The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! We stayed in this apartment for 3 days and had a great time! The location is truly strategic: a stone's throw from the beach and a few minutes' walk from the main street. The accommodation is comfortable and functional, ideal for enjoying the area to the fullest. We will definitely be back!

The host responded quickly to questions we had about transportation, etc. Unfortunately, the accident happened during our trip and we needed to visit the hospital. The host gave us advice about hospitals, how to get there and was genuinely caring. Thank you for the loan of your apartment, we had great days on the beach in Sottomarina, strolled in Chioggia and experienced Venice. Tip: if you are in Sottomarina for several days, we recommend that you rent a bike as a guest to easily get around the area.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The unit is great, brand new, and in a very nice compound, with a massive pool. The apartment is not super central, though it's a 10-12 minute walk to the beach. The rental doesn't come with towels or bed sheets; these are extra. We also needed to buy almost everything else, like toilet paper (there was only one roll), or even basic pantry supplies, like salt. Not a biggie, but I am used to having all of these things included in AirBnBs.

Everything perfect! Very comfortable apartment with parking, you can easily reach the beach and there is a large supermarket a few meters away. Very helpful, kind host and provided us with useful directions. Excellent cleanliness, new furniture. I recommend it!

Federica was a great host! She was extremely responsive, very helpful and the place was amazing. Quiet area but beautiful views, easy to access by public transportation and lots to do!

Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.

Host was very flexible with the check in and check out times, friendly. Lived up to expectations it was a pleasant peaceful stay. Close to the beach which was never crowded, a great place to stay.

Daniela was very kind, flexible with the check-in schedule, explained everything to us, gave us a map and left us delicious things for breakfast. The place is even better than what you see in the photos, both the apartment and Lido himself are charming. The place was sparkling and very bright.
