The decor is essential and elegant, simple but functional, with attention to every detail. The apartment, almost entirely facing the sea, is a recent renovation of a house from the early 1900s: - the dining/living area opens directly onto the garden and is equipped for every need - The double bedroom has an exclusive bathroom -an additional living room has two sofa beds and another bathroom. The parking is private, as is the descent to the Scardamiano seafront of AciCastello, full of bathing establishments equipped with every service. You can walk to the center of Acitrezza in a few minutes.

Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The apartment exceeded my expectations! Everything corresponds perfectly to the photos: modern, attention to detail and very welcoming. The cleanliness was impeccable, really a strong point. The bed is comfortable and I slept very well, which is not a given when you are away from home. Excellent experience, I highly recommend it and would gladly go back!

We really enjoyed this place. Very private, clean and homely. My partner and I truly enjoyed the lemon tree, and made fresh lemonade our first evening there. Small area that is perfect for 2-3 people. The AC works really well which is a huge plus for us. Dan was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

An idyllic stay in Sicily and largely thanks to Mario. The accommodation is very well located for visiting the east coast of Sicily. The terrace and the view already give us the taste of holidays. Everything was perfect. And the icing on the cake, Mario was cautious when we arrived, kindly making contact to be sure everything was okay. And what's more, our return flight was cancelled, so we had to stay an extra night and Mario's place was rented out after us, so he kindly helped us find a place to stay for the night. I highly recommend this accommodation and thank Mario for his kindness.
