Beach house holiday rentals in Nísia Floresta

The house corresponded to the Listing. On arrival we were greeted by Mr. Felipão and he brought us fresh cotes.. He showed us the house and utensils. The microwave was not working and he picked it up and brought in a short time later repaired! Very proactive and helpful him, nice people! We take towels and bed linens . The air conditioner cooled enough. Chuveiros with warm water. In the kitchen there were many pans, xicaras and glassware. 5-bit stove. 2 refrigerators, which helped a lot. Tv in the working room but apparently it wasn't smart then we took an accessory to access youtube and Netflix. There was a bluetooth sound in the living room. The private barbecue area and the sunguard table helped a lot. The swimming pool is shared with 4 other houses ( it is a condominium) but it was not a problem as it is quite large. The house is about 80m from the beach but the bath is complicated because there are many waves. It is worth going to pirambuzios or camurupim if you want to enjoy the sea. Anyway, it would come back quietly.

We loved the house, it faces the sea, the view from the sofa is beautiful, we had coffee at the table with a perfect view of the sea, the very spacious en-suite bedroom with air-conditioning, clean and fragrant bath towels, we didn't miss anything in the kitchen because it has many utensils, the location of the house is very good, but there is no commerce on the same street, but there is a supermarket/bakery a 10-minute walk away, the neighborhood is very safe and great for walks, we just missed a TV lol for the kids to watch at night! Spacious house with a barbecue and even charcoal was already there.

I'm already starting to write and I miss this paradise. What a WONDERFUL place! I went with a group of friends and family, a total of 15 people and Anna Danyelle's house suited us very well, there were bed and bath linens for everyone, the house was super clean, kitchen with all the appliances and utensils we needed. Spacious and airy place, with an unparalleled view, simply spectacular. Mrs. Ivani, who received us, is a lovely person, explained everything to us, gave us recommendations for the place and was very helpful. Gratitude and longing are the words that best summarize our stay. God willing, we'll be back soon! ❤️

Our second time staying and we loved it. A Vista is beautiful, the impeccable chalet and the mto bom neighborhood. Everything is close by and the beach is close by Tbm. The newly changed air-conditioning helped rest. We'll be back soon.

The space is the same as the listing. Myself and my family love everything and want to come back more often. Michelly was super kind, helpful and super quick to answer our questions and information. The house has a wonderful terrace and super close to the swimming pool.

The house is very good! It has a wonderful view of the beach and we were able to have breakfast watching dolphins!! Adriano was always very attentive and answered us quickly in the small questions that came up. Since our group didn't have people with mobility issues, we didn't have any issues. But if any guests have it, it may be difficult to access the beach because of the stairs. Thank you for everything, Adriano.

The location of the condominium is excellent, everything is very organized and has everything for a good days of rest and leisure.

The place is great! The house is the same as in the photos right on the beach. It perfectly fits 10 people in a comfortable way. Silvio is very attentive, always available! The only not very pleasant point was the boy's departure, who does the maintenance of the house, some days, we were a little bothered by the lack of privacy on the spot, but otherwise the place is perfect!

The house is exactly as advertised. The condominium is clean and well maintained. Guilherme is always super helpful and nice. Jose received us wonderfully, showing us everything and giving tips. Amazing house! With dummy, pool, table tennis... Beatriz and her mother are also great hosts! Rooms and bathrooms all tidy, several extra colchoes, spacious house, great pool and amazing view. I will definitely be back more often!!

By far, the best stay I've ever had in all the time I've used Airbnb! Very good house, very clean and safe, complete with everything (it really comes with almost everything, you just need to bring what you're going to eat), with a perfect location (the sea in front is practically a natural pool!). Frederico and Ivanka's service was impeccable, always very helpful in everything. My family loved it! We can't wait to repeat the stay!
