Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Nógrád County

We all had a great time, it was a great experience for kids. There are beautiful views and lots of hiking trails and attractions. The listing had everything in the description.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming little house in the hills of Hungary. The location was perfect – tucked away from everything with a beautiful view of the river, offering a peaceful escape. It was also conveniently close to Budapest, making it easy to drive into the city for day trips and return in time to put our little one to bed. The nearby Visegrád ferry crossing was a lovely touch, adding to the charm of the area. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, family-friendly retreat with easy access to Budapest and the surrounding area!

Everything was great! Zsófia's mom, Krisztina, contacted me and guided us through everything. She was very friendly and even gave us a ride to Tesco since we didn’t have a car. The house is really cute, it's located up on a hill, so walking there can be a bit of a challenge, but with a car, it's perfect. We also had a neighbor dog keeping us company during our stay, which was a lovely bonus! :)

We had a great time at Szilvia's place. The view from the house was amazing and the size of the house was a perfect fit for our party. The wine cellar looked really cool. We had a great time. Szilvia was a responsive host.

It was huge, very well equipped, cozy and cozy, perfect for larger groups of friends because of the plenty of beds, 3 kitchens, 3 bathrooms. We enjoyed the large communal spaces and that all three levels represented a different vibe and that because of their redundancy, anyone could go to sleep at any time or do other things without disturbing the others.

A beautiful spot where you can swim in the lake! it was very very clean and modern inside and the hospitality was incredible as they helped us with some transportation during our stay!

A well-equipped, all-day sunny house with a view of the forest in a very peaceful and quiet location. It's perfect for people who want to relax, and there are plenty of opportunities to walk and hike nearby. The garden is well fenced, dog proof. And the optional breakfast basket is phenomenal, full of local products, cheese, ham, warm baguettes and cocoa snails, etc.

A lovely and quiet place – the kitchen had everything I needed, and the internet was fast and reliable. The garden was a big plus – perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Would happily stay again!

My daughter was super-excited about the Harry Potter themed decoration. The place is perfectly located for our purposes, close to the starting point of the Téli Mátra trekking event.

Stayed at Green Apple Guest House for 4 nights in July 2023 and would highly recommend. Frank and his wife were very proactive, welcomed us on arrival and gave very clear instructions on the guest house amenities despite the late hour of arrival. Guest House itself was fantastic, just as described, very clean and spacious. A real hidden gem which we will return to when next in Budapest.

Renáta place is a fantastic location for disconnecting and having a relaxing time. Her dogs are very friendly and the house is in the middle of the nature and perfectly equiped.

We had a great time in the house and were able to make beautiful excursions. There is a lot of space in the house. We were not even aware that there are two kitchens and two bathrooms. There is actually is room for 6 people. For example, there is no bed on the middle floor. There are still a few chairs missing in the living room, there are 3 too few. The great view is worth mentioning, but you buy it with a steep climb to the house. On foot, this is really only recommended for fit people, otherwise a car is mandatory.

I could write a lot of clichés, but the listing isn't at all. For those who can, prefer to go and spend at least 3-4 days away from the noise of city life. The environment is captivatingly beautiful, quiet, noisy only from the birds singing, otherwise peaceful and calm.

We had a very pleasant and relaxing weekend in Falloskút, which was a huge part of Mátralak accommodation. Clean, comfortable, and tidy interior, quiet neighborhood, and the tub provided wonderful relaxation. Overall, we found the Mátra apartment to spend a romantic weekend, I highly recommend it! :)

Very pleasant neighborhood, suitable for both hiking and relaxation. The accommodation also gave us this feeling and we did not have to go far to feel ourselves in nature. In the morning, we could enjoy nature from the living room.

I came here to find some days of peace and to escape the busy city of Budapest. I loved my stay from beginning to end. The house is perfect for 1 person but can host 2 in separate bed rooms. The surrounding is really green and calm. You can see the river from the terrace. I mediated on it every day. From the house you can start several hiking/ trail running tracks. I discovered a new track every day. The house has everything you need for a short stay. Even a Nespresso machine :) You can walk in 10 minutes to the town. The communication was perfect and Tom is really friendly. Thank you so much for everything!
