Tolle saubere Unterkunft, hat alles was man braucht. Super Ausblick auf den Tsutenkaku Tower. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Check-in verlief auch problemlos, konnten sogar früher einchecken. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war auch super 👍. Insgesamt ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

The room is very tidy and well-equipped, with no complaints at all. The host is friendly and very helpful when issues arise. It's a very quiet community, perfect for resting. There are also some convenience stores on the way from the station back to the accommodation. The room is located in the basement, so it's important to securely lock the balcony door. The only drawback is that the walk to the nearby stations (Tengachaya/Hanazonocho) takes about 15 minutes each, but the path is flat and easy to walk. Overall, I highly recommend it.

It was fun staying at Yoshihiko's place for a week. My family loved the flexibility of being able to walk to the nearest train stations with ease. I believe if we had more time, we could have stayed longer at the lovely place. I just hope the smell of something burning goes away, which we never really understood where it came from. But overall, the place and stay was 10/10! Cheers!

立地、価格、清潔さどれに対してもとても満足出来ました。 メッセージの返信も早く、こちらからリクエストしていたわけではなかったものの準備が整った際に早めにチェックイン出来ることをご好意で連絡頂けたのもとても好印象でした。 チェックイン方法も写真付きでとても分かりやすく、清掃も行き届いておりとても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 歯ブラシや、ボディタオルのアメニティも設置してあり、更には洗濯洗剤や食器用洗剤等も置いてあったので本当に快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 また機会があれば宿泊したいと思います。 この度はありがとうございました。

여행자에게 최고의 숙소입니다. 쾌적하고 깨끗하고 멋진 집과 친절한 호스트. 덴가차야 역에서 도보 3분. 도톤보리와 공항까지의 원라인. 교토 3일 오시카 2일 일정이라 이 집에서 하루만 묵었던게 유일한 단점입니다. 동행들이 이구동성으로 ‘교토 2일 오사카 3일로 했어야’

Great stay in great location. close to lots of nightlife and eating options. Google maps was a bit of a pain locating the place but instructions were clear so no fault of host. apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

This was our favourite stay in Japan. The flat made sense, was spacious and clean and in a great location. Our hosts were responsive and accommodating to a specific request I made.

The house is lovely and is as described. The neighborhood is very convenient. The place is a short walk to the nearest subway station (on the Yotsubashi Line) and train station to the airport. There are a number of restaurants and food vendors as well as convenience stores and a supermarket within walking distance. Yumi is a great host and very responsive. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Die Unterkunft hat ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eine sehr gute Lage. Sie hat alles was man für eine Person braucht. Liang hat immer schnell auf meine Nachrichten geantwortet, was sehr angenehm war. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass es nachts wegen der Züge sehr laut war.

This is an excellent place to stay out on the fringes of the tourist area of Osaka. Not much to choose from as far as local restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but it's not a long walk to a few rudimentary places. perfect base to spend a couple of days exploring Osaka and have somewhere quiet to get away to.

Extrem gute Lage. Absolut empfehlenswert.

今回の大阪万国博覧会の旅は、こちらのエアビーのおかげで大変楽しいものになりました。 万国博覧会の会場へのアクセスは最高です。 お部屋も私たち夫婦には十分な広さでした。 周辺の環境もとても静かです。 夕食は近くの回転寿司へ行きました。 近隣のスパに行きたかったのですが、疲れていたので、お部屋のシャワーを使いました。温度も水圧も充分でした。冷蔵庫もしっかり冷えています。 遮光カーテンは役に立ちます。 駅前のスーパーマーケットは2度行きました。 大阪のホテルはどこも値段が高いので、こちらのエアビーが助けてくれました。 またお世話になりたいと思います。

今回の宿泊は大満足です💖住宅街の奥にあり、夜も静かで快適に過ごせました。 清潔で設備も充実（キッチン・洗濯機あり） 対応が迅速なオーナーさん、チェックイン案内が分かりやすく💗 次に大阪に来る時も絶対にここに泊まります！おすすめです♪

Beautiful apartment in Osaka. Have a great view of the shrine across the street. Metro is walkable and the host are super responsive.

整体非常棒，地理位置优越离难波一站路 楼下就是地铁口，周围有711 罗森等便利店走一小会有一个大超市，离永旺也很近适合带孩子出游！

We had a great stay in Osaka! The apartment was about a 15 minute walk to Dotonbori with lots to do on the way. Namba station was a close walk as well, although very busy to navigate with luggage. The apartment felt spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. We liked the space felt we had enough room. The only thing that was challenging was getting ready as there was no full length mirror. Overall it was a great space and we’d definitely come back!

Super host! Recommend to stay when looking for a calm and nice place. Close to the station everything is near you, restaurants and markets! The host is very friendly and responsive. I Would definitely recommend the stay!

这个房源的位置非常好，距离日本桥地铁站只有几步路，楼下就是便利店，还有很好吃的24小时餐厅Yayoi轩，步行去道顿堀和心斋桥非常方便，步行去难波站也就10分钟。房间比较宽敞，卫生间干净设施齐全，还有一个大阳台，总体非常赞！唯一的缺点是临街，真的是有点吵，容易失眠的慎重选择，我们一家住的还好。

This place is situated in the heart of namba and I love that kuromon 3 mins away and convenient store is just right opposite. Do take not that housekeeping is available but have to cal for it. Still very good and value for money.
