We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful and comfortable home. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation—from a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal, to spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. In the evenings, we enjoyed unwinding with movies on the large TV. The location is fantastic, serving as a great base for exploring iconic cities like Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Koblenz. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner, and for quick grocery runs, Aldi is only about a five-minute drive away. This property truly stands out as one of the most stunning places we’ve ever stayed. Michael was exceptionally responsive and kind, always keeping communication clear and helpful. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Wir haben uns vor Ort sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ist mit einem guten Blick fürs Detail eingerichtet wurden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben einem gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Vielen Dank für alles und wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Wir waren für zwei Nächte bei Vanessa zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders praktisch: Die Lage ist super, das Palladium ist fußläufig ganz in der Nähe. Vanessa war eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Klare Empfehlung!

Die Wohnung hat uns rundum begeistert – liebevoll dekoriert, blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es war sogar ein Kinderhochstuhl vorhanden. Besonders der schöne Garten und das großzügige Wohnzimmer haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit sehr gern wiederkommen!

Ich habe meinen 30. Geburtstag in der Villa gefeiert und alle waren begeistert von dem Riesen Platz und Möglichkeiten die man Vorort hat.

Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Ingse ist eine angenehme Gastgeberin, die Wohnung sehr schön. Der Blick von der Terasse war wunderschön (viel Himmel, ein wenig Rhein). Insgesamt war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Tibor’s apartment. It is spacious , modern and very well equipped. It was very clean and also had a huge smart TV. The neighbourhood of south Cologne is very upmarket and safe. There are plenty of grocery stores in the immediate vicinity and a pedestrian shopping street with nice shops, bars and restaurants. The tram stop is a 10 minute walk away and it is a 30 minute walk into the centre of Cologne. So it is extremely convenient. Tibor’s apartment is charming and good value for money.

Anja ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich herzlich willkommen. Die gemütliche Terrasse mit einem tollen Blick auf den Rhein ist unbeschreiblich schön. Es war ein rundum gelungener und erholsamer Kurzurlaub. Wir kommen gern mal wieder.

My family had a great time staying at this apartment. It has everything they needed and was very spacious for 3 people. I would say it looks even better than on the photos! It really gives you an authentic feeling of life in Cologne. Thank you for hosting my family!

Tolles Apartment in einem authentischen Kölner Wohnhaus, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Thomas und Benjamin waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der Umgebung hat es gute Restaurants & Kaffees. Alles super!

Such a wonderful home just outside of downtown Cologne. The tram to the city was only a short walk away and the accommodations are perfect for a family traveling together. We particularly enjoyed the patio space. Ella was a wonderful host, with offering great recommendations and supporting questions that we had. Highly recommend.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Balkon und cooler Einrichtung. Trotz heißer Temperaturen war es in der Wohnung super angenehm! Jost war sehr freundlich und die Schlüssel Übergabe hat perfekt geklappt. Wir würden wieder buchen :)

The apartment is fantastic and one can feel at home the moment you step in. It has a magnificent private garden with beautiful sitting to enjoy the sun, especially in the afternoon. The neighborhood is very lively and offers everything you might need. The Rhein is walking distance and a beautiful park is also nearby. Fantastic for jogging! Laura & Daniel made me feel at home and almost part of the family. They were very helpful, responsive, friendly and very discreet. Thank you for making my stay in Köln memorable!

Wonderful stay! It was way to find and matched the photos. The bed was comfy and enjoyed the decor, made me feel right at home. Easy to get to any transit options and less than 2 miles from the HBF to catch trains. Would recommend!

Perfect location in walking distance to waterfront and downtown restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping! Rafael was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had. We had 6 people (adult/teen family members) so the shared spaced worked out for us. The washing machine and drying racks were a life saver after previous 10 days of travel! It is over a bar and on a busy street but the noise was not an issue for us the nights we stayed and created a fun vibe for the balcony! Should note the listing says 2 baths but it is actually a separate toilet/sink and then shower. The local gifts Rafael left for us on arrival were a nice touch and helped to kick off our Koln experience!

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung in top Zustand. Ideal für den Besuch der Leverkusener Jazztage. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
