Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Nógrád County

Mindannyian jól éreztük magunkat, gyerekeknek is egy nagy élmény volt. Gyönyörű kilátás és sok túra útvonal és látványosság várják az érkezőket. A szálláson minden található volt ami a leírásban szerepelt.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming little house in the hills of Hungary. The location was perfect – tucked away from everything with a beautiful view of the river, offering a peaceful escape. It was also conveniently close to Budapest, making it easy to drive into the city for day trips and return in time to put our little one to bed. The nearby Visegrád ferry crossing was a lovely touch, adding to the charm of the area. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, family-friendly retreat with easy access to Budapest and the surrounding area!

Everything was great! Zsófia's mom, Krisztina, contacted me and guided us through everything. She was very friendly and even gave us a ride to Tesco since we didn’t have a car. The house is really cute, it's located up on a hill, so walking there can be a bit of a challenge, but with a car, it's perfect. We also had a neighbor dog keeping us company during our stay, which was a lovely bonus! :)

We had a great time at Szilvia's place. The view from the house was amazing and the size of the house was a perfect fit for our party. The wine cellar looked really cool. We had a great time. Szilvia was a responsive host.

Hatalmas, nagyon jól felszerelt, hangulatos és otthonos volt a hely, tökéletes volt nagyobb baráti társaságok számára a rengeteg ágy, 3 konyha, 3 fürdőszoba miatt. Élveztük a nagy közösségi tereket, és hogy mindhárom szint egy más hangulatot képviselt, illetve, hogy ezek redundanciája miatt bárki bármikor el tudott vonulni aludni, vagy más programot csinálni a többiek zavarása nélkül.

A beautiful spot where you can swim in the lake! it was very very clean and modern inside and the hospitality was incredible as they helped us with some transportation during our stay!

Nevéhez híven rendkívül békés, csöndes helyen lévő, jól felszerelt, egész nap napos ház, kilátással az erdőre. Pihenni vágyóknak tökéletes választás, és a közelben sok lehetőség van sétálni, túrázni is. A kert jól elkerített, kutyabiztos. Az opcionális reggeli kosár pedig fenomenális, helyi termékekkel teli, sajt, sonka, meleg bagett és kakaóscsiga, stb.

A lovely and quiet place – the kitchen had everything I needed, and the internet was fast and reliable. The garden was a big plus – perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Would happily stay again!

My daughter was super-excited about the Harry Potter themed decoration. The place is perfectly located for our purposes, close to the starting point of the Téli Mátra trekking event.

Stayed at Green Apple Guest House for 4 nights in July 2023 and would highly recommend. Frank and his wife were very proactive, welcomed us on arrival and gave very clear instructions on the guest house amenities despite the late hour of arrival. Guest House itself was fantastic, just as described, very clean and spacious. A real hidden gem which we will return to when next in Budapest.

Nous avons été royalement accueillis par Renáta et sa charmante famille. Elle nous a fait visiter le logement ainsi que ses alentours. Notre logement était propre, rangé et conforme à la description. Attention, l’adresse est mal renseignée sur Google maps, mais Renáta est au courant et devrait donner les instructions adéquates pour trouver. Il y a des poules et des coqs proches du logement, donc c’est un paramètre à prendre en compte si vous avez le sommeil léger. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour sur place et nous recommandons.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus und konnten schöne Ausflüge unternehmen. in dem Haus ist viel Platz. uns war gar nicht bewusst, dass es zwei Küchen und zwei Bäder gibt. Für 6 Personen ist tatsächlich sehr viel Platz. In der mittleren Etage steht Beispielsweise gar kein Bett. Im Wohnzimmer fehlen noch ein paar Stühle, hier sind 3 zu wenig. zu erwähnen bleibt die tolle Aussicht, allerdings erkauft man sich diese durch eine steilen Anstieg zum Haus. Zu Fuß ist dies wirklich nur für fitte Menschen empfehlenswert, andernfalls ist ein Auto Pflicht.

Fantastic location! Tamas was incredibly accommodating, even after we made a mistake with our booking. We truly appreciated his flexibility and kindness. We’ll definitely stay here again—thank you!

Sok közhelynek hangzó dolgot tudnék írni, de a szálláshely egyáltalán nem az. Aki teheti, inkább menjen el és töltsön el legalább 3-4 napot távol a városi élet zajától. A környezet magával ragadóan szép, csendes, csak a madarak énekétől hangos az, egyébként békés és nyugodt táj.

Nagyszerű élményünk volt ezen a szálláson! Élőben még szebb volt, mint a képeken. A ház nagyon aranyos, takaros, gyönyörű kilátással, az udvar pedig igazán kellemes, árnyékos részeivel a nagy melegben is komfortos volt. A szállás minden szükséges felszereléssel rendelkezett, semmiben sem szenvedtünk hiányt. Kisállattal érkeztünk, és ő is remekül érezte magát – külön öröm volt, hogy az árnyékos udvarban ő is nyugodtan pihenhetett. A házigazdák rendkívül kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak, minden kérdésünkre gyorsan reagáltak. Teljes mértékben elégedettek vagyunk, csak ajánlani tudjuk!

Nagyon kellemes és pihentető hétvégét töltöttünk Falloskúton, amiben óriási szerepet játszott a Mátra-lak szálláshely. Tiszta, kényelmes és rendezett belső tér, csendes környék, és a dézsa is csodás kikapcsolódást biztosított. Összességében szuper opciónak találtuk egy romantikus hétvége eltöltésére a Mátra-lakot, bátran ajánlom mindenkinek! :)

Nagyon kellemes környék, túrázáshoz és pihenéshez egyaránt megfelelő. A szállás is vissza adta ezt azt érzést és nem kellett messzire menni, hogy a természetben érezzük magunkat. Reggel a nappaliból élvezhettük a természetet.

I came here to find some days of peace and to escape the busy city of Budapest. I loved my stay from beginning to end. The house is perfect for 1 person but can host 2 in separate bed rooms. The surrounding is really green and calm. You can see the river from the terrace. I mediated on it every day. From the house you can start several hiking/ trail running tracks. I discovered a new track every day. The house has everything you need for a short stay. Even a Nespresso machine :) You can walk in 10 minutes to the town. The communication was perfect and Tom is really friendly. Thank you so much for everything!
