Apartment holiday rentals in Niš

This apartment is next to central square. It is in a safe area and building is new. It is close to most tourist attractions. Host is nice and friendly.

I had an amazing time at this place. I was working from home, also sightseeing and in the evenings chilling on the balcony with the amazing view the flat has to offer. Restaurants, shops and all main attractions are super close. I love walking so I walked to all of them which required 10min to 1hr by foot depending on the attraction but there was no need for taxi. The host was very helpful and responsive when needed. Thank you for this lovely stay. Nis and their people are beautiful!

Divan apartman, koji je jos lepsi uzivo.. Sve u apartmanu je prelepo, novo i jako cisto.. Jako je miran deo grada, brzo stignete do centra grada a imate potpuni mir i tisinu za odmor.. Stefan je divan, lako smo se dogovorili oko svega, pri dolasku nas je sacekao i sutradan nas ispratio.. Trudi se da se osecate maksimalno ugodno i na raspolaganju je uvek ukoliko vam nesto zatreba.. Svaka cast na svemu, i veliki pozdrav za domacina Stefana!🤗

Šareni, topao, prostran stan sa divnim pogledom na grad. :-) Sve je u blizini, na par minuta hoda od stana. :-) Ljubazni ljudi. Nadam se da se vidimo ponovo! :-)

Alles wunderbar, habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Und die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft, alles ist direkt um die Ecke und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kann es nur empfehlen :)

I felt right at home. The host is very responsive and helpful. The flat is spacious and better than what is seen in the pictures. It is right across the central park of the city and nesr elementary schools, so one gets to hear people playing and laughing. The location is super close to the center of cafes and exercising grounds, such as the Niš stadium. It is also near many groceries stores and fruit and vegetable shops. The flat has two balconies, good WIFI, TV, and all necessary amenities. The city is small but historical. I had access to the rivers and mountains (Trem/Suva Planina) nearby. The buses run regularly to the airport. The people are warm, friendly, and welcoming. I really enjoyed my time here.

Smeštaj je bio perfektan. Nova zgrada, u mirnom kraju grada. Komunikacija sa Aleksandrom i njenim sinom je bila odlična i sve je prošlo u najboljem redu. Obezbeđeno je bilo i parking mesto, tako da nismo imali nikakvih problema.

Die Unterkunft war einfach großartig! Alles war modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, genau wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, und es hat an nichts gefehlt – von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu den gemütlichen Möbeln. Die Lage war ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden, sodass man schnell überall hinkommt. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Vladimir's apartment was wonderful, we had everything that we needed. The apartment was so clean and a very comfortable bed. It also has a secured underground car park with an elevator. We really enjoyed our stay there.

На първа линия точно до реката. Съвсем близо до Международната Автогара. В самия център на града. Наоколо има всичко - пазар, река, паркове, Нишка крепост, ресторанти, кафенета, магазини, подземна търговска улица... И Ана беше на линия по всяко време за всякакви въпроси и настаняване. Препоръчвам за престой за опознаване на града! Enjoy! 🙂

Milenko's apartment is modern and very new and a delightful place to stay for a short trip to Nis. It is a little away from the city centre, but we found the walk across the river to the attractions and the shopping mall and main restaurants very straightforward. Underground parking is a bonus, especially as we came in winter with a lot of luggage. Milenko showed us personally to the parking space

Great place! The apartment is perfect for couples. The hot tub and the sauna are very easy to operate. Nis is 20 minutes away and has a lot of things that you can do. Also 3 minutes from the apartment there is a restaurant with delicious food, its a good option if you do not want to go to the city. The place itself has a private parking and the host is really friendly, speaks English and Bulgarian.

Nela's place is perfect if you need a comfortable place to rest. I loved the parking in front of the apartment, and that it has everything you need.

Super nam je bilo u apartmanu, kad smo došli sve je bilo uredno i mirisalo na čisto. Petar nam je poslao jako detaljne instrukcije za ulazak u apartman i brzo odgovarao na poruke. Jako veliki plus je parking u garaži zgrade i sama lokacija zgrade jer se realno svugde može stići peške. Naravno, jakuzi je šlag na torti ovde, zaista je opuštajuće.
