Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Nishinari Ward

My adult son and I had a wonderful stay here. We very much appreciated the care Mitsuyoshi had taken in preparing everything for us, and it felt very special to walk into such a sweet home. We chose to stay away from the busy downtown area of Osaka which did mean a trade-off of not really having shops nearby, but the metro was incredibly convenient as was access to Kyoto, USJ, Osaka, the Expo, the Shinkansen, and even the domestic airport! There were many lovely places to eat within just a few blocks as well. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen looked well-equipped, clean, and spacious. It was great to do laundry at home; on warm days everything dried quickly on the balcony; there were also laundromats very nearby. If only it had been cooler we would have loved to try out the kotatsu, but we very much enjoyed the Japanese bath; it was almost like a private sento!

Great stay, convenient transportation, Nankai Electric Railway Shinimamiya Station, in front of the zoo, Ebisucho Station is a 5-minute walk away.Tongtian Pavilion, Don Quixote, and Yuchu Supermarket are also 5 minutes' walk away.Our two families stayed, the second and third floors have separate toilets and bathrooms, no interference, each room also has a balcony, the fourth floor also has a terrace, it's so comfortable.The kitchen is fully equipped, you can go to the supermarket to buy some beef to cook yourself, and breakfast is also available in the homestay.The host is also super nice, solves problems in a timely manner, and let us store our luggage for a while when we checked out.Overall, a very perfect experience!

Amazing location walking distance to the train station, amazing restaurants,around very tidy home. Would recommend people to stay there. Happy was very helpful and thorough . will be staying here again in the future.

Traditional Japanese homes are very clean and cozy, surrounded by local communities.Convenient location,🚶‍➡️ a few minutes walk to Dongbu Market subway station🚇, Lawson nearby,🏬 convenient for eating, living and traveling. What surprised and delighted us was the hospitality, friendliness and generosity of the host family. The host is very responsible and has a strong sense of time. He picked us up at the subway station in advance and recommended a faster route to send us off. He is very humorous and smart. Although we couldn't communicate, he could quickly understand what we meant. There was plenty of water and food in the room. Because our flight landed late, we thought we would be hungry the first night. The host's thoughtfulness moved us very much🥹! During our stay, we were also fortunate to follow the host family and experience the local food and music culture. The host's wife is very elegant and intelligent, and her smile is very warm, just like a neighbor's aunt. We also exchanged skin care and beauty tips with the sister and hair care and hair growth tips with the brother😂.If there was enough time, I would have experienced the beautiful kimono of the host's wife and sister👘, it's a bit of a pity😔 Remember that there is a saying in Murakami's novel that people who meet will meet again. It is a great honor to have this wonderful time with the host family in a foreign country. I hope to have the opportunity to meet again.🎉 Best wishes

It's noisy at night, but the place is clean and spacious. Good!

It’s very close to the train station, its very easy to find. Its also close to the osaka castle so we were early before the people jam. It’s close to the supermarket too. And the umbrella at the place was a big help, thank you. Their is a temple and a park nearby which is nice to visit.

Yui's place was easily one of my favourite ones so far. Parking was easy with a wide front porch. The accomodation was nice and cosy, and exceptionally well-stocked. It had everything we needed for a 4 nights stay and more. Walk down the road on one side and you'll have 3 very good restaurants, walk down the other way and 7-11 is right there. It's quiet away from crowd, yet really near to many main attractions in Osaka. Definitely my first choice if I ever return to Osaka one day.

Overall, perfect for our stay in Osaka. We wanted a central location, walkable to the main areas that we were interested in, and this was perfect for that. Yes, it's compact, but we knew that going into it. It still had room division (a sliding door), private laundry facilities and a balcony, which was unique to find for this location and price. It's basic, and could have a better laid out kitchen / facilities plan (eg. location of pots and cutlery were a bit confusing, you had to roll away the bins to access them) but we understand that's the nature of organising a tight space. Some other minor things were confusing, eg. it wasn't 100% clear what the wifi or checkout instructions were and we had to assume some things or ask for the info. However the host was very friendly and amenable to our questions or suggestions. Thank you for providing this property!

It was an unforgettable stay!The comfort of the house is beyond imagination, the room layout is exactly as pictured, cozy and neat, perfect for a family or team trip.Transportation is extremely convenient, it is located near Tengachaya Station, making it easy to get around.The station is fully equipped, convenience stores and supermarkets are just around the corner, making it convenient to buy daily necessities and ingredients, adding a lot of convenience to your stay.The interior of the house is complete, and the two rooms are equipped with a queen bed and three tatami beds, respectively, to meet the needs of different guests.There is also a washing machine and a drying balcony in the house, so that every day of your stay is very thoughtful.The most impressive was the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the homeowner.Whenever you ask a question, get a timely and detailed response that makes you feel at home.This stay is simply perfect, and I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip!Highly recommend this place!

This is our favourite place to stay in Japan. There is no better place. It is our home in Japan. Mayumi was even better hostess than last time. We miss her already.

Good experience. Direct route to the airport. The neighborhood is very quiet. It is a very quiet room in Japan. Two double beds are recommended to stay in Japan.😃

The house is more spacious than imagined, a typical Japanese tatami room with a modern bathroom, the host has prepared a full kitchenware, washing machine and Wi-Fi, the host sends a detailed transportation guide in advance, prepare a large bottle of water when you check in, it is very thoughtful, compared to the hotel in the same area, the price is many, but you can enjoy the comfort of home.Especially recommended for families or company of friends, private and free. I will definitely stay here again next time in Japan, thank you to the host for making us have a good memory.

This townhome was ideal for our group of 7 traveling around the Kansai region. The open common area gave us plenty of space to gather and plan our daily adventures to Kobe, Kyoto, Nara, and throughout Osaka. The location couldn’t have been better - being right next to the main train station made all our day trips incredibly convenient and saved us so much time getting around. The property itself was well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only minor note is that it can get a bit noisy at night due to the central location, but it’s really not bad and the convenience of being so close to transportation far outweighs this small consideration. Would definitely recommend this place to other groups looking for a well-located base to explore Osaka and the surrounding areas. The host was great and the space worked perfectly for our needs!

Overall, a very good stay experience. When looking for a homestay, I accidentally found the neighbor next door, but the attitude was also very good. The game console was really a highlight. The kids loved it. The cleaning was also clean.Overall, I highly recommend it.

Great spot! The host was very responsive and flexiable. It was a great stay.

Really excellent location - we easily walked to the train stations to get to the sights and had many good food options in the area itself. We were even able to walk to dotonbori. Toilet and kitchen area is a little cramped, but there were enough rooms and amenities for 4 of us to have a room to ourselves and our luggage and also have a common dining area to chat and eat. Value for money and Naruto-san was responsive, and self check in was easy.

Kaori's place fulfilled our dreams of living in a typical Japanese home. The stairs were a little steep but still manageable for a 4 year old. There were adequate rooms for all of us, and the tatami rooms were perfect for just resting or supper over a beer and sake. While some fittings may be slightly dated, the house is clean and tidy in general. We particularly enjoyed soaking in the bath after a long day out. Also loved the location as it's walkable to the train station, and we felt safe throughout our days here even coming back at night. It was in a quiet, quaint neighborhood which is really lovely.
