Very nice guest house, very well restored, in the middle of the fields. Ideal for a weekend between 2 families with children.

We had a great time with the family. The cottage is very welcoming, clean and the little touches are too nice. We enjoyed the garden and the beautiful terrace overlooking the sheep meadow. We'll be happy to go back.

The Perche area is outstandingly beautiful. The apartment had a lovely view across the fields and into the distance. Saw deer everyday. The houses and towns in the area are very characterful. For those who like tourist attractions there is not a lot in the area. For those who just want peace and beauty you will not be disappointed. The spiral stairs up to the bedroom are steep but no different to what is advertised. The quality of the bathroom upstairs means you can confine to going up/down to once a day! Roads to and from the property are quiet and wide enough for two cars. We had a lovely 5 day stay.

In a haven of tranquility by the river, an adorable little house absolutely in line with the description of the ad, ideal for a couple, awaited us. Aleksa and Alexandre are very charming and welcoming hosts. For a future stay, we would prefer the other house at the end of their land, which has a garden and a more private terrace, offering more privacy and direct access to the river. The walk with the canoe provided is a real plus with its green and bucolic environment. The center of Chartres and its cathedral are 15 minutes away by car and the castle of Maintenon, which is worth the detour, is 35 minutes away. Loved our stay!

While overnight, our late arrival was no problem and we felt very good in the house. We also enjoyed the terrace for quiet breakfast. We will keep the address in case of the next visit to Le Perche!

Long, quiet weekend in the countryside. Very quiet. Pleasant house inside and out. Perfect for a weekend with friends.

Sylvie, present when I arrived, was welcoming and available when needed. The cottage is ideally located: there is room to park, it is functional, well arranged, very clean (like new), decorated with care, has its private terrace with garden furniture, a magnificent view Everything is designed to make you feel good (the fans served me well in this weather!), the setting is ideally quiet, the donkey is silent, the cat came to say hello. Really, it was perfect, thank you Sylvie!

A big thank you to Johann, super clear welcome message! access to the garden is fantastic, it's the most beautiful private garden I've ever seen in my life, it's worth the detour, I just regret not having been able to work there (missing a small table and a chair) Otherwise, fridge with the capacity to accommodate large bottles, impeccable bedding, bathroom in great condition! All in the freshness, and in good smells. This accommodation is a little gem for 2 people! Johann even dropped us off following my request for wooden cooking utensils... This studio is aptly named (the nest). Very well equipped and nicely decorated in a very quiet neighborhood. Marion is very friendly, available, smiling. A place not to be missed for a quiet stay near the Loir.

It is my second time having stayed at this address for periods of two to four weeks while searching for an apartment to lease long-term in Chartres. I have sought it out whenever planning a trip to Chartres, but often find it already booked. Everything you need is there; it is a good location for accessing both the center of town (cathedral et al) and the lower town along the river. I don't like the ground floor so well as the one above. I kept the curtains closed along the street for privacy reasons, and that makes the apartment a bit dark. I also was suffering from problems with a leg this trip, so climbing the hill was more difficult than normal. I strongly recommend the location for anyone with normal mobility. Very quiet; a homelike atmosphere; expresso machine; dishwasher; stove; refrigerator; washer etc.

This was a lovely place to stay with our two dogs. The grounds are large and the horses in the fields were great to see. The bed was comfy and the blinds ensured all light was eliminated Syed for a good nights sleep. Spephanie was a friendly responsive host.

Pleasant overnight stay at Cécile's. The accommodation is well-equipped and well-located in Sées and the pool is a real plus. I recommend it.
