Сняли отметить день рождение жены на выходные. Нас было 4 человека и 2 котика. Дом шикарный, очень понравился как интерьер, так и территория. Есть все необходимое для отдыха: музыка, гриль, качели, телевизор, баскетбол и бокалы для любого типа напитков. Мы отлично провели время на красной и уютной вилле. Даже решили продлить пребывание на 3й день! Спасибо Елене за гостеприимство!

Sjajan domaćin i vrlo pristojna žena koja nas je ugostila kao da smo joj najbliži. Sve pohvale za Milenu i ovaj smeštaj, naročito ako odseda više parova, jer smeštaj raspolaže sa dve spavaće sobe sa bračnim krevetima. :)

Ένα πολύ καθαρό σπίτι με όλα τα απαραίτητα σε πάρα πολύ προσιτή τιμή. Ο οικοδεσπότης απόλυτα φιλικός κ πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει με ταχύτητα αστραπής σε ότι του ζητήσαμε. Το προτείνω κ θα το επέλεγα πάλι. Ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία!

A beautiful small apartment to stay a few days in Nis. The host was very welcoming ( we were here for Easter, the family gave us some traditional eggs, barbecue, candies... Lovely!). The apartment is as described, with enough place for 3 people. I highly recommend!

This was my second stay at the villa and once again — everything was perfect. The place is fully equipped, super clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Wir haben allein in einem Haus gewohnt. Es gab alles, was man benötigt: Wohnzimmer, Terrasse, WLAN, 2 Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Badewanne, Küche mit allem Notwendigen). Alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, sauber + ordentlich! Es gibt einen schönen sehr großen Garten, den wir uns zuerst teilen musste, da auf dem Grundstück noch ein Haus steht. Aber das war kein Problem. Wenn das Gartentor/Gartentür geschlossen ist, dann ist alles komplett geschlossen/sicher. Das war für meine Hunde wichtig! Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem alten, idyllischen Dorf mitten in einer sehr schönen Berglandschaft. Fantastisch für alle die Ruhe, das Land, Natur, Berge lieben. Die Dorfbewohner waren sehr nett! Die Gastgeber waren super: Sie haben mich in der Stadt abgeholt und sind mit mir uns Dorf gefahren, da ich kein Navi/Internet hatte. Sie haben mir sehr geholfen, da ich Problem mit meinem Autoschlüssel hatte. Sie haben mir frische Eier besorgt + mich über die Gegend informiert! Alles war super!!!

Tolles Häuschen mit einem wunderbaren, unverbauten Ausblick auf Felder, Wiesen und Berge. Sehr ruhig gelegen daher etwas schwierig zu finden. Marijas Anweisungen haben uns dabei sehr geholfen. Die Highlights sind eindeutig der kleine, tolle Pool, der beheizbare Whirlpool und viele tolle Sitzmöglichkeiten. Sogar einen Wasserschlauch zum Autowaschen gab es, der Dreck von 1500km Anreise muss ja irgendwie runter ;-) Wir haben dort zwei Nächte verbracht und uns selbst versorgt, in Nis kann man dafür alles vorher besorgen. Marija war eine sehr nette und sympathische Gastgeberin, die uns alles super erklärt hat. 5 Sterne *****

Mezgraja is in really wild nature. Slobodan accomodation is like paradise with pool, hot tab and nice garden. Slobodan and him wife are very nice people and served us delicios breakfast. I highly recommend!

Us and the kids felt like in a dream vacation, with the huge grass and all playing facilities that we could use freely. This house has a great energy and really nice sunsets. It's a very relaxed place where time slows down. The host was so nice and welcoming and helped us in every thing we needed. Definitely come back some day...

Amazing quiet and beautiful place deep in nature! Nikola was a great host and came over to explain everything and help in any way. Very flexible and kind, would highly recomend if you want a pitoresque and gadjet-full house in beautiful nature location.

The host was friendly and accommodating. The flat itself was lovely and well-equipped. Its convenient location, just a short walk from the city center.

Leider konnten wir die Übernachtung nicht wahrnehmen da wir noch einige Stunden weiter Richtung Deutschland gefahrenen sind. Trotzdem sehr nette Vermieterin

The place is new and had no reviews so I gambled and trusted the host and description. It was amazing! The apartment feels much bigger due to very smart furniture placement. Everything in the place is brand new. I think I was the first person living there and it felt really good. The apartment is on the ground floor and walk-in is very easy. There is a whole private garden just for you with garden furniture there. Floor heating is insane. It can warm up the place really well. The surrounding is very peaceful and you are only an 8 minute walk to the main pedestrian area, it's a win/win. The place has it's own gated parking and it's very safe. Danijela and her son were very friendly, responsive, and welcoming. Honestly, I couldn't have wished for a better set of hosts. This is my go-to place from now on when I'm in Nis, no doubt about it.

Die Wohnung war sehr ordentlich als wir ankamen. Im Wohnzimmer erwartete uns eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit mit lokalen Süßigkeiten, im Badezimmer hatte sie pflegeprodukte bereitgestellt unter anderem Rasierer, Wattestäbchen, Sprühdeo usw. Eine Waschmaschine war auch vorhanden und auch Waschmittel. Die Küche war ordentlich und alles was man brauchte war vorhanden, sogar Kaffe, Öl usw. In jedem Zimmer war eine Klimaanlage vorhanden was super ist. Die Betten waren bequem und sauber. Die Wohnung schaut genau so aus wie auf den Bildern sehr luxuriös. Beim schlafen muss man die Fenster schließen zur Straße raus, was uns vorher schon klar war da sich die Wohnung direkt an der Hauptstraße befindet. Die Lage kann nicht besser sein, da man direkt in der Stadt ist und Tag und Nacht was zum unternehmen findet auch fussläufig ebenso 24/7 zwei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat. Had a good stay in the apartment. Dragan is a friendly host who responds promptly to any enquiries. The apartment is located near to a park, which is full of cafes and people socialising in the evenings. It's also within walking distance of a local mall. WiFi and AC also worked well.

Place is great, has everything you need. Can park right in front of the door. All is as advertised. Host is great and helpful. We arrived late and had to leave fast...that didn't bother the host. Appartment was really clean and warm. Location is good, in a very quiet neighbourhood. Places to eat and shop in a walking distance. Would recommend without a doubt!
