool! Plenty of space for all 9 of us. The backyard is so gorgeous you do not even want to leave. So many beautiful tropical plants! We were able to grab some delicious mangos! Everyone raved about the beds, they are so comfortable. Plenty of pool towels available which is a help with 4 teenagers! Shuffleboard was a family favorite and there were plenty of T.V. options for the rainy days. Even the neighborhood peacocks were a big hit. There is a beautiful white one that visited every day! We would recommend this home to anyone, and we cannot wait to come back next year! You won't regret booking this place for your family vacation!
